All of the staff are professional, knowledgeable, kind, caring and warm. I feel that my child is in an environment where she feels safe and loved and is able to develop strong relationships with the staff and her peers. The daily updates and information shared about my child and their setting is consistent and more than I hoped for. They even have Spanish lessons once a week!!

Lovely staff,has a real old school vibe about the nursery with the mixture of children being able to explore but also doing activities.

This nursery is outstanding in all areas. I have had two children at this nursery, my youngest is about to graduate pre-school but both joined at 6 months and moved through baby, toddler and pre-school rooms. The care my children receive is like leaving your children with a second family. Parents meetings and reports show that they take great care getting to know your children and understand and cater to their specific needs and interests. The activities they provide are outstanding and educational, lots of visits and trips to the local area, amazing imaginative and well thought out experiences such as "taking a flight to China" during Chinese new year, which included each child having their own "passport" and "collecting stamps" and having their snack on the "plane". My boy spoke about this activity for weeks after. I have been so happy with the care they have provided over the last 6 years and I will be sad to see my youngest graduate this summer. Highly recommend this amazing place!

My daughter loves going to this nursery. The staff are friendly and welcoming. She always has a day packed full of interesting and exciting activities that help her develop. I get to see her progress through daily updates on the app they use. They take the children outside every day and sometimes on excursions to local green spaces. The nursery serves a variety of different food at meal times which is included in the fees. They also provide nappies which is something less to think about. My daughter is in her first year of nursery and I'm glad we have found the perfect place for her to go.

We will forever be grateful for the love, care, and dedication they have shown our son. We highly recommend this wonderful nursery to any parent looking for the best start for their child!

Great nursery and very helpful staff. Our daughter has settled in so well there. They are really communicative, so I know what she's up to during the day. I love how often they take her outside and the little forest school trips she goes on. The food is really good there too. Our child happily toddles in each day and is happy at the end of the day too. Couldn't have asked for a better nursery. Highly recommend.

Our son has been at The Butterfly Patch for just over 6 months. The staff are fantastic. Great communication, very accommodating, and our son absolutely adores them. The nursery itself is well equipped and is in a great spots for trips out. Can't recommend enough.

This nursery has provided the perfect service for us, just what we needed for our daughter. The staff there are really helpful, nurturing, friendly and supportive. An amazing nursery, I have had 2 of my children who used to attend here and now my 3rd child is currently attending. I have never felt so comfortable sending my children to nursery. Not worried about anything as I know my children are in safe hands. Big shout out to the home manager, she’s the best manager and support to have, hence why I sent all my children to this nursery. The other staff are wonderful, they bonded really well with my children and keep me updated about everything during the day. My child comes home and tells us how wonderful their key worker is, that says a lot from a child. Would highly recommend this nursery as the staff are amazing and there are a lot of activities to do.

We feel so lucky our little one is at this nursery with such a lovely homely feel to it. The activities the Glowbugs do are so varied and creative, it must take a lot of effort to think of and manage! The team are absolutely wonderful; so kind, calm, warm, caring, fun and friendly. They are really knowledgeable and there is continuous professional development. The app is excellent, it’s so useful to see her day in such detail and the food is fab. We really love seeing the pics and observations about her. The team fully understand her and are so caring and supportive of her development. Info about her development and how we can support her at home has been invaluable to us. Their kind approach and ethos definitely create an environment she flourishes in. She has developed so much since being at nursery and settled really quickly; she is always happy and excited to go which is such a testament to the nursery. The impact the team has had on her is massive, and we can’t thank them enough!

The staff are so welcoming and just amazing people. The activities and day trips they do my daughter loves.

Very good nursery. It was recommended to us by family friends and was a good recommendation. All the staff are friendly. Our daughter is very happy there and we see her progressing well coming home in a jolly mood singing new nursery rhymes. We would recommend to potential parents. They are technically organised by using mobile app for communications and records with photos.
