Sam, has been working in childcare for 15 years and in a management capacity for the last 9 years. She studied Early Years Development and Teaching at the university level and continues to further her learning wherever possible. Sam loves working with children and is passionate about Early Years Education.
Miss Kirti has been working at Buttercups for over 9 years based in our Preschool room teaching children aged 3 years to 5 years. As well as guiding and scaffolding children with her outstanding Montessori teaching methods Miss Kirti also has Forest School Lead experience and skills and engages children in our wonderful onsite Forest School every day and all year round! Teaching and challenging children to be the best version of themselves is at the heart of everything Miss Kirti does!
Miss Lucy has been working at Buttercups for 12 years and has also been lucky enough to have had both of her children join her and so has the privilege of a practitioner and parent perspective to childcare!
Lucy loves to explore new Yoga regimes with the children and has impressive skills in setting up purposeful and unique environments to engage and stimulate the children. Keeping children interested, focused, and learning new skills is an important aspect of Miss Lucy's everyday teaching.
Mr James has worked at Buttercups Chalfont since August 2021. He progressed to Deputy Room Head in July 2022. Mr James has a passion for teaching and scaffolding children's learning whilst supporting parents also with learning at home. James is a keen enthusiast of learning in the Outdoors and enjoys planning exciting and engaging activities for children in our wonderful forest school on a daily basis.
Miss Danielle joined Buttercups Chalfont in November 2019. She has strong leadership skills and is currently finishing her Level 5 in Leadership and Management whilst successfully leading the Lodge team and children since January 2022. Miss Danielle is wonderfully caring and friendly and loved by all children she comes into contact with. She excels in teaching and supporting children with their mindfulness and self care.
Miss Charlotte has worked for Buttercups for over 8 years. She uses her impressive leadership skills to support and manage the Orangery Team and our children aged 6 months to 2 years.
As well as having her own children, who have also attended Buttercups, Miss Charlotte's strengths lie in creating a caring, comfortable yet challenging and safe environment for our impressionable smallest of children.
