My Daughter has been attending Shooting Stars in Stourbridge for 20 Months now and I am so glad I picked this nursery. Our whole experience has been outstanding. The Team being so welcoming, kind, and having an extreme amount of patience when it comes to my daredevil child, which is an absolute godsend. We are now in Toddler Two and my daughter has done nothing but thrived since she has arrived. I was so worried about the transition this time as she really did love everyone in Toddler One, but they made it seem effortless. Things that never interested her before, are now her favourite things to do including painting, colouring, play doh and nursery rhymes. I catch her sometimes practicing when she thinks she's alone and her language which she struggled with is now coming on in leaps and bounds. Special Mention to Kay, who was with my daughter in the baby room and now once again in Toddler Two, she loves you! Thanks again to all the team for being amazing xx

My little one loves his time at nursery. Toddler 2 do lots of activities with him and always help him settle in a morning. The food is always top quality with a varied menu. Kay, Juliette and Morgan along with all the other staff that work in the room go above and beyond with the children. There is a lovely outdoor space for them to play in.

I have sent both my children to Shooting Stars and I couldn't be happier with how they have grown. My eldest has just left and the progress she made with the caring and knowledgeable staff was amazing. The graduation ceremony was so lovely and we appreciated all the effort that went into the experience. My youngest loves it there and talks a lot about all the wonderful things they get to do. The staff build caring yet professional relationships that ensure the children are having every opportunity to learn and understand the world around them. Thank you!

My son has been attending shooting stars since September and I'm so pleased with the progress he's making. All the staff in Toddler Two have been wonderful and so friendly. They give my son so much encouragement and engagement it's lovely to see. Kelly and Kay are wonderful! A thorough handover is given upon collection as well as thorough updates in the app. Couldn't recommend highly enough! 5 stars!

My Daughter started at the nursery in August this year, and we both absolutely love it. Every interaction I have had with staff has been so positive, and I trust them implicitly for the care of my daughter. The facilities are fantastic and so clean. My daughter particularly loves the outside space. The meals she has sound delicious, and they have catered to my daughters dietary requirements really well. Communication from the nursery is also very good, with regular updates in terms of what she's been up to and her development. My favourite thing is how child led the approach is from staff. I really feel as though they take lead from the children and really know and understand their individual needs and interests. I would highly recommend the nursery to anyone who is considering it for their little one.

We have always had an amazing experience with Shooting Stars in Stourbridge. Now my 2nd child is here and I wouldn't have thought of taking him anywhere else! The baby room is amazing and always so calming and relaxing for my baby. In the colder months it is always nice and cosy warm and in the hotter months there is lovely air con too. We have had a really good experience with everyone in the baby room who have always looked after my baby so well and he is always so relaxed to go in, so I feel at ease. So thank you to everyone in the Baby room, especially Beccie, Pippa and Amy who are so lovely and who I feel really have bonded with my baby too. Thanks again ! X

We've had such a wonderful experience with both the baby room and toddler room one. The staff are so caring and make every day fun. The communication with parents is excellent - we always feel informed and included. We're so grateful for the love and care they show our little one every day.

My daughter has been at Shooting Stars since September in the baby room, and she absolutely LOVES it! The staff are so friendly and wonderful with her. She's settled in far better than I ever expected, and I know that's all thanks to the lovely ladies she sees three times a week. They follow the same routine she has at home, which makes such a difference, and the app keeps me updated with all the little details - what she's eaten, how long she's slept, how much milk she's had, and even photos of what she's been up to. I can't recommend this nursery enough!

A Nursery That Feels Like Family I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible care and warmth my twins have received at this nursery. From the very first day, it was clear that this is more than just a childcare setting-it's a nurturing, joyful environment where children are truly seen, supported, and celebrated. Kay and Becky in Pebbles toddler room, in particular, have been nothing short of extraordinary. Their professionalism is matched only by their genuine compassion and attentiveness. They've taken the time to understand my twins as individuals, responding to their unique personalities with patience, creativity, and kindness. Whether it's a comforting cuddle on a tough morning or a proud cheer during a milestone moment, Kay and Becky have been there every step of the way. As a parent, knowing your children are in safe, loving hands is everything. This nursery has given us that peace of mind and so much more.

The staff in his room are wonderful, kind, attentive, and always child-focused. They make sure he is included, supported, and proud of himself every day. Our daughter Sofia started at shooting stars 3 months ago, and she has been thriving. She is always excited to go in, has so much fun with Becky, Amy and Pippa in the baby room and is always smiley and happy when we pick her up. She settled in really well and loves the staff there. We are Very happy with our choice

Our son has been with shooting stars for the last 18 months and I couldn't recommend the nursery and team enough! They all know my little boy by name, have a relationship with him (even in other classes). He loves it here and being part of his class. I get great feedback everyday about how his day has been, what he's eaten and we work as a team to ensure he has consistency in and out of nursery on the support we give him in his development. I'm particularly impressed with the activities he does on a daily basis, the reports and insights I get on how he does a with his classmates. Couldn't recommend the nursery and team enough! Such a lovely community for us to be apart of, and a great foundation for starting school when the time comes.

Our daughter has recently moved over from babies into toddlers so she has now been with Shooting stars Stourbiridge for just over a year and we can honestly say we are extremely happy with all the staff and facilities. The staff are incredible, they all take the time to get to know your little one even if it's a simple hello in the morning! They know all the children by name even those that don't always work in same rooms! Our daughter absolutely loves her time here and genuinely attends happy and looking forward for an exciting day! She has made many favourite key workers since joining which also brings us comfort to know that she feels safe and happy with the people she spends so much time with! Her key workers have always made such an effort with her and us and its so reassuring hearing them speak about her showing that they understand and know our daughters needs and capabilities! Huge thank you to the manager and all the staff for making her journey and development so far amazing!

Would thoroughly recommend Shooting Stars! My little boy has been there since he was 18 months and he has received nothing but constant support and help which has nurtured him and made him bloom. My son is neurodivergent and every single staff member who has come into contact with him has been accommodating and friendly. The manager does a wonderful job and always opens the door with a smile. Six staff members in particular - you're all stars and we'll miss you lots! Cannot wait for my daughter to start in April. If you're considering shooting stars, definitely organise a visit to check it out. It's the best nursery around for miles!

My little boy has been going to this nursery for a year and a half he's shy and sensitive but is really coming out of his shell here. The staff are always amazing with him and he comes home at the end of the day saying he wants to go back, so he must have a lovely day while he's there. I love seeing all the activities they have been doing throughout the day on the app. They have a lovely garden and big clean rooms. It's genuinely such a lovely welcoming nursery and the staff really make a difference being so caring and helpful.

Our eldest daughter has attended shooting stars Stourbridge for the past 2 years and absolutely loves it. We cannot fault the professionalism, the supportive and friendly staff, and know that when our daughter attends she is in a safe environment. Recently they have introduced Spanish lessons to pre school 2 which is an added bonus that you don't often find in other nursery settings. Our daughter has built wonderful relationships with friends and the nursery practitioners, she constantly comes home buzzing with all the activities (and occasional gossip!) of what has happened in nursery that day.

My son has been attending shooting stars for the last 3 years and they have been integral to his development and growth. Every member of staff has been friendly, encourages him to learn new things and always willing to talk through his day on collection. Early years education is so important for our children and I couldn't recommend shooting stars highly enough.

My child loves attending nursery, all the staff are so friendly and kind and they have really helped with development. I couldn't recommend a nursery more! The fact the nursery has nursery cam makes you feel at ease and shows the confidence the company has in its staff.

My daughter currently attends and my son did last year. Both have thrived at shooting stars. The staff are so friendly and approachable. Nothing is too much trouble. I am currently potty training my daughter and at shooting stars they fully support this, 10/10 would recommend.
