Our daughter has attended Buttercups for 6 months now and is thriving. She happily toddles in each morning without a backward glance and we receive excellent updates on her progress. Although she is always happy to see us when we arrive to collect her she would also like to carry on playing!
I cannot recommend Buttercups at Chalfont highly enough, my daughter is thriving from attending this nursery. The activities, meals and communication are all brilliant. The facilities and activities for 0-2 years are well-suited and effective.
Staff is really good and takes a keen interest in all kids. I can see a difference in my own children. Elder one is being taught well not just the basics of education but also etiquettes, behaviour and interpersonal skills. The little one is well looked after and loved in the baby room. I would highly recommend this nursery.
We have been extremely lucky to find such a fabulous nursery. Every aspect has been excellent and most of all my son has loved every minute. The head of the Montessori in the hub, we will never forget you and appreciate all the hours of work you have put into looking after him and making him 'school ready'. Your passion for Montessori teaching and the love you show to your children is second to none, you have been such a support. Thank you all.
Lovely nursery, very happy with my son's development and all the teachers. The hub is a great place where he has made lots of friends and is happy to return to every day. He's learnt a lot and grown into a confident boy with all the teachers' help, amazingly well looked after and he's so happy.
We are so pleased with our decision to send our son to Buttercups at Chalfont. It has been an amazing experience for my son and helped prepare him for reception. He has loved his time here and we have always had peace of mind that he is well cared for.
Chalfont Park Nursery has been an amazing nursery for my child. The first nursery he went to I was really not happy with and took our son out. Coming to Buttercups at Chalfont was a big step for me. Being a nursery manager in the past myself, I'm very critical but as soon as I walked in I knew I was happy for our son. The Hub has been the best experience for him and us. My son's main teacher has been the most amazing educator for our son, he has been worried about Montessori at times and together we all worked to make him happy with getting involved. We as a family will miss her massively. Hopefully one day we will be back with our second child.
Our daughter went to this nursery since she was a baby and always enjoyed it. The staff are extremely friendly and competent. They helped her develop all the skills and confidence needed in her next steps of education.
The staff are lovely and the facilities are like no other nursery I’ve seen before.
The nursery it’s self is very secure and safe.
The food they provide is lovely, my son always has seconds.
Buttercups at Chalfont are an amazing nursery. Both of our children attended. Our youngest started when she was 8 months old and she will leave this summer to go to school. At each age, Buttercups as been a terrific place for our children. They always loved going, loved all members of staff and the other kids. Everything is nice and sweet as it should be at that age. The new building with the playground is great and our youngest is raving about the forest school. I cannot recommend Buttercups highly enough.
From day one our son has loved attending Buttercups at Chalfont and still does. The staff have always been welcoming, accommodating and professional and we are so pleased we chose this nursery.
I feel completely at ease when I leave my girl at pre-school. There is such a fantastic vibe at this place that my girl can't wait to go there every time!
Staff is very approachable and always willing to help if you have questions or seeking advice. The main teacher is fabulous! Her knowledge fascinates me and I feel so blessed to have her by my side when my girl is starting to build her confidence, social skills and communication within the community environment. It is also amazing that not only the head teacher is taking ownership of kids education here, there are a number of fabulous staff members who are kind of "acting" teachers and supervising kids development very closely.
My girl started blossoming here and I am very thankful for this to all the team at Chalfont Hub!
The staff are great - they take time and great care and consideration of the requirements of each child as an individual and our daughters have had a wonderful time there.
The new Hub building is especially brilliant - both the indoor and outdoor space is a fantastic learning environment and the Montessori approach has been very supportive in preparing for moving to a school environment.
I would highly recommend both the nursery and the staff.
My daughter is very happy at Buttercups and is well looked after. I have no concerns about her being there. The staff turnover is quite high but they are all very caring and loving to the children. I would recommend to others.
Buttercups at Chalfont Park is a lovely nursery. My child settled in very quickly and has been very happy, loved and safe there for 6 months. I can tell that the staff genuinely care for her physically, emotionally and in her development. Her key worker clearly invests a lot of energy and effort in developing her various skills - social, verbal, mathematics. I would confidently recommend Buttercups to any mum or dad in the area.
I have 3 sons and they have all enjoyed their time at Buttercups in Chalfont. The boys have been extremely happy, they have learnt and developed well and have enjoyed some lovely relationships with the staff. The new hub has enabled that final year at the nursery before reception to be more focused on getting the children ready for school in safe and familiar surroundings. My husband and I are extremely grateful for everything that the nursery has given us and our boys.
My son has been attending Chalfont Buttercups since he was 6 months old. He is now nearly 4. Its often a tough choice for working parents as to where their child can be looked after. So how incredible for me to find Chalfont Buttercups. The staff are exceptional; the love and care they give my child is beautiful to watch. I have always felt 100% confident in the competence and care of the staff. It's a brilliant, caring, fun, happy and structured environment. If you want your child to have fun, flourish, engage with others positively, understand social interaction, be disciplined when it comes to meal times/sharing/manners etc and receive an all-rounded education then this is the place for them. I highly recommend this nursery.
A 'home away from home' - that was my first impression when I visited this nursery when choosing the best place to send my twin daughters. Six months later, I still feel the same way. The nursery is smaller than others I saw, but the facilities are great, and, most importantly, the staff are absolutely exceptional. They give individually tailored care to each child to help them develop into the unique people that they all are. The staff give detailed feedback so you know just how your child has done at nursery and feel informed of their development. All staff are friendly and ensure that you know them all by name (not just the key worker in charge of your child), helping to develop a really strong relationship between parents and the nursery. Would definitely recommend this nursery to anyone.
