I honestly cannot put into words how grateful I am for this nursery. As a parent, leaving your child in someone else's care is never easy, but from the very beginning Lucy and her team made that worry disappear. The environment they create is warm, safe and full of genuine care, and I have never once
had a single concern about my child being there.
Every member of staff is kind, attentive and clearly passionate about what they do, but I want to give a very special mention to Kaitlyn, who was my child's previous key worker. She truly went above and beyond in every possible way. The love, patience and dedication she showed towards my child meant more to me than she will probably ever realise. She made my child feel safe, happy and understood, and as a parent that kind of reassurance is priceless. It's rare to find people who care for children as if they were their own, but that is exactly how it feels here. Lucy and her team should be incredibly proud of the environment they have created

Choosing Stars Pre-School Dogsthorpe has been the best decision for our child's early development. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is incredibly warm and inclusive. The staff are not just professionals; they are nurturing mentors who have formed genuine, high-quality bonds with the
children.
We have seen a massive boost in our child's confidence and independence. They particularly love the outdoor play areas and the creative 'free-flow' activities that keep them deeply engaged. Communication from the nursery is excellent-we receive regular, meaningful updates on progress and daily milestones, which gives us total peace of mind.
The setting is exceptionally well-led, maintaining its 'Outstanding' Ofsted reputation through a curriculum that challenges children while making learning feel like a joyful adventure. It is a safe, stimulating, and diverse environment where every child is truly valued. I just can say: THANK YOU

We are extremely happy with Parnwell Preschool. All the teachers are wonderful, caring and very dedicated to the children. Sending our son here has been one of the best decisions we have made. He has learned so much. We can clearly see the difference in his confidence, communications and overall development.
He has grown into a happu and confident child, and that makes us very proud as parents. What touches our hearts the most is the warm and loving environment, from the moment we enter through the entrance, we are welcomed with beautiful smiles and kind wishes. It feels like flowers blooming - the positivity starts ar the door and continues until we leave. That warmth and happiness stays with us throughout the day. We are never worried when our son is at school because we truly feel he is in safe hands. Thank you to the entire team.

My experience to Stars Day Nursery Bushfield, is very nice. The reason why I sent even my second child. For me it's the 7th year since I am in touch with this nursery. They have very nice staff, open to communicate everything, and take care after your child. For my second child I needed to changes to
my job. And all the time I found support for this. This is the last year for me to stay with nursery, but I will miss them. Thank you very much to all of them!!

I love the experience at Stars Day Nursery. The staff are vey attentive and my kids love it here. I do feel they can be slightly more flexible at times but I understand the inflexibility is probably due to it being a franchise.
