Overall Experience

I was nervous sending my son to nursery when he first started in August 2024, the staff were brilliant with both me and him and he settled in really well and quickly. He has such a good relationship with the staff, he always comes home happy and smiling and telling me about all the fun stuff he has

done that day, his learning and skills have improved so much since starting nursery, they have supported him with appointments in the nursery from speech and language and kept me informed of the outcomes.

Overall Experience

Couldn't praise Nunthorpe nursery enough. All the staff are lovely and the management team Katie and the 2 Jo's etc cant do enough to help you and your children. Both of my daughters have been to nunthorpe nursery over the course of 7 years and have never had any issues. We have seen our 2 girls develop

so much since then,because of the nursery staff, and watched them develop a bond. Overall very happy with th enursery.

This is our second grandchild to use the nursery we have found over the years that things have flourished with our grandchildren since using this facility Firstly the staff on contact are so happy to see the children when they come in which is reciprocated via the children a lot of the staff also been

Overall Experience

We couldn't be happier with this nursery. The staff are incredibly caring, patient, and genuinely invested in each child's happiness and development. From day one, they made our child feel safe, confident, and excited to learn. The environment is clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully set up with engaging

activities that support both learning and play. Communication with parents is excellent, and we always feel informed and reassured. It's clear how much love and effort the team puts into everything they do. We're so grateful to have found such a wonderful nursery and highly recommend it to any parent.

Overall Experience

Our granddaughter attends the nursery 3 days a week. We drop her off and pick her up from the nursery the staff are very friendly and helpful. Our granddaughter is always happy to go in and happy when coming out. Staff keeps us updated if anything has happened through the day.

I have 2 children who attend Nunthorpe Nursies
1 of which has attended from a very young age
Staff are lovely and always listen to any extra needs we may need
During December the girls came home with lots of different Christmas crafts that they'd been making!
The girls are always excited to go

back!
Can't recommend them enough!

I moved my son to Billingham Nursery from a nursery in Middlesbrough due to a house move and was really worried how my son would settle. From the day I went to visit the nursery I knew I wanted my son to go there. All the staff were so warm, friendly and welcoming towards us both. My son absolutely

loves going now and has settled so well, he asks to go everyday which has never happened before. I have definitely made the right decision and have nothing but praise for all the staff. I love hearing about his day and how happy he is there and all the art he brings home.

We have been absolutely delighted with Billingham day nursery for our daughter,
Darcey Leigh.
The staff are incredibly nurturing and patient, creating a truly warm and loving environment. We were nervous about the settling-in period, but the team was flexible and supportive, which made a huge difference.
Since

starting, we've seen amazing progress in her social skills and confidence. She now talks constantly about her friends and the fantastic range of activities they do, from messy play to outdoor exploration.
The communication is excellent-we always get a detailed update on her day, which is very reassuring.
We highly recommend Billingham day nursery
to any parent.

Our 3 year old son has been going to Billingham Children's Day Nursery for the last year and has settled well, building good bonds with many of the nursery team. The nursery staff are great - they know the children well, take time to understand their interests, and give thoughtful updates on how our

son is doing when at nursery. The nursery app is great to keep updated from the staff, and they always offer varied activities along different themes that are educational for the children. I would highly recommend the nursery to others.

Overall Experience

My daughter loves going to Billingham Day Nursery. The staff are so lovely and caring, and you can tell they genuinely enjoy being with the children. They always make time to chat with parents, give updates, and share little moments from the day, which really means a lot.
My daughter especially loves

drawing, messy play and lunchtime! There are still the occasional tears at drop-off, but the staff are amazing - so kind and patient, and they always help her settle in quickly.
She's come on so much since starting here, and it's clear she feels happy and safe. Couldn't ask for a nicer nursery!

Both of my girls went to Minnows while we lived in the Middlesbrough area, and we even carried on for a few months after we moved because we loved it so much. Sadly, we eventually had to move them somewhere closer to home - and it was such a hard decision to say goodbye. The staff at Minnows have been

nothing short of amazing from the very start, when my eldest joined as a baby. They've felt like a second family to us, always treating our girls as if they were their own and helping them grow, learn, and thrive. We are so grateful for everything they've done - it's no surprise they are rated so highly in the area.

I really appreciate the effort of the staff. Each one I met appeared lively and warm towards me. My girl started nursery for the first time and she has really improved in the aspects of socialisation. She is always ready and happy to go back to school meaning she loves the school.

Overall Experience

My daughter has been going to TAD Centre since March 2023. She has special needs, and the TAD staff have been absolutely phenomenal in wanting to learn along the way with my daughter to support her needs. Whether it is learning how to feed or PEG feed, they have always welcomed all avenues to support

her various needs with open arms. The amazing staff are the reason I am still able to work, and thus our family is able to thrive. I am very grateful to each and every staff member involved in my daughter's care. There was a period of 6 months when the managers were changed, which was a bit shaky, as I did not find her supportive. However, the new manager is warm, friendly and approachable. She always listens to our concerns with logic, and because of the unique situation we are in, she tries her best to support my daughter, which is suited to her. Thank you, TAD!

This nursery is absolutely outstanding I have had my 3 children attend this nursery from a young age 2 have left now and gone on to school but still have my daughter there. All 3 children have flourished and thrived so much the staff are so caring and are outstanding they look after the children and

learn them so much my little girl loves going there and my other 2 children didn't want to leave there and go to primary school as they loved it so much fantastic nursery would highly recommend this nursery to anyone all the staff and girls who work there are fantastic.

Overall Experience

We started sending our daughter last summer. Our nearest nursery (may I add highly praised and priced, that I heard awful personal reviews of) didn't have space for her until 2026. I've started doing an online dive into what else is there. Found that this and other one are had really good opinions on

the online forums. Decided to test water with two and after stepping into this one I knew that's the space I want my child go to. One member of staff gave me a tour and answered all of my questions. I just wanted my child to be safe and well looked after. And what I got was way beyond. My child can speak and think in two languages so it was important to me she was never looked down on because of that. Teachers were patient with her and now she flourished into most confident little girl. The staff who work there you're all fantastic and I can't thank you enough for your support and love for my little girl. Thank you:)

My daughter has been going since September 2024 and looks forward to her days going. The staff are very understanding that my daughter has CMPA and give alternative foods. Very understanding also that some children can have seperation anxiety and have the patience to deal with this. All round amazing
