My son has just left Clarence House pre-school to go to big school and he has loved every minute of being here. He always comes out with a smile on his face and can’t wait to tell me what he has been learning about! The staff are all lovely and brilliant at their job. The same goes for Clarence House
Nursery where my daughter is currently until she joins the preschool When she is 3, just a brilliant setting all round!

I cannot thank the staff at Clarence House Godmanchester Preschool enough for providing such a welcoming and friendly environment for my daughter who joined in March 2021 soon after we moved to the area.
Due to Covid restrictions, my daughter had not been able to meet or visit the team or building
before her first day. However, she soon became settled and made good bonds with both her teachers and new friends.
Soon after joining the preschool, my daughter was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes and the staff have been beyond wonderful, taking on the medical training to ensure our daughter received the care and support she needed. We will be forever grateful to everyone at Clarence House Preschool for everything they have done for our daughter and our family.

My son has been going to Clarence House Godmanchester Preschool since he was 1, first at the nursery and then preschool, now ready to leave for his next adventure at school. He has absolutely loved his time there, made a lot of friends and always walked in with a smile and sometimes just a backward
glance at me! He has bonded well with various key workers and the lovely snippets of photos just show us how much he enjoys it. Special mention to the manager who has gone above and beyond in organising EHCPs ready for school once we realised he would need some extra help. I know it's part of her job but to a first-time mum who feels out of her depth with it all, this takes so much pressure off to know that things are in hand and ready for him starting school with an easier transition for all. You will all be missed and I will forever recommend you to anyone who asks.

Clarence House Godmanchester Preschool pride themselves on their high standards. We had our little boy in since 10 months old, back in the baby room at the nursery and he has been in the Clarence House chain until the age of 4, now just about to start school, we have watched the transformation that
the nursery and preschool have given him. During Covid, he became more shy and nervous and we have watched as the preschool staff have managed to help him overcome this and help turn him into a sociable and relaxed little boy. They have spent a lot of time really preparing him for school, so much so that he is now brimming with excitement for it and he has had staff that have known him since he was less than a year old, still working with him now. We don't have concerns about his safety or learning at preschool as they maintain very high standards, and due to the activities at preschool, he now loves cleaning and regularly requests to clean items around the house as he loves it so much!

My daughter has loved nursery and pre school. They very quickly got to know her and how to react when she did have a tantrum. After finding out she needed glasses pre school did everything I asked and helped her in the process of getting used to them. Staff are very friendly and know all the children's
personalities. My daughter has made great friends and always enjoyed her days at pre school. We are sad to say goodbye as she starts primary school.

My child loves going to Clarence House Preschool. Every morning she asks if she is going and is so happy if I reply yes. When I drop her off she goes straight in and when I pick her up she is smiling and telling me all about her day and how much fun she has had. As a mother this is the most important
thing, I can go to work safe in the knowledge that she is happy. The staff are very good and helpful.

Our eldest started at the nursery and has just completed preschool.
Some of the staff have been a great support and have been real learning mentors to our child; despite the high turnover of staff.
The app is a great resource that I have become reliant on, always wishing for more content but it's
wonderful to see pockets of their experience.
Food seems to be healthy and varied and we know they'd communicate concerns. We personally have had no concerns regarding safeguarding.
Outdoor space is present and the staff work hard to make it more creative, I do wish there had been much more trips and outings.
The manager has been present throughout his entire journey. She has been immensely supportive of my eldest and also to me. As an anxious parent leaving their firstborn she was logical, caring and showed so much kindness and support. She has been a constant in our child's journey and I'm immensely grateful for this. Thank you.

My son has been attending Clarence House Preschool for over a year now and I cannot praise them enough! The staff are always so pleasant and welcoming. My son goes straight in without any hesitation and really enjoys his time at preschool! He’s learnt so much in the last year, improved his behaviour
and speech/development and I am so thankful to all the staff for taking the time and patience with my son to get him to where he is today! Thank you so much. Perfect team.

My son transitioned over from the nursery to Clarence House Pre-School recently and has now settled into their ways. He was initially shy in the mornings but now confidently walks in and doesn't look back. Communication has improved since we started. I felt I needed more of a handover at the end of
the day as I don't get much from my son but this has improved and I love the addition of the daily information board, which states what they'll be eating throughout the day and what fun activities they'll be doing too! Then we can talk at home about what he got up to each day.

My daughter has been attending Preschool since she was 3 and she is moving up to school in September. She has really enjoyed her time here and has made some really great friends independently. She has been encouraged to progress educationally, socially and physically by the staff and this has put her
in a great position for starting school. I have always found the staff to be accommodating to both her needs and mine as well as being very flexible with her hours, sometimes at short notice. She has made some great bonds with the staff and I'm sure she will miss them. She was diagnosed with a food allergy during her time at preschool and the manager worked with me to cut things out of her diet and ensure she was eating things which she both enjoyed and didn't aggravate her. I am very thankful for their support with that.

Staff members are absolutely amazing, lovely people. They've all been very supportive to both myself and my child when she transitioned into starting preschool. My 4 year old loves preschool activities - drawings especially and sings a lot of songs when she's also at home. She has her favourite members
of staff but gets on well with all of them. Highly recommend.

We have always found Clarence House very welcoming and accommodating for our daughter. All the adults communicate very well and do their absolute best to support all the children. Our child found being dropped off hard and they are always able to help her in and look out for her. Our daughter loves
the jolly phonics that they do daily.

My child has attended Clarence House since 18-months-old, and I am extremely pleased I chose this nursery and preschool setting for her. I'm always impressed with her development, and she has formed wonderful bonds with the staff, who are fantastic. We will miss them when she moves to school. My child
always has fun and never complains of being bored, and I am very satisfied that her personal, social and educational needs are being met. I am also a shift worker, and their flexibility is invaluable and greatly appreciated.

I’m a parent of a 4-year-old boy who attends the preschool. We have had nothing but a positive experience with the preschool. Nothing is above and beyond the staff, they look to always stimulate all children and really tailor the tasks to each child.
The staff are very patient and polite, they are
open and honest about your child’s development and behaviour.
All in all, our son will miss this setting when he moves on to school. His key worker has become an adult he looks up to and enjoys seeing.
We’re very happy with the preschool and hope our youngest son will secure a place here in future.

I have used Clarence House Godmanchester Preschool for 7 years. Like all settings changes have happened but this group of ladies have been phenomenal. All the managers and deputy managers have always gone out of their way to support and help us, nothing has ever been too much trouble. Every member of
staff over the 7 years whether it's babies, toddlers or preschool have been exceptional looking after my children. Activities and learning is well planned and development is monitored. Food is well balanced. Thank you.

My son has just started at preschool, being the first setting he has attended on his own we were very apprehensive. But, the wonderful team at preschool made him feel welcome and me feel happy to leave him there. My son expresses that he is excited to go to preschool and looks very happy in the photographs
we get to see on the app. I have recommended Clarence House Godmanchester Preschool to friends and will do family. I will certainly be sending my daughter when she is 3 years old. The staff are welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable and the children always seem to be busy having fun and look very happy to be there!

Very nice place to send our kids so that they can enjoy themselves and get new experiences and early education, get new school friends. Staff are very nice and helpful in every way, understandable. A place that I definitely would remember to those still thinking where to send their child.
