My name is Gina Richards and I am thrilled to introduce you to our new nursery in Guildford.

I have worked in childcare for 18 years having obtained a Level 3 in Childcare and Education as well as a Level 3 in Management.

I am dedicated to providing every child with outstanding learning experiences to support them to reach their full potential and thrive in all areas of development.

I work with my team to create positive environments and ensure both the team and the children feel supported.

We would love to show you our nursery so please do contact us to arrange a tour of our beautiful Guildford nursery.

I have a BA (Hons) degree in Childhood Studies from the University of Winchester. My degree covered child development, safeguarding, EYFS, transitions, and more.

I have been working with children in various settings for ten years. After graduating from University, I joined a nursery as a Senior Practitioner working in the toddler room. I then transitioned into preschool.

Following this I worked as a nanny for three years and in a local Infant school, supporting and teaching in Reception class.

After a few years, I moved back to a nursery setting. I worked as an Assistant Manager, where my main roles were to manage the preschool, be the Early Years Representative and be the Deputy Safeguarding lead.

I am excited to be a part of the team at Monkey Puzzle Guildford and look forward to welcoming children and their families to the nursery.

I have been working in Early Years for 13+ years. During my time working in nurseries, I have progressed from Nursery Practitioner, up to Third in Charge, and now Deputy Manager. I wanted to begin a career in Early Years because I wanted to try something different. I love watching children grow and progress. It's lovely helping them with their development and watching them achieve their goals.

I joined Monkey Puzzle Guildford because I loved the team and Gina, the Nursery Manager. I wanted a fresh start in a new nursery.

My name is Bonnie and I am a Room Leader at Monkey Puzzle Guildford!

I have been working in Early Years for 7 years. I started my journey with no qualifications, and after a year, I knew I wanted to progress and become qualified. Since completing this, I have worked as a Room Leader in both the Baby and Toddler Rooms.

I chose this career because I have always wanted to work with children and wanted to develop my knowledge and gain my qualifications. I love being a part of the children's development and helping them achieve their milestones. I enjoy being a part of their first years of learning and making trusting relationships with their parents.

I have been working in Early Years since 2010, progressing through a range of different roles up to where I am today. I chose this career because I enjoy watching children develop and achieve new things. Every day is different and I love working as a team.
