The Management and reception always make themselves available for parents and are helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and there is a good variety of toys, books and messy play. They are very understanding of our children's needs. When we had an external safeguarding concern related to our adopted children, the nursery took it very seriously and helped to reassure us by going through all their safety measures. The staff are all friendly and seem genuinely happy to see the children. We love that we get regular updates and photos (and a daily diary entry for the younger one).
