My child has been attending for 6 months. I was not convinced about leaving him at nursery. However, I was very wrong. Clarence House Chatteris was an excellent choice. It really is a great facility with amazing and caring staff. My baby loves going and has been developing very well and learning loads.
They do fun activities everyday, have a nap, eat variety of food. We went to an open day in December. It was packed with activities, staff, other families and Santa! I highly recommend.

Highly recommend Clarence House, especially if your little one is joining from the baby room! Our boy's experience has been so positive from the outset and couldn't ask for anything more. Friendly staff, open ended play/learning, well presented rooms, tax free childcare and funded hours and very reasonable
prices.

The staff are so good with all the children. And it is such a lovely welcoming place for the children too. My little man didn't want to go to start with (leaving his mummy) but he now walks in all by himself.
Brilliant nursery.

My daughter has been attending Clarence House Cambridge since she was 4 months. She has loved coming since the day we came through the door. She waves goodbye to me and her dad when collected by a staff member from the baby room.
At pick up she will often shake her head no and will crawl to the staff
as she is not ready to come home, away from all the great fun she is having. Since being at nursery she has learnt so much.
The staff are very caring and take the time to get to know each individual child and their needs and backgrounds. We get regular photos and updates on the app as well as daily updates with their care dairies.
We love Clarence House and would recommend them to everyone.

We moved to Ely last year and were thrilled when the manager offered a place for our youngest daughter. Though initially concerned as she was well-settled at her previous nursery, those worries quickly vanished. Soon, she was running in every morning, excited to start her day.
Clarence House offers
a warm, sociable environment with attentive staff who genuinely care. My daughter's serious food allergies were well managed, and we appreciated the regular updates and photos via the app. With both my wife and I working outside of Ely, we were anxious but always felt our child was safe and well cared for.
We're amazed by how many songs she learned and how much she enjoyed making friends. Clarence House is reasonably priced compared to other local nurseries but with no compromise on quality. The staff's commitment makes it a wonderful place. We couldn't be happier with our experience, and our daughter's joy says it all.

I have only positives to say about Clarence House in Ely!
Both my boys absolutely thrive here, they love it, they learn loads and their social skills and confidence have skyrocketed.
My eldest will be sad to leave pre-school this year after having such a wonderful time in nursery. My children have
been in all 3 rooms and the staff are always compassionate, attentive and so hardworking!
Thank you so much for all your support over the years!

We have two children at Clarence House - one in the toddler room and one in pre-school, although our children started in the baby room and toddler room respectively. We have nothing but positive things to say. The staff go above and beyond to connect with the children individually and provide a very
high level of care. They really are amazing! There's a great focus on learning and developing different skills but in really fun ways that engage the children. Both our children continue to thrive and love going to nursery and have formed great friendships there.

Clarence House Ely is a warm and inviting nursery. The staff are efficient for managing details and provide a calm and loving environment for the children. My little boy loves to attend. The routines are well planned for the age of the children, involving all types of play that encourage his development.
Sadly,
some parents are put off by the location and those parents miss out on the most loving nursery in Ely.

Please read! Clarence House Day Nursery (CHDN), led by the manager, is an exceptional childcare facility, providing a nurturing and stimulating environment that allows children to grow independently. The dedicated staff here offer consistent care, focusing on teaching important life skills and creating
a warm and welcoming second home for the children. The nursery's curriculum is thoughtfully designed to promote problem-solving, foster creativity, enhance language development, and encourage positive behavior. In addition, CHDN is committed to inclusivity and ensures a safe environment for all children. The staff work closely with parents, ensuring that care is of the highest quality at all times. By choosing CHDN, parents can have peace of mind knowing that their child will receive excellent care and education. Please disregard any negative opinions based on its location, High Barns, because it's all conjecture. CHDN is the best nursery/preschool in Ely.

My son has just left Clarence House pre-school to go to big school and he has loved every minute of being here. He always comes out with a smile on his face and can’t wait to tell me what he has been learning about! The staff are all lovely and brilliant at their job. The same goes for Clarence House
Nursery where my daughter is currently until she joins the preschool When she is 3, just a brilliant setting all round!

Such a lovely nursery run by some lovely ladies! They give updates throughout the day and have a chat when it comes to picking them up and letting us know how they’re getting on. We know our children are in good hands and they genuinely love going. I cannot recommend this nursery enough!

The baby room is absolutely fantastic.
My son goes in straight away and doesn’t even look back or cry.
He has learnt so much. He isn’t even 2 years old and he knows all the music and nursery chimes and dances to them all

Absolutely Amazing little nursery. Staff go above and beyond to comfort, care and nurture my 2 children. It is clear that the staff put a lot of time and effort into all the children and all of the fun planned activities, mine especially love going to the nursery and they come home thriving! I had
a lot of anxiety around putting my children into nursery, especially my youngest who was only 10 months old at the time, the care that baby room gave my son and continues to give him is heartwarming and I will be forever grateful to them.

My daughter has been going to Clarence House March for 7 months now since she was 15 months old, in that time we’ve seen such a massive change in her confidence and social skills. It was a slow start for her settling in due to separation anxiety, but the whole team at Clarence House March really made
the process for my daughter (and me leaving her) as smooth as possible. It wasn’t long before she started waving me off at the door - a testament to how secure and comforted all of the team, and especially her key workers, made her feel.
My daughter's communication skills and speech have also developed vastly over this time and as mentioned, her confidence in interacting with other children is so lovely to see.
A massive thank you to the lovely team at CH, we can honestly say our daughter is so fond of all of you and comes home a very happy little lady.

My daughter has been at Clarence House for a year now, and my son attended for 2 years previous to her. My children have always been eager to go to nursery in the morning and are never in a rush to leave as they enjoy their time there so much. The staff are bubbly and friendly and do a great job at
caring for the children, helping them to learn and build confidence. We haven’t had one issue in the 3 years we’ve been using this nursery and would recommend it without hesitation.

My daughter has been going to Clarence House for the past couple of months. She has settled really well which has put me at ease as her mum. All the ladies are fantastic, I can’t fault them. I would definitely send any future children I may have here. The most wonderful atmosphere at drop off and pick
up, couldn’t ask for more for my daughter!

Our first child has been attending Clarence House since we moved to the area, and loves it, and has made lots of great friendships there.
We recently started our second child at Clarence House, and the staff have been so helpful and accommodating in getting her settled. When she needed more time to
settle in, this was clearly communicated and the staff helped put a plan in place so that she felt welcomed and safe. The guiding ethos was always what was best for our daughter. I am hugely appreciative of the effort staff went to in facilitating this process.
We're really pleased with Clarence House!

I think it says a lot when your child runs in and forgets to say goodbye!
