They have been exceptional and consistently provided a high standard of care and a service where children are clearly at the heart of everything. We appreciate every single member of staff and management for their kindness, support and empathy. Shooting Stars have been our village for years and we are very thankful! My little boy has recently had his final day at Shooting Stars and whilst we are so proud of how far he has come at nursery and know he is ready for his next chapter of school we feel so emotional that he is leaving the most wonderful nursery with equally as amazing staff. The managers welcome the children knowing all their names showing how invested they are. The pre school teachers have honestly been the best and are a credit to the nursery! I couldn't recommend Shooting Stars enough. It is a huge responsibility to choose somewhere to send your children but I have never doubted the care, kindness and teaching that my little one has received during his time here. Thank you, Shooting Stars; you will be missed for sure!

My son has attended Shooting Stars since April this year, and due to separation anxiety, I was a little worried about how he would settle in. As expected, both he and I found the transition quite tough. Although he still finds going in difficult at times, I feel completely at ease knowing he is with such kind, caring, and thoughtful staff. They comfort and support him when he's upset and have quickly learned what helps to reassure and cheer him up.
They continually encourage and challenge him, and it has been lovely to watch him come out of his shell. He would typically be very shy, but since attending Shooting Stars, we've seen his confidence grow so much.

Shooting Stars have been so nurturing, caring and fundamental in our son's development and happiness. He has been there since he was 9 months old and as he nears the end of his journey at the nursery, we have nothing but praise for the staff who have worked with him and encouraged him to become the best version of himself. Every single staff member has the best interest of the children at heart and the happy, loving environment is a wonderful place for our son to have (literally)taken his first steps towards his independence. What happy memories we all have and I cannot thank Shooting Stars enough-especially Emma who has been in each room with him and her never-ending patience.

Shooting Stars is an amazing nursery. My son absolutely loves going to nursery and is always so happy when I come to pick him up. The staff know him extremely well and seem to really enjoy working there. There is always a variety of activities for him to do and he loves playing outdoors. The staff are really sensible in terms of managing sickness- on the very rare occasion I'm called to pick him up it's been completely appropriate. Nursery has really helped his speech development and the staff are great at posting updates on the app for me to see his progress. Would definitely recommend and have got baby number 2 booked in!

Our experience has been great at Shooting Stars, the staff bring the heart to the nursery, always welcoming my little one with a smile and finding ways to support him into a calm, settled start to the day. The environment is always influenced by the little ones interests which means that they get the very best out of their nursery experience. Play always looks fun and it is lovely to see the children's work on the walls in their rooms showcasing their individuality and creativity. They are always looking for opportunities to enhance the children's experiences for example recently bringing the Gruffalo story to life with their enchanting set up at nursery, their role play areas and the range of related activities. This really develops children's interest in the topic and in this case their love for reading. Additionally, they involve parents well within partnership meetings and the fabulous stay and play opportunities that happen on a regular basis. Thank you for all that you do!!

My son has been coming to this nursery for two years. His speech and confidence has improved, so much and he seems very happy there. The girls are lovely and always keep me up to date with anything, I love when observations are put on the app. This happens quite frequently and I know the room he is in can be quite hectic so it's great they make time to still do this. Special shout out to Hannah, she has been amazing and always comforts my son when I drop him off if he needs it. Nothing is ever to much for her. My son will be going to reception elsewhere in September, I will miss the nursery!

My daughter loves attending shooting stars! From the moment I drop her off she runs to her key worker, giving her the biggest hug and then settles at the breakfast table with her friends. As a parent it is so wonderful knowing my daughter is happy and safe in a place that she loves! The nursery staff really do go above and beyond to ensure my daughter has the best learning opportunities with age-appropriate and stimulating resources. In particular, the gruffalo week has been well received by my daughter. The staff went to a large amount of effort to ensure it was a ' wow' moment for the children! The outdoor provision is a brilliant area for the children to access and to meet developmental milestones. My daughter first found her love for bikes at nursery! I have to also mention the weekly menu and food choices available, it really is fantastic!
Toddler two staff are extremely aware of my daughter's needs and have supported us with her potty training

My Daughter has been attending Shooting Stars in Stourbridge for 20 Months now and I am so glad I picked this nursery. Our whole experience has been outstanding. The Team being so welcoming, kind, and having an extreme amount of patience when it comes to my daredevil child, which is an absolute godsend.
We are now in Toddler Two and my daughter has done nothing but thrived since she has arrived. I was so worried about the transition this time as she really did love everyone in Toddler One, but they made it seem effortless.
Things that never interested her before, are now her favourite things to do including painting, colouring, play doh and nursery rhymes. I catch her sometimes practicing when she thinks she's alone and her language which she struggled with is now coming on in leaps and bounds. Special Mention to Kay, who was with my daughter in the baby room and now once again in Toddler Two, she loves you!

I have sent both my children to Shooting Stars and I couldn't be happier with how they have grown. My eldest has just left and the progress she made with the caring and knowledgeable staff was amazing. The graduation ceremony was so lovely and we appreciated all the effort that went into the experience. My youngest loves it there and talks a lot about all the wonderful things they get to do. The staff build caring yet professional relationships that ensure the children are having every opportunity to learn and understand the world around them. Thank you!

My Daughter started at the nursery in August this year, and we both absolutely love it. Every interaction I have had with staff has been so positive, and I trust them implicitly for the care of my daughter. The facilities are fantastic and so clean. My Daughter started at the nursery in August this year, and we both absolutely love it. Every interaction I have had with staff has been so positive, and I trust them implicitly for the care of my daughter. The facilities are fantastic and so clean. My daughter particularly loves the outside space. The meals she has sound delicious, and they have catered to my daughters dietary requirements really well. Communication from the nursery is also very good, with regular updates in terms of what she's been up to and her development. My favourite thing is how child led the approach is from staff. I really feel as though they take lead from the children and really know and understand their individual needs and interests. I would highly recommend the nursery to anyone who is considering it for their little one.

We have always had an amazing experience with Shooting Stars in Stourbridge. Now my 2nd child is here and I wouldn't have thought of taking him anywhere else! The baby room is amazing and always so calming and relaxing for my baby. In the colder months it is always nice and cosy warm and in the hotter months there is lovely air con too. We have had a really good experience with everyone in the baby room who have always looked after my baby so well and he is always so relaxed to go in, so I feel at ease. So thank you to everyone in the Baby room, especially Beccie, Pippa and Amy who are so lovely and who I feel really have bonded with my baby too.

My daughter has been at Shooting Stars since September in the baby room, and she absolutely LOVES it! The staff are so friendly and wonderful with her. She's settled in far better than I ever expected, and I know that's all thanks to the lovely ladies she sees three times a week. They follow the same routine she has at home, which makes such a difference, and the app keeps me updated with all the little details - what she's eaten, how long she's slept, how much milk she's had, and even photos of what she's been up to.
I can't recommend this nursery enough!

Tracy joined Shooting Stars Nurseries in 2011, at a time when the group had just one nursery setting. She was originally appointed as Deputy Manager at the Stourbridge nursery before stepping into the role of Nursery Manager in 2013. In 2015, she progressed into her current role as Area Manager, bringing with her a wealth of experience from a career in Early Years that spans over 28 years.
Before joining Shooting Stars, Tracy worked across a variety of practitioner, leadership, and senior leadership roles within day nursery settings. Her career also includes time spent as part of a specialist support team working with children who had experienced spinal cord injuries, and she began her journey in childcare as a nanny. Her long-standing commitment to Shooting Stars has made the organisation feel like an extension of herself—she often says it’s as much a part of her as she is of it.
Tracy is deeply passionate about creating magical childhoods that nurture curiosity, excitement, and strong foundations for lifelong success. She has a particular interest in emotional well-being, believing that secure, emotionally enabling environments are essential for children to truly thrive. After many years of hands-on practice, she now channels her passion into supporting teams across the nurseries, helping embed this ethos into the culture of every setting.
Her leadership is rooted in empathy, experience, and a genuine love for early years education. Tracy continues to inspire those around her with her dedication to quality, her belief in the power of nurturing relationships, and her commitment to growing confident, capable teams.

Kully began her journey with Shooting Stars Nurseries in September 2014 as the Nursery Manager of the newly opened Wolverhampton setting. In 2022, she progressed into a strategic role, joining the Area Management Team as a Strategic Development Manager.
Her career in childcare began as a Level 2 Apprentice, followed by the completion of her Level 3 qualification. Since 2004, Kully has held a variety of leadership roles, including Room Leader in both Pre-School and Under 2’s, Deputy Manager, and Nursery Manager—spending 16 of those years in management.
These experiences have shaped her deep understanding of early years education and operational leadership.
Kully is particularly passionate about the development of children under two, with a strong focus on building secure attachments and nurturing environments that support emotional wellbeing and early development. She also brings extensive expertise in Health & Safety, SEND, and Safeguarding, which are central to her practice and leadership.
A key focus of Kully’s role is supporting the growth of the early years workforce. She is committed to empowering staff through continuous professional development, helping them build confidence and fulfilment in their roles. Well-being is at the heart of her approach—she strives to foster a positive, supportive workplace for teams and a safe, inspiring space for children.
At Shooting Stars Nurseries, Kully plays a vital role in welcoming new team members through New Employee Workshops and mentoring apprentices throughout their training journey, helping shape the next generation of early years professionals.
Outside of work, Kully enjoys spending quality time with her family and attending football matches as a proud supporter of her local club. She also loves exploring new cities, dining out, and meeting new people.
