The Orange Tree Day Nursery @ Burnaston

My daughter has been going to this nursery for a year now and absolutely loves her time there. After her initial settling in period, she's always been very happy to go to nursery in a morning and sometimes doesn't even want to leave at home time! She has built wonderful bonds with several of the staff in the rooms she has been in and I have no doubt that she receives excellent care whilst at nursery. From the staff to the facilities and environment the nursery provides, I can't speak highly enough of the team at Burnaston.

She has loved her 3 1/2 years at The Orange Tree and made lots of wonderful memories with great staff who she adores.

Good range of activities.

My daughter has been at this nursery since she was fifteen months old, she leaves this summer to start school in September and we will both be heart broken. The staff are friendly and approachable, great management team and it feels like saying good morning to friends now when we arrive. They've helped my daughter start her learning journey, helped her to build social skills, confidence and resilience, and I will be eternally grateful.

The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Nothing ever seems too much for them. In a very short space of time, my son has learned a great deal and genuinely looks forward to attending nursery every day.

Excellent nursery with warm, friendly and committed staff. Highlights have been assistance in potty training, the nativity for Wise Owls done on a Saturday morning - much appreciated so parents could attend. Well managed, pleasure to speak with the staff.

The updates are detailed and easy to view on the app and we receive a handover at pick up also. My little one loves it there and comes home with a smile on his face and a new song to sing everyday. I couldn't imagine sending him anywhere else.

My son attends this nursery and absolutely loves it. The staff are kind, friendly and easy to talk to. I find the setting very clean and interactive. When my son started he was not settling but the support from the staff to settle, he had become very fund 9f some the staff. He loves going and have made so lovely friends. I would recommend this nursery.

The nursery and staff are lovely, they always seem to strive to give the best possible care and it shows by the fact our little one is never hesitant to run into his room to join his friends. Since his first day he has enjoyed his times there and all the new experiences, he has formed lovely bonds with other children and the staff.

This nursery has been nothing short of excellent. Our daughter has been attending since she was 10 months old and for the last two years she has thrived in this setting. From the moment we visited this nursery, we have had positive experiences. Providing a safe and happy environment is something that cannot be fabricated and you get a sense of belonging at this setting. The nursery provide lots of different learning experiences and encourage outdoor learning. Their communication is brilliant and they are always thorough with their updates. My child is always happy going to nursery and has nothing but positive things to say about it. Staff at the nursery are so helpful and kind; it is such a reassuring feeling to leave your child in the hands of passionate, caring staff. The day we leave this setting will be a very sad one!

They get to attend forest school which my daughter loves and gets to explore and be adventurous in a safe and supported way. Our 2nd starts soon and I know he will thrive too!

I chose Orange Tree Burnaston for our then 9 month old baby boy. He attends 3.5 days a week. He is now 2.5 years.

After visiting the nursery, I was impressed by each room being specific for each age range. Each with dedicated outside space. Our little boy has flourished and has thoroughly enjoyed his time there so far. The staff are so dedicated to each child's development with lots of outside time. A great app to allow you to receive updates throughout your day.

Great car parking spaces for drop off.

Eversince we've stepped foot on this nursery, we knew it was the one. The staff were all very kind and welcoming eversince my child started. It's been over a year since my child started here and they were nothing but brilliant. My son loves going to the nursery and has very nice relationship with the staff. Leaving my child to someone else's care was never easy but they make my heart at ease whenever I send my child as I know he's very well looked after. They're all very lovable and very patient for sure. The ambiance is also very homey which I think what makes my child love it too. My boy has come on leaps and bounds eversince he started and I couldn't be more grateful to all the staff for all their love and care for my child.

We couldn't be happier with the care our little girl receives at this nursery. From the very first day, the team has been nothing short of exceptional. Leaving your child in someone else's care is never easy, but the staff made the transition so smooth and reassuring for us as parents.

The warmth, patience, and genuine love they show every single child is so evident. Our little girl has grown in confidence, independence, and happiness since starting here. We're constantly impressed by the creative activities, the nurturing environment, and the attention to each child's individual needs.

Communication is fantastic - we're always kept up to date with how the day has gone, what they've been learning, and those special little moments that mean so much to us.

We're incredibly grateful for the care, dedication, and hard work of the entire team. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a safe, supportive, and inspiring place for their child!

My son started at this nursery over a year ago, we looked at various nurseries and they just didn't have anything we were looking for until we came for the open day at the orange tree burnaston. From the moment we walked in we knew we wanted our son to come here, everyone is so welcoming and the rooms are calm and inviting. My son has made brilliant relationships with all the staff and has made amazing progress there and that's thanks to all the staff he's worked with so far. Couldn't recommend this nursery enough!!

We have had nothing but positive experiences with our daughter at The Orange Tree nursery. She has enjoyed her time there a lot and is often disappointed to be taken home after a fun day there! The facilities are great with a number of rooms ensuring children are with others of a similar age and with similar needs. The outside play area has lots of varied and interesting activities and there is access to a wooded area also. The day to day activities provided for our daughter are imaginative and often result in mini-masterpieces of art that we have to 'store' after bringing home. The staff there have been brilliant; caring and communicative and instilled confidence that she would be well cared for and looked after. They have managed administration of an asthma inhaler with no issues at all. They seem to have genuine care and enthusiasm for looking after young children. The management staff at the nursery are friendly, involved, knowledgeable about the children and always available.

We are very impressed overall with this nursery and recommend to all our friends.
