Overall Experience
Choosing the right nursery is such an important decision, and sending our daughter to Meoncross has honestly been one of the best decisions we've made.
The calm setting is beautiful within the school grounds, and the small group sizes with a high staff-to-child ratio mean the children receive fantastic individual attention. The team really know each child and support them so thoughtfully.
Our daughter joined Meoncross this academic year after being in a previous incredibly busy setting. Since moving, she has absolutely flourished and come on leaps and bounds in her speech, confidence and development.
There is great variety in their days, from mindfulness and exploration to role play and academic learning. Our daughter especially loves Mini Master Chefs and learning French.
The food offering is excellent and they make a big fuss at Christmas and seasonal events. We feel incredibly lucky she has spent her preschool at Meoncross

Overall Experience
I wanted to take some time to share a review of our lovely nursery, which both we as parents and our children truly appreciate. Our middle child recently graduated from the nursery and moved into the reception year at the same school. The transition was incredibly smooth, thanks to the support and encouragement from the nursery staff and everyone at EYFS. This year, our youngest has joined the nursery and absolutely loves it. We receive regular and helpful communication from the staff about their progress, and most importantly, the wellbeing of each child is clearly a top priority. The range of activities is fantastic-gardening, beach school, and so much more. The teachers are incredibly creative, caring, and dedicated.
With all that said, I would like to thank all the nursery staff and everyone at EYFS for creating such a nurturing and supportive environment for our children.

My son has recently started at Meoncross Nursery and in just a few weeks we have seen so many changes and developments in his character. He has not been around many young children before and has been very shy around them. He now comes home from nursery and talks to me about all the other children and what they have got up to. He has already become so friendly with all the children and staff there and his confidence has grown rapidly! The outside space there is wonderful and he often talks about all the activities he's played with and brings crafts and pictures home that he is super proud of. The staff are amazing at communicating how he is doing and what they've noticed about him. I couldn't recommend it enough and I look forward to seeing all the changes still to come!

We couldn't be happier with the care our daughter has received at Meoncross Nursery since she started at two and a half. From the very beginning, the setting has had such a warm, family-like atmosphere that immediately put us at ease. The staff are genuinely kind, attentive, and supportive, always going above and beyond to ensure every child feels happy, safe, and encouraged. It's clear how much they care, and we feel confident she's getting the very best start in life. Most importantly, she absolutely loves going in every day, which speaks volumes.

The nursery have been absolutely incredible with my eldest daughter and my youngest daughter will also be joining in September. They go above and beyond for the children. All the activities are so creative and personalised to the children. My daughter thrives in the lovely nurturing environment and they have so many lovely areas of the nursery indoor and outdoor and often change the layout to suit the learning topic. It's such a safe, friendly caring space and my daughter wants to go everyday. We travel a fair distance to attend but it's 100% worth it!

Overall Experience
We chose to move our daughter to Meoncross Nursery to give her a more enriching experience and to encourage her curious and independent nature. We most definitely did the right thing! She is thriving at Meoncross, with a wonderful range of exciting activities and experiences, including ballet, music and regular trips to Beach School. She has a lovely group of friends and teachers that care a great deal about her development. She recognises many numbers and is happily writing her own name! We couldn't ask for a better setting to start her learning journey, she is very happy.

Overall Experience
I have nothing but praise for Meoncross Nursery and their early years team. My eldest finished in 2024 and my youngest is currently enrolled. Both have thrived in their care. The whole team make sure each day is engaging and activities are well thought out, ensuring the kids are supported as well as challenged in their learning. They achieve a healthy balance between free play and structured sessions. The kids have access to wonderful specialised subjects which exposes them to different styles of learning and gets them excited about trying new things from an early age.
The communication between nursery and home is impeccable, whether it be face to face, through the app or by message - I've always felt up to date with what is happening and able to talk openly to anyone in the nursery setting about any concerns or help we might need.

Overall Experience
Hydesville Tower Nursery has been a truly wonderful place for my daughter, and I'm so grateful for the support she's received there. She has always struggled with change, and I was worried about how she would settle into a new environment. The staff recognised this straight away and went above and beyond to help her feel safe, understood, and gently encouraged. Their patience, warmth, and consistency made all the difference. They took the time to get to know her, to understand what she needed, and to support her at her own pace. Because of that, she settled far more smoothly than I ever expected, and now she goes in with confidence and a smile.
The nursery itself is bright, nurturing, and full of engaging activities that spark her curiosity. She comes home excited to share what she's been doing, and it's clear she's growing in independence and confidence every day. Communication has also been excellent and so reassuring!

We couldn't be happier with Hydesville Tower Nursery. From the very beginning, the team has made us feel welcome, supported, and completely confident in the care they provide. The staff are warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in our child's development. It's clear they take the time to understand our child's personality, interests, and needs. Our son has grown so much in confidence and independence since starting at Hydesville Tower Nursery, and it's been wonderful to see how excited he is to go in each day. The activities are thoughtfully planned and engaging, with a great balance of learning and play. We especially appreciate how the nursery encourages creativity, social skills, and early learning in such a nurturing environment. Communication with parents is excellent - we're always kept informed about what he's been doing, what he's learning, and how he's progressing.
The setting itself is clean, safe, and well-organised, creating a calm and happy atmosphere for our Son

Overall Experience
Choosing the right nursery is such an important decision, and we truly feel we made the best choice with Hydesville Tower Nursery. What stands out most to us is the genuine passion the staff have for what they do. There is a real sense of care and commitment in everything - from the way they greet the children each morning to the thoughtful feedback they give parents at the end of the day. Our son settled in quickly thanks to their patience and reassurance, and that meant the world to us. We've seen such positive changes in him since he started. He's more sociable, curious, and eager to learn new things. He often talks about his friends and the fun activities he's taken part in, which shows just how much he enjoys his time there.
We feel incredibly lucky to have found Hydesville Tower Nursery and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to other families.

All 3 of my children have attended the Nursery at St Mags and ALL of them are so happy at the school (they literally skip in, no lie). The Nursery is consistent with communication and the staff go above and beyond to ensure every child's individual needs are met. It certainly makes life easier knowing you are going to get wonderful smiley pictures of your 2 year old every day!

My little one has been attending for over a year and it is his favourite place to be. Communication has been excellent and his learning and knowledge has excelled. The teaching and office staff are very professional yet warm and friendly. Cannot comment on the food as my boy is a very reluctant eater but does tell us what he has been served or tried each day, which is more than he will try at home!

Thank you so much for a lovely review. We're absolutely delighted to hear that your little one enjoys coming to us and that his learning and confidence have grown over the past year. It's wonderful to know our team's communication and care have made a positive impact - that really means a lot to us. Thank you for your kind words and continued trust; it's a pleasure being part of his journey.
Our son absolutely loves going to nursery. He has dwarfism - so is very small for his age; we were a little worried about how he would cope, but he has thrived there.
The staff (he often talks fondly about ''Raby and 'Tiff-tiff') are so accommodating and patient with him. Adaptations have been made so he can play alongside his peers and they even got him a little trike so he could join in with the bigger kids on their balance bikes.
They really do go above and beyond!

Thank you so much for your kind words - they truly mean the world to us.
We absolutely adore having him with us, and it makes us smile to hear he talks fondly about our nursery staff! Our team are always happy to make adaptations so every child can feel included and confident!
My daughter started at St Margaret's this year and she has flourished. The onboarding period was amazing and we were heavily guided through this with plenty of opportunities to get familiar with the setting. Since starting, our daughter has had only positive interactions, now runs in smiling and I am reassured with all the nurturing activities she's gets up to throughout the day. I would absolutely recommend St Mags for any parent wanting to put their child into a setting that nurtures and prepares them whilst also feeling like an extension of family!

My son loves going to St Margaret's. He has been attending since Sept '25. Our daughter went to St Margaret's for 2 years and she loved it as well. Highly recommended. The nursery have gone the extra mile and made adjustments for our son so that he has easy access to facilities that all other children in the nursery have access to.

I cannot speak highly enough of St Margaret's Nursery. Our son has been incredibly well supported by all of the staff, who are caring, attentive, and truly dedicated to each child's development. The nursery itself is inviting and vibrant, with a wonderful range of continuous activities and lessons that encourage learning through play. The children are challenged in a fun and engaging way, which has made a real difference in our son's confidence and growth. The children are included within the whole school events which has been also been a fantastic opportunity for them.
