We have had a positive experience at Orange Tree from the start, the level of security is high with CCTV and fingerprint access to staff having to leave their phones in the office whilst working which I found was really good practise.
There is also an app that is used to update parents on what our
son is doing throughout the day. Albeit the signal/wifi needs improving as updates are not uploading until the end of the day.
Staff are lovely and our son gets on well with all the staff, a special mention to Hariett who is our sons key worker who he seems to have a great bond with and who he really likes, she is very dedicated and shows great care in what she does and is always smiling!

My daughter started at the Orange Tree when she was just 5.5m old and I can confidently say it's been the best decision I've ever made. Now at 20 months, her communication skills are flourishing- she's always singing new songs and her motor skills continue to develop beautifully.
As a first-time mum,
I was naturally nervous, but I've always felt reassured leaving her in the care of the Orange Tree team. She's formed strong bonds with her key workers and other staff members, and she's always happy and excited to go in each morning.
The staff are incredibly caring and committed to the children's wellbeing. The nursery offers a wide variety of engaging activities and encourages outdoor exploration, which my daughter absolutely loves. Communication from the team is outstanding- they've always kept me promptly informed about any illnesses or minor accidents.
I truly believe that my daughter's development has been significantly enhanced thanks to the nurturing environment.

The staff at the Orange Tree are amazing, my daughter loves attending the nursery and I am so happy to send her there knowing how comfortable she is there. My daughter's development has been so quick since she started the nursery at 12 months and I am really pleased with the efforts the staff make to
bring this on. The nursery itself has some great equipment both inside and out and is so clean. I would highly recommend the nursery for anyone within the Stoke area.

Orange tree have been the perfect nursery for my little girl. She started at 8 months old and is thriving there at 21 months currently.
The support is incredible from all of the staff and her development has been accelerated by the learning provided at the nursery.
I only gave a 4 star on facilities
as it doesn't have the biggest outdoor space but they like to spend as much time outdoors as they can and the parking is a couple of spaces on site and the rest at the church next door. Indoor facilities are great!

My little boy loves attending the orange tree, the staff are always very attentive towards all the children and they offer a wide range of activities both indoor and outdoor, I always feel confident that hes going to have an amazing day every time he attends. The nursery area is always well kepted and

The Orange Tree is hands down the best nursery in Stoke-on-Trent. From day one, we felt confident in the team's commitment to safety and exceptional care. The staff are loving, professional, and have built a beautiful bond with our little boy. He adores his keyworker and thrives in the enriching environment,
his language skills have surpassed expectations. Communication is consistent and thoughtful, keeping us closely connected. The chef's home cooked meals from the onsite kitchen are a huge bonus. The outdoor space is brilliant, spacious, well-equipped. Our little boy especially loves the Little Tikes cars and construction area. Having attended since age one, he's now 2½ and flourishing. We wouldn't go anywhere else. The Orange Tree is not just a nursery, it's family. Thank you to the managers and all the team, you are truly amazing!

This is my honest experience. Things were fine at first, but after new staff were introduced, my child began showing emotional distress-refusing to eat, becoming clingy, and even vomiting from the anxiety of attending nursery. She returned home with repeated unexplained bruises and, in one case, deep
nail marks. I requested written clarification twice and never received a response. I also witnessed poor toilet supervision-children left exposed while waiting for help. After I mentioned Ofsted, changes were suddenly made, which felt like a cover-up, not a solution. My concerns were not taken seriously until I raised a safeguarding complaint. I've now withdrawn my child and moved her to a new setting where she's thriving. I share this to raise awareness and protect others.

The staff at The Orange Tree are truly amazing, the care and nurture they have for the children is beyond compare. They make a conscious effort to make my daughter feel welcome and offer her that extra TLC on days she's not feeling her best. As a parent the staff are always there to support me where
needed and communication is always clear. On every drop off I know she is in the best care and my daughter always has a big smile on her face on collection. she always talks about her teachers at home and says they are her best friends.

Very happy with Orange Tree Day Nursery, my little boy loves it, always happy to go in and has made good bonds with the staff. The outdoor area is amazing and one of the things that attracted us to the nursery. The staff are always happy to help and give good handovers at pick up and keep the app updated

My son really loves this nursery. He has been going here since February and has come on loads. He loves going to the staff in the morning who greet him with smiles and is reluctant to leave in the evening.

My daughter has attended the Orange Tree since she was 7 months old and is now 14 months old. She thoroughly enjoys going to nursery and we receive lots of detailed updates about what activities she's getting up to and how she's doing. Her development is fantastic and I can attribute part of this to
fabulous staff and social interaction with other children. The staff are all so friendly and pleasant and genuinely care for the children. The provision is excellent including a generous outdoor area. The location is very private and the setting has good security. The nursery is extremely flexible with hours, which is particularly important to us as working parents. I would highly recommend this nursery to any parent and feel that this nursery will set my daughter up for her transition into school when the time comes. My only suggestion for improvement would be that breakfast options for babies can sometimes be limited and repetitive.

We have both of our boys at Orange Tree and they love it. They’ve both settled in amazingly despite being quite sensitive.
The staff are amazing both generally and with the boys. I find them easy to communicate with and we receive very regular updates about what the boys are up to and what we can
work on both at home and at nursery with them.
They receive a good hot lunch every day and a snacky tea. For context, I have rated everything either 4/5 stars but have given food and nutrition a satisfactory rating. This is purely as at our previous nursery (that went into administration) the boys received a hot cooked meal for tea as well. That said, the facilities and educational learning at Orange Tree far surpass our previous experience and the outdoor space is second to none. So as long as they are fed, I’m happy. High recommend.

We have been taking our little boy to The Orange Tree Day Nursery (Stoke) since September 2023, and it is without a doubt one of the best decisions we have made for him. My son absolutely loves going, and gets so excited when we pull up in the morning. He absolutely adores the staff, and I can't speak
highly enough of the team in his room - I cannot fault them whatsoever and feel so reassured leaving him with them. He completes a variety of activities throughout the week (which can always be viewed on the app), brings home beautiful artwork, enjoys a healthy diet and enjoys the occasional yummy treat that he's helped to make. He is happy, healthy and advancing daily. I highly recommend it!

Fantastic nursery from my outward perception and the interaction I've had with the team. It's always difficult to know how your child finds it when you're not there, but the biggest compliment I could give is that my daughter is never sad at drop-off and is always excited to be greeted at the door by

For the short time that we have been with the Orange tree, my little boy had definitely enjoyed his time with all the carers and his friends. We have been updated all the time on my son’s progress. The carers have been so caring and loving with my little boy. I have seen how he developed his speech

I can’t express in enough words how fantastic this nursery is. From the minute I walked in the door we were made welcome. My son has been attending for 3 years now and has graduated all the rooms. In every room, every member of staff had taken so much care of him. I honestly am so sad his journey there
is coming to an end next year when he goes to school. He absolutely adores all the staff as they do him. The outside space is lovely and well maintained. My son particularly loves the sand pit, climbing frames and mud kitchen. He has grown in confidence since being here. He had a speech delay at one point and they helped him to overcome this so much. Always keeping us in the loop and updated with pictures of his day. Honestly the best decision I ever made sending my son to this nursery. I can’t recommend it enough.
