Wow! What a fantastic nursery, as a nervous first-time mum I was blown away with what Monkey Puzzle had to offer! My little man has been there over a year now and has come on leaps and bounds since starting. He has a varied well thought out menu throughout the week, amazing activities that he gets to take part in and a fabulous outdoor space with a separate mud kitchen! He loves his days at nursery! The manager is amazing and is always there to answer any questions that I have. The staff in the room are approachable and always give lovely feedback throughout the day via the app. I could not recommend this nursery enough!

The team at Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery have been very accommodating and welcoming. My daughter started in September after leaving a previous nursery that she was very settled at. My daughters' key workers and the management have made us both feel very welcome and have been very supportive in helping my daughter to adjust. The management at Monkey Puzzle is absolutely brilliant. They have been comforting and accommodating to mine and my daughter's needs, I can not fault them. The facility is wonderful and very clean. My daughter enjoys attending and I feel reassured that she is safe and looked after by an amazing team.
My son started nursery at just 14 weeks old and I was nervous about starting him so young. I had no reason at all to worry. I now have a baby almost six months old who is happy, sociable and who clearly always has a lovely time the two days he spends at nursery. The team are warm, personable and clearly adores my son - I feel incredibly comfortable and confident leaving him in their care. The team really know my son - likes, dislikes, routines, quirks - not just his fabulous key worker but the whole team. I returned to work very early and would have found this so much more challenging had our experience at nursery not been as wonderful as it has.

The nursery team have such genuine affection for the children and endless time and patience for the parents. Our little one comes home full of excitement, and the team/app ensures that we know every little detail about his day. Daily crafts and activities are always unique, which provides the children with such a vast range of exciting new things to learn and explore. The Guildford Monkey Puzzle branch really goes all out to research new things to engage the children. The food that is provided also seems very well researched, as is not repetitive (unlike our previous nursery), so our little one is constantly trying (and enjoying!) new things.
Compared to our previous nursery, the entire team appears very happy to be working there together, which is a true testament to its leadership!

I can not recommend this nursery enough! My grandson has been here for six months now and has come on leaps and bounds. He loves all the staff there and comes home each day telling me about his day. The family app is great and being able to see what he does each day is a real bonus. The staff are amazing and so friendly. The facilities at the nursery are beautiful and the rooms are set up with age-appropriate and exciting resources. I’m so happy with the experience my grandson is having at this nursery. Couldn’t recommend the nursery enough.
He loves coming to nursery and we have a tonne of confidence in the staff. The environment is perfect and the activities he’s been doing this past few months have been way beyond what he was doing with me at home. He’s come on leaps and bounds!

We moved our daughter from a different nursery at the beginning of the year, after not being happy with the care being provided there. We were so lucky to come across Monkey Puzzle! We were immediately impressed with the friendly, knowledgeable staff, range of activities on offer and brand new facilities. Our daughter has settled in so well in a short time and now absolutely loves her nursery days. We love the app which gives us information about what she eats and nappy changes and we even get photos of her doing activities sometimes. Communication with staff is really easy through the messaging function on the app and nothing is too much trouble for the lovely team. Obviously being a converted townhouse, there is no dedicated parking so you have to park on the street for drop-offs and pick-ups but we have had no trouble with that so far. I can't recommend Monkey Puzzle Guildford highly enough - I'm so grateful we found it when we did.

We are so pleased we found Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Guildford! Moving from a one on one childminder it was extremely daunting when we started to consider a nursery for our daughter but we couldn't be happier! The care our daughter receives is outstanding, the staff are extremely attentive and provide a comforting environment for her to learn through play. Our daughter is encouraged by her teachers and is developing socially, on a daily basis. The facilities at Monkey Puzzle are wonderful and are kept to an extremely high standard. From the first visit the staff have been warm and welcoming. It is even more of a reward that the nursery is stunning. So spacious for a Guildford town Centre location, the garden is the perfect size for green outdoors but not too large and overwhelming for the little ones. Our daughter was not happy in her previous nursery but since we have moved her she asks when she is going back to see her best friends. The team are warm and thoughtful and I couldn't be more pleased with the location. Such a range of activities and the daily communication on the app is amazing. The nursery was recommended but I'm so pleased with Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Guildford and all that they have done for our little one.
This is a great nursery and we are really happy with the service and care provided to our son and daughter. The attentive staff are great at engaging with the children and our kids love going there. I would highly recommend this nursery.

My name is Gina Richards and I am thrilled to introduce you to our new nursery in Guildford.
I have worked in childcare for 18 years having obtained a Level 3 in Childcare and Education as well as a Level 3 in Management.
I am dedicated to providing every child with outstanding learning experiences to support them to reach their full potential and thrive in all areas of development.
I work with my team to create positive environments and ensure both the team and the children feel supported.

I have a BA (Hons) degree in Childhood Studies from the University of Winchester. My degree covered child development, safeguarding, EYFS, transitions, and more.
I have been working with children in various settings for ten years. After graduating from University, I joined a nursery as a Senior Practitioner working in the toddler room. I then transitioned into preschool.
Following this I worked as a nanny for three years and in a local Infant school, supporting and teaching in Reception class.
After a few years, I moved back to a nursery setting. I worked as an Assistant Manager, where my main roles were to manage the preschool, be the Early Years Representative and be the Deputy Safeguarding lead.
