We absolutely love Bearhugs Nurseries. Our son has been there since he was 5 months old. Now almost 2, he is so excited to go to nursery and asks to go even if we are on holiday!
A very friendly, home-from-home environment, all the staff are so caring and truly love working with the children.
Good
opening hours and excellent communication. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

A really lovely and supportive safe space for my child. The setting has a home-from-home feeling and my son has thrived since attending. The staff are all incredible and each child is treated as a unique individual, with the setting, tailoring to each child. I could not be happier with Bearhugs.

Our children have both attended Bearhugs. We have used their setting since June 2017 when our eldest first started. Our youngest is now preparing for the transition to school.
Bearhugs have been fundamental in both of our children’s lives. They will both have lifelong memories of such happy times
spent there.
The staff have always been approachable and supportive. We haven’t had any issues but anything we’ve raised has been handled with love, care and professionalism. The staff work as a team and our children are supported in many different ways.
Progress and their daily activities are reported back to us on the app each week with verbal feedback at the end of every session with a handover too.
We have been very impressed with holiday clubs too in which we have booked our eldest if needed during school holidays. They provide enriching activities and he loves going back to visit the staff.
We will always be grateful for all Bearhugs has done for both children.

Bearhugs in Tattershall I simply cannot fault!
The loving home-from-home atmosphere is just amazing, my son loves going to the nursery to see all the ladies and his friends. He’s developing such a character now and learning all the life skills for his age with the help of Bearhugs. The staff are professional
yet so family orientated. I would recommend Bearhugs to anyone!

My youngest has been going to this nursery for a while now, before he went he was shy and quiet, couldn't say many words and was just very behind for his age. Now he is outgoing, playful, imaginative, speaks very well and is very confident. They have been incredible when he has been poorly or I needed
help/advice. I am so glad I chose this nursery for him to go to.

What a lovely nursery to have been a part of, all of the staff are so friendly and make it such a welcoming place for little minds to develop and personalities to grow. They have done a fantastic job preparing our son for school and we look forward in the future to hopefully sending our daughter there.

Clarence House Day Nursery has been fantastic from start to finish. My son started when he was 6 months to 4 years old and just graduated pre-school, ready to start primary school. My son has loved going to nursery here and talks about it nonstop. He has made some amazing friends and has flourished
in all aspects. He loves to play outside and this is a huge aspect of what the nursery has to offer, with children playing outside and learning most of the day dependent on the weather. Watching him grow throughout his time at nursery has been wonderful and that's thanks to the amazing staff team, including the nursery manager and his key workers. I am very sad that his time at nursery has come to an end but I am lucky that the nursery offers a before and after school club which my son will be attending when he starts school in September. I just want to say thank you to all the staff for their hard work and amazing attitude towards their job.

I'd recommend this nursery to anyone without a shadow of a doubt.
Our son started when he was 1 and left just a few days ago and I'm not even sure I can convey quite how amazing they are in a review. The manager has helped me so much and went above and beyond when I needed advice when I was having
a tough time. All of the staff just feel like they're taking care of children the way they would with their own family. I love that they foster each child's individual temperament and they have a lot of outside space (more than I've seen in other settings when looking around for nurseries). Their periodical events are lovely and a great opportunity to socialise with other parents. I honestly felt sad leaving but I also feel that our son has received the best care we could possibly find for him and I think he's been prepared for school not only academically but also to help him approach a completely new environment.

Our eldest son went to this nursery and our youngest for a few months. We could not have asked for a better environment for them to thrive in. From the minute they started attending they loved every second and we felt completely comfortable with the standard of care they received. All staff were excellent
and the app is updated often. They have attended 3 nurseries now and this was by far the best.

Before I intended to send my son full-time in Jan 22, I paid for him to go 1-2 days a week from Oct 21-Dec 21, so he was comfortable with the environment and going to nursery.
The nursery manager was very cold and not warming as you would expect from a nursery setting. I also didn't like that you couldn't
go into the nursery to pick up your child, which wasn't just a COVID precaution but the norm for this nursery.
I also wasn't that impressed that I had to provide my son with his own fruit pudding, as he was on a natural sugar diet and I didn't want him having cake, ice cream etc, as the nursery couldn't guarantee fruit for him.
Ultimately I pulled my son out of the nursery before he went full-time as my son was bitten on the eye and the nursery was not upfront about the incident, in fact, lied to me verbally. I tried to get reassurance from management, who didn't action my complaint in the way you'd expect and I lost all trust in them.
I wouldn't recommend the nursery at all.

Clarence House Grantham has been fantastic with our daughter who has been with them for over a year. It's clear that she loves nursery as she runs into cuddle her key worker each day. the app updates are fantastic it clear that my daughter is involved in a wide variety of creative and stimulating activities
and it's clear she's made a lot of friends. Our daughter has severe allergies and I have full confidence in Clarence Houses allergy care plan to keep her safe and well in their care, which gives me a lot of reassurance.

This is a lovely nursery, our son started in October and he has grown in confidence. All of the ladies are warm and welcoming. It's clear how much care they have for the children. The activities that they do with our son, he loves and he is always coming home doing dances and songs that he has done
there. As parents it is so comforting to know that nothing is a problem and we feel we can talk to them with ease. Thank you to you all, you have made me going back to work so much easier knowing how much he loves your nursery.

The manager and the team at Clarence House are brilliant, they clearly love what they do. Both my children have been over the years with my youngest still there, who is so excited to go each day.
The setting is well looked after with a fantastic outdoor area. The variety of activities that take place
are clearly well thought out and allow the children to learn in many different ways.
My daughter has thrived at the nursery in the baby room, the toddler room and now pre school. Even with the restrictions on the last 18 months the nursery have done fantastically.
Food offerings are great, always a full tummy and communication on what’s happening is regular.
Highly recommend to anyone as an educational, friendly and clean place to send your child.

My daughter loves nursery! So much in fact that we have upped her days from two to four! The improvement in her speech and also her character is phenomenal. This was the child that was so scared of adults when she first started and now she closes the door in my face. This is all thanks to the brilliant
staff at Clarence House Grantham, especially the lovely ladies in the baby room who started her journey with her and now the lovely ladies who have taken over my daughter’s care in the toddler room. The only thing that I would say is that we have noticed a slight drop in the app communication since she has moved to the toddler room but this is slowly improving now. Thank you so much to the lovely staff at Clarence House Grantham.
