Little Pioneers Nursery & Pre-school, Leamington

Little Pioneers Leamington is an outstanding nursery. All staff are incredibly professional, kind, caring and thoughtful. They regularly go out of their way to support the learning and development of the children in their care and our son's benefitted greatful from individualised and personalised proactive planning and care. The food is exceptional and I cannot fault this nursery. I have always felt confident that our children are safe, loved and thriving.

This has been the best experience of nursery for my little one, he has absolutely thrived here, it's only been a few months but we are very happy and he's so happy to go in. Always happy at drop off and collection. The settling in has been great any questions have been asked and for us everything that we have asked has been fulfilled. We would highly recommend this setting.

Our daughter started in the little explorers room in January this year and has settled in really well.

The staff have been really supportive with the transition and she has enjoyed the varied daily activities.

Handovers are always clear and helpful with staff happy to answer questions.

Fantastic from day 1. Onboarding was sensitive and well handled. Day to day care is second to none. Our little one loves everyone there, the staff are fantastic. Don't have a bad word to say about anything. Highly recommend.

Our daughter has been going to Little Pioneers Leamington since she was 11 months old so has been through each of the different stages of room and has been cared for by many different members of staff. I can't recommend the nursery enough - particularly for the brilliant staff who care for and nurture our daughter in the way we do at home. She's been very happy at all points in her time at Little Pioneers and we'll be so dad when it comes to leaving in August!

My little one started nursury when they were 10month old all the way though till they were 4 years old. Each stage of Nursery they got the full attention and care they needed and we saw mildstones being completed with the help and support of all the Nursery staff. They always enjoyed going to nursery and loved playing and getting creative with freinds and supportive staff.

My little girl is currently in the little creators room and the staff go above and beyond. All the staff have from each room she's been in especially the Little Adventurers room. The staff will always accommodate and make me feel at ease on tough mornings. I get regular updates through the app and lovely photos sent through of her doing fun activities. She talks about nursery all the time and sis always so eager to get out the door every morning to come. Thank you to everyone who makes my little girls journey so special.

My daughter will shortly be graduating after joining in 2021. The staff go above and beyond to support both her and our family. Nothing is a hardship for them. She goes in with a smile and leaves with a bigger one (and some stories of all the things she's got up to). Honestly just brilliant

I have been woth them for 7 years and today was the last day there i was so sad to be leaving. The staff go above and beyond for the children they attend to all there needs and work so well with the parents of the children. The children have alot of different activities to do while they sre there they have the outdoor area aswell. I will recommend this nursery to anyone i know that needs a nursery place

I have been at the nursery from when my first grandson started 7 years ago, I have just done my last pick up with my youngest grandson who starts school in September, the boys always enjoyed there time there, there key workers were great, one member of staff has been with all three and was a great key worker who got to know them well and there ways and adapted to suit them, another member of staff was also a great key worker especially for the youngest one, went out of her way to carry out activities with the children that she knew they would enjoy

This site have been a godsend for my two children who are now 5 & 4. Great communication, very thoughtful, always going above and beyond to ensure your mind is always at rest to with any matter. Loveliest team with fantastic management who have been incredibly supportive of both my children who attend, one having ASD and being non verbal I couldn't have asked or needed any more than they have done for him especially as I had to defer his start an extra year the nursery were amazing in supporting us by keeping him an extra year also which has been a massive help, they have both loved there journey with little pioneers! We will definitely be sad to leave in September as they both will start reception! Highly recommended :)

The nutrition provided is excellent, and the engaging activities keep him excited and eager to learn. We are so grateful to the wonderful staff for their hard work and commitment. We highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a nurturing and enriching early years setting

My daughter has been attending since last year and the staff at Little Pioneers have been amazing with her. They have really helped her thrive in her development and really go above and beyond to ensure she is happy and safe.

My daughter had not so nice experience in a previous local nursery which made me feel very nervous her going into another. The team here made her so welcome! really injected a lot of time and energy into her, she is really enjoying her day visits and come out so happy. I'd like to leave this review and thank the team. You guys are amazing with the children.

My son has been attending since Sept 2024, we love the nursery. He is settling really well and is now happy to be passed over in the mornings instead of crying on handover, the nursery is lovely and very clean and tidy and all the staff are great, our key person is fantastic. My son is always doing a range of different things each day and they are always updating me on what he is doing, eating and nappy changes. Would definitely recommend the nursery and I will be sending my other son when I return to work next year.

All staff have been amazing with my child. Encouraging her speech on new years (getting her saying happy new year). Staff are super welcoming. Great resources for all kids. Individual progress safe with all food restrictions (allergies)

My child has been attending since May 2022 and they are now in Preschool. He has really enjoyed going to Little Pioneers, the team are lovely and so attentive to the children. I would recommend this nursery to any one of my friends and family.

Brilliant setting, lots of space, always clean and tidy and most importantly such a lovely team.

Our son has been going since last September and we couldn't be happier. Such a warm, friendly, safe environment. The staff couldn't have done more to make us as parents feel comfortable with this big step, as well as our son. Any bumps along the way have been handled with kindness and patience and he's gone from strength to strength in confidence because of this. All the kids seem similarly happy and engaged. I'd highly recommend this place to any parents.
