My son started at Wooden House in May 2026 at 12 months. I, like all new parents, was nervous at first how he would cope within the setting and away from me, but he settled beautifully. His key workers have been amazing, providing him with attention and comfort. He now goes to them with open arms each morning. I receive updates daily on the variety of activities he gets up to with his new friends, many of which i would not be able to replicate at home. The baby/toddler room has its own covered garden area, which he loves exploring. I have frequent discussions about his development with his key workers and any areas of support for him are actively worked on in the setting. The office staff at Wooden House are also very supportive, always there to help with finance questions and providing updates for parents on anything from road closures to activity days.

We absolutely love wooden house! Two of our children have been there for 2+ years and have been exceptionally well cared for. Our child with many allergies has been meticulously looked after, staff going above and beyond to ensure she isn't left out of anything because of it. The ladies who look after them are not only friendly and lovely, but professionals who clearly take great pride and care in what they do. We love the mix of experienced, and newly qualified key workers as it brings lots of energetic, fun and educational activities for the children. I also love that we take our own packed lunch, so I know they're getting really nutritional food alongside the healthy snacks that nursery provide. Mine LOVE the outdoor play area, which gets regular updates, and the under cover outdoor play area is great as they can still get outside in the fresh air even when it's raining. I can't fault wooden house and would 10/10 recommend them!

Meadowside is a friendly and welcoming environment with staff who genuinely care about your child. My child loves the varied activities they do such as weekly football sessions and music and movement classes. The staff make you feel welcome as a parent and I love how they make sure to include siblings in conversation. I would recommend Meadowside to any parent looking for a safe, secure setting which will bring joy to your child's day!

We've had such a positive experience at Barley Wood Nursery. Our child started back in April and has settled in so well. The staff are absolutely amazing and communicate with us regularly. They provide great photos and monthly progress reports. Our child's development has come on massively since they've started and they are thriving. We also the location and that they are out in nature every day. Highly recommend Barley Wood!

My son happily goes to nursery and really enjoys his time there. He loves taking part in the different activities and playing with his friends. The caregivers are amazing and take great care of him. They are always patient, attentive, and listen to any concerns I have, which gives me great confidence and peace of mind. I truly appreciate the caring and supportive environment they provide.

I thoroughly recommend this nursery . All the staff have been fantastic. Our son has enjoyed his time there immensely. The staff have been exceptionally supportive and encouraging, and in the recent hot weather, have endeavoured to stay open which has been greatly appreciated . The outdoor nature and green surrounding area of the nursery is also fantastic. the activities and encouragement for various learning skills are excellent .We feel extremely lucky to have been able to send our son to this nursery.

My daughter has been attending Stepping Stones since January 2025 and we cannot thank them enough for their kindness, care and support. She loves attending pre school and has blossomed. The staff are friendly and approachable but equally professional. It seems they have a wealth of knowledge between them which shines throughout the activities they provide for the children. My daughter can sometimes struggle with transitions and they go above and beyond to help this. She moved from a different pre school and they made the settling in process seamless. We will miss our time here, when she moves on to "big school".

What a gorgeous little preschool. The staff are so friendly and supportive and my daughter loves spending time there! We have regular updates and pictures of the activities the children are taking part in every day. My daughter has learnt so much from the time she has spent at Meadowside and it's set her up so nicely for a transition into reception.

We are very happy with Meadowside Nursery. Our daughter really enjoys her time there and is always excited to go in each day. The staff are friendly, caring, and attentive, creating a warm and welcoming environment for the children. There are plenty of fun activities and lots of playtime, which helps the children learn and develop while having a great time. It's clear that the staff genuinely care about the children's wellbeing and happiness.

Lovely pre school. My LO is certainly very happy there. Staff are great and go out of their way to make sure the children are happy. Boogy beats day is a favourite for my little one. Meadowside is also in a great location, as it's next to the infant school.

My child since starting here has really started trying to talk and I believe being around all the other children and watching has been massively beneficial. I look forward to another 2 years at Meadowside before little one starts school.

The Pottingshed is an excellent nursery, both my children absolutely love the facilities and more importantly the staff.

Everyday i hear my children talk about activities with their friends, what they've learnt and how excited they are to go again!

We couldn't be happier with the care and support our toddler has received at this nursery. From the start, the staff have been warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in our child's wellbeing and development. They create a safe, nurturing environment where children feel valued and excited to learn.

Communication is excellent, with regular updates on activities, milestones, and any concerns. It's reassuring to know our child is well cared for while also growing in confidence, independence, and social skills.

We've seen wonderful progress, from improved communication to forming friendships. The variety of activities is fantastic, with plenty of outdoor play, free play, and engaging sessions like singing and dancing.

During settling in, staff took time to understand our child's interests and incorporated favourite toys and activities.

We're incredibly grateful and would highly recommend this nursery.

Really happy with the Wooden House nursery since our son started in February. The staff are very friendly and clearly care for the children. My son comes home content and when I pick him up I can sometimes see him playing happily in the room. The nursery is kept clean and tidy and the staff will always try to accommodate your asks.

We couldn't be happier with this nursery. The staff are caring, attentive, and genuinely passionate about supporting the children's development. Our son has grown so much in confidence and loves going every day. The environment is warm, safe, and welcoming - we truly feel lucky to have found such a wonderful place.

Wooden House is a fantastic nursery which provides a nurturing environment for children to flourish.

my boy was unsure of nursery but Stepping stones has made my son happy to come in , he loves it here , and so did his other siblings when attended, The staff are so lovely and really puts all there time in to the children
