My daughter has been going here since September and loves it. I really feel that the staff see her as an individual and really care about all the children.


Everyone is friendly and welcoming and the atmosphere is great. I love that she gets outside regularly and gets a chance to interact with some

of the older children every now and then.

I absolutely love this nursery. Everyone is so friendly and caring. My daughter adores everyone who cares for her, which for me, says it all! My son also attended this nursery and runs back in to say hello regularly! Highly recommend!

Very pleased with the nurseries care, lovely supporting staff and my son is well looked after in their care. While the nursery on the smaller side, I like they utilise the space they do have well with a variety of activity choice (judging from the picture updates). The food always smell good that's
been cooked and my son actually eats it! I have tried the cakes when visiting delicious! The parking outside can be a bit chaotic (not nurseries doing) so we park in the car park across the road no problems, plenty of spaces to walk around. The price initially might seem steep, but really for the price of good childcare, its very good value for money and very worth it. I have previously recommended to other parents and would still highly recommend them.

This nursery is great, my son has been attending this nursery for just over a year now and I can't fault them. Megan his key worker is amazing with him, Terri the manager is always there when I need reassurance, she goes above and beyond every time. Shes a star. His speech has come on leaps and bounds
since he first started and that's down to all the girls involved with him. When I leave him I know he is well cared for and he is happy.

My child started in the baby room at nine months old and is now preparing to start school. I cannot praise this nursery highly enough; they consistently go above and beyond. All members of staff are friendly and approachable, and the manager is always available to answer any questions with kindness
and professionalism.
My little boy has developed a wonderful bond with his key person and has truly flourished during his time here. I placed my trust in this nursery to care for and support my child, and they have exceeded my expectations. I am incredibly grateful for the care, dedication, and support they have shown him.

Our son has been with Lancing Day Nursery for almost two years now, since he was a year old. He's now about to move up to pre-school, so I can't help but reflect back on his experience at the nursery and notice how much he's flourished.
In each environment (baby snug, toddler den), our son has of course
been given a wonderful level of care and attention, but also so much encouragement and opportunity to learn.
Watching him now eagerly wait to go into nursery is a really lovely, reassuring feeling after having very strong parental attachment. He then comes out and tells us about the different things he's been able to do, grown ups and peers he's interacted with, even teaching us a new rhyme or two.
Huge thank you to the team at the nursery for providing such a great environment for our son to spend his time.

My daughter has attended this nursery since April 2024, first in the baby snug and now in the toddler room. My daughter took a little while to settle in, but the staff were so supportive, especially Millie, who did everything she could to get my daughter to feel happy and comfortable. Now she is absolutely
thriving in the toddler room. She loves the big garden and having the independence to choose where she goes and what she plays with. She loves telling us about her day and even makes her dad play nursery with her, "dropping him off, getting him breakfast and playing inn the garden". I'm so happy we chose to send her here.

We had the loveliest settle sessions before our little boy started in September. He was so happy to go in and the transition was seamless. Couldn't be happier with this nursery. The staff are all lovely and very attentive . Our son joined the Nursery in Spring this year and it's been such a positive experience from day one. From the day we visited when looking at nurseries in the area, to his first day; to now, there is always such a calm and caring environment that seems so naturally happy and nurturing for the children.
He is happy with so many of the nursery workers there and they are great at catering activities to match his energy levels (and obsession with the sandpit!).

The staff here are wonderful and genuinely care. My youngest daughter is in toddlers currently and my eldest left to start school last year and both made excellent friendships during their time here. In comparison to local nurseries used by friends, the staff morale seems high, turnover low and level
of care excellent. Both my daughters built wonderful bonds with the staff here and my eldest still talks about her time at nursery incredibly fondly.
My youngest currently enjoys lots of time outside including 'field trips' to the field opposite, eats well and has lots of fun. The team were also amazing when she was potty training and she has just two accidents at nursery! I wouldn't to recommend this nursery to anyone.

Our daughter has been attending the nursery since June 2025 and we have been nothing but very impressed with all of the staff. They are really friendly and very informative at the end of each day with what she has been up to and how she has been progressing. The communication is excellent if anything

Great nursery, local with good facilities and lots of outdoor activities in the garden. The kids get some amazing meals from the chef and the new management team are adding their stamp to the nursery. The main strength is the nursery colleagues who work tirelessly to make it an enjoyable experience
for the kids with lots of leaning and fun at the same time. They show patience and compassion in abundance. Specially shout out to Grace and Cicely who our son often talks about even after he has moved to the next room and Daisy who did settles for both our kids

I would like to take a moment to recognise and appreciate the incredible leadership provided by the manager and deputy at the setting. Their dedication to ensuring that everyone feels safe, valued and empowered is evident in everything do.
I'm so proud of how much my daughter has developed since
joining the setting. She has grown in confidence, independence, and is now exceeding in every area of her learning and development.
It's been amazing to watch her thrive both socially and academically. Her communication skills have improved greatly, she's showing a strong curiosity for learning, and her enthusiasm for coming in each day speaks volumes about the nurturing environment created by the staff.

My son has been with the nursery family of Lower Beeding for 2 years. Within this time the staff there have been like a second family to him. Their care and campation shown towards him have enabled him to grow as a small human. They have educated him in his emotions and provided a stable, safe environment
for him to develop. I have been impressed with their communication with me on his development needs. He is always happy and filthy when I collect him which in my mind shows he has had a great day.

Our child has really enjoyed his time at this nursery. Under the new management system I can see lots of positive changes (not that it was awful prior), the garden is better utilised and the children are encouraged to grow vegetables and learn about nature.
This nursery are excellent at reading with
the children and having themed weeks, which we can then continue at home.
The only thing I wish they'd do more is update parents on what our children are doing each week. They have the app but updates are very sparse, currently 2 this year on the child with photos.


The staff seem to really care about the children, and the manager is excellent.

Our daughter is coming to the end of her time at Ashington Nursery and we couldn't have asked for a better setting. She has had the most wonderful 4 years of play, nurture and development from the amazing staff who show such care and attention. Her key workers have always supported her and us through
milestones, struggles and achievements, getting to know her so well and as a result we have a confident little girl, ready to start school in September! The nursery offer a lovely range of activities and opportunities both inside and outside in the fantastic garden! She always comes out smiling with a bag full of drawings and crafts she has completed that day! The recent graduation event was so well organised and was such a lovely way to finish her time at the nursery with her friends. We can't thank you enough for the love and care that you show day in, day out. Special shout out to one member of staff who our daughter adores and to another, who has taken the time to develop our daughters love of learning!
