Amazing staff. Friendly and caring. My son loves being here. The support and communication are fantastic.

My 18-month-old son loves attending the nursery. The staff always make sure they let me know exactly how his day has been, including what he's eaten and what he has been doing. The baby room is full of fun/educational toys and is a lovely environment for my son to be in.

Even in the baby room, there is genuine free flow access to their own separate outdoor space which is amazing. All staff are friendly and have great relationships with the children. The catering team do an excellent job of dealing with my son's allergies and my son eats a brilliant variety of healthy nutritious food. Security is good with fingerprint access. A wide range of activities are offered and they encourage the children to pursue things they are interested in. For instance, the baby room have just ordered some new toddler bikes in response to the more active children being interested in them having seen the older children on them. Reporting back to the parents isn't as good as other nurseries but my son is well looked after and happy here which is the most important thing.

We love The Childcare Hub but more importantly, our Son adores it. The staff have been so attentive in his transitions from part time to full time and we can't praise them enough for the peace of mind we have knowing that he is so well cared for.

The nursery is always clean and the staff are very easy to approach about any issues. They are very helpful, friendly and most importantly caring.

My daughter always enjoys coming. Always well looked after, happy and smiley.

This nursery is fantastic. Great individual care for my daughter, they understand what my daughter needs and adapt to her.

Everyone is always so friendly and friendly and helpful and my baby girl has a ball at the nursery. She is always greeted by happy staff who have set up the most exciting activities.

I would like to underline that the Bluebell staff does an amazing job!

She partakes in lots of activities every day and we get excellent feedback on her day and an observation each week which is so lovely to hear and read. I am really happy we chose the childcare hub and feel my daughter is developing well there.

Staff are extremely friendly, caring and lovely. They show passion in their job and my son loves coming here. What the hub has to offer is amazing and the roof garden is great.

My son has attended this new pre-school premises for coming up to nearly a year now - it recently split the pre-school age groups into two so any children going to school this September are grouped together-this move really showed my son's progress and development as activities are more focused to getting ready for school. His mark making has really come along and he has always loved books but he can write his name clearly now and recognise letters and begun to read basic books. Jan 18 saw the start of forest schools in the programme too and he really loves this - the facilities are excellent and they have new minibuses to take children off-site to other places to do forest schools further afield too. The communication through the learning diary is really useful too - it keeps me up to date and shows how he has developed and what he has been up to.

Amazing experience, would highly recommend.

Good variety of healthy meals, it's a really positive environment where your child is developed, individually known and build great relationships.

My daughter loves going to this nursery. She talks about it all weekend and skips in each morning. We even have to pick her up later than we could to avoid tears if she has to leave earlier than her friends. They do so many activities and learn so much, far more than I ever could at home. I feel she's being prepared well for the eventual transition into preschool and school. The staff are fantastic - there is a very low turnover and the kids love them.
