Bright Stars Day Nursery

The past year has been so amazing. My son has been encouraged, supported, loved by the great team that works here. Big thanks to Emma, Saria, Josh and the manager Amy. Always there with a smile and answer. My son will miss you all but you have made sure he is ready for big school. The journey with you has been great. We are ready for the next step.

We would highly recommend bright stars day nursery. Penny has had the most wonderful time there for the past 2 years and she has come on so far, some of her highlight were visiting the local care home and also the amazing forest school facility they have. Thank you so much for all the staff who have worked with Penny, you will be missed a lot.

My daughter joined this nursery set when she was 14 months old and she used to struggle to settle but within a month she has settled and now she's 20 months and she walks confident to the setting, has friends and does go unnoticed in the room. I've seen improvement in her confidence and independence

I can recommend this nursery over and over again because they are genuinely doing a great job and all thanks to the manager.

He has since moved into the toddler room and is progressing amazingly. His communication has developed brilliantly, and he is always a very happy child both when I drop him off and when I collect him. This is extremely reassuring as a parent, and I feel confident knowing he is well cared for and supported.

Staff are really nice polite and friendly I would definitely recommend this Nursery to family and friends.

We love coming to this nursery! All the stuff members are so kind, sweet, and patient! Teo has a hard time adjusting to new places and people but after a week he was very confident in coming here and he enjoys it a lot ! I love knowing that he is happy and well looked after in the time he spends here!

All staff are fantastic with the children which you can see, the boy gets excited every morning he has nursery looks forward to seeing his teachers and other children. Cannot fault the time and effort put into the children from the staff.

The manager and supervisors are amazing and always willing to go the extra mile.

My child started this nursery when he was 9 months old. He absolutely loved it. The management and the staff are very friendly and supportive. My child loves going to this nursery. I would highly recommend this setting.

Staff are really competent and nice. My son has some issues with socialising and he doesn't want to stay anywhere without me, the nursery made him really better, staff are so loving and patient that he has to be dragged out on occasion. Super.

They have been very understanding of my situation and supported in any way they can and the staff are very welcoming and friendly and helpful with anything you need, I would definitely recommend this nursery to others. They help your children settle down if they are upset after you leave and they keep the same faces to help the children coming in as my son knows some of them and is happy to go to them, especially one member of staff in particular.

My daughter joined the nursery about 6 weeks ago now. I was really nervous about sending her to nursery, however, the staff there have really made it easy for her to settle in. She absolutely loves nursery, has made lots of friends and adores the girls in the room. They often upload on the app with pictures which really puts my mind at ease. Special shoutout to two members of staff who are absolutely wonderful. They are both always so friendly and lovely and my daughter loves them. The staff in the office are also fantastic, and always happy to give me an update on how my daughter is getting on - even if I phone 5 times a day! Really wonderful nursery with staff who really care.

I also get regular updates throughout the day and follow up messages about her if she’s not been in due to being unwell, which is lovely and very caring. I can’t wait to see how much she develops by the end of the year!

It's hard to say anything now, because we've only been going to this nursery for a month. So far, everything is satisfactory, a very friendly and welcoming team. I am satisfied with how they communicate with my child - openly and lovingly, this is very important to me.

Lovely place for my daughter, she is enjoying this nursery. Staff are very friendly and helpfuly. Good that the nursery opens all year.

My daughter never wants to come home as she loves it there.
