My daughter started when she was 9 months old and I accredit some much of her development to the nursery. They are caring, know who she is and her personality, check in with you as the parent and it feels like you as a whole family are genuinely cared about. I can't fault this nursery at all.

Our daughter loves her time at Monkey Puzzle. The staff are attentive and caring and she seems to be learning a lot! Excellent management and communication with the parents.

My daughter has been at Monkey Puzzle now for 2 years and even though she can be shy when away from me the team have been absolutely amazing - any period of transition, such as the when we went through a bereavement, stopped bringing her comfort blanket in, or when she was going through potty
training, they have always been so supportive. She chats about her key worker all the time and she loves looking at the photos of her Toddler Room on the nursery app on my phone and telling me who everyone is and what they did that day. She'll try food there she would never try at home and I love the monthly updates on her learning / social progress from her keyworker too. They also put real effort into special days such as Halloween / Christmas and she has grown so much in confidence. I just asked her what her favourite things about nursery are and she said: "playing with the water tray, playing with my friends and playing with Vicki!" So that's a direct review from someone in toddler room!

My daughter has been at this nursery for a year now and has recently moved into the toddler room. Her experience has been wonderful, warm, and truly amazing. The staff are all so kind and caring, and she often asks for specific teachers on our way in. When she sees the monkey sign, she gets excited
and asks for them by name.
The manager's door is always open, and they never miss a chance to say hello and goodbye each day. The online app is incredibly reassuring, keeping me informed about her meals, sleep, and daily activities. Seeing her happy and settled, especially after the occasional sad morning drop-off, gives me great peace of mind.
She loves the weekly visits from Molly Moo Cow and the yoga sessions, which she even shows us at home. Thank you to Monkey Puzzle and the amazing staff upstairs. I'm confident her next room will be just as wonderful.

Our son joined Monkey Puzzle in October 2025 after his previous nursery closed down. Since joining, all the staff have been welcoming, lovely and caring. The activities always sound great and they provide an amazing variety of food. They have been great since our first show around and have made the
transition to a new nursery go as smoothly as possible.

Both my kids attended the nursery here, my younger is in Toddler now, and I couldn't be more satisfied. Everything is just perfect: the staff, the environment, the food, the activities. My son walks in every day with a smile, and he's even happier when I pick him up. I highly recommend this nursery

My son absolutely loves going to nursery and it's all down to the exceptional care he receives and the amount of fun he has there. All members of staff are caring, remember his name and create an environment where children can thrive.

My son has been here since he was 6 months old and moved from babies to toddlers just after he turned 18 months. He is so happy and his progress in speech, socialising etc is just phenomenal! The team are lovely and handovers are always very detailed, the staff are so attentive and I feel listened
to in terms of what my son is working on/progressing with at home, so I know this is carried on at nursery! He loves the staff and is so so happy to be at nursery, he's made some wonderful friends and I feel relaxed in the knowledge that whilst I'm working he's so well looked after and is having such a great time at nursery!

My both kids were joined the nursery and they loved the staff, the environment and the activities from their first week of attendance.
When you enter the nursery all you can hear is happy kids laughing and playing along with the very friendly staff who would inform you about your kid's day in
detail. It doesn't have to be the key person because everyone there knows what your kid did during the day including the management team.
Their app is also amazing proving to you an update about meals, nap , activities, pictures etc. during the day . You can also ping the team through the app and get a response almost instantly.
On a daily basis they have planned for the kids a new adventure, a different activity , an interesting play , something new to learn that will enhance their imagination ,confidence, skills, knowledge, speech , interests , socialism and make them have good fun!
This is something that both I and my kids like /enjoy at the Monkey Puzzle

We are very much happy that we placed our son in Monkey Puzzle since February 2024. The staff are welcoming, helpful, and are supportive of us and our son. Our son took his time to eventually feel comfortable away from us during the day and I could not fault everyone in Monkey Puzzle for their
patience and kindness.

Both our boys attend Monkey Puzzle Guildford and have thrived under their care. From the baby room up to Pre-school, the teaching staff is thoughtful, attentive and engaged in the children's learning. We always felt comfortable that our children were well looked after, well fed and came home with
tales of fun and friendship. Every time we have had a tough week, an illness or a request for an adjustment to our child's care, the staff have worked with us to make it right. Highly recommend this nursery for all ages.

The Staff at the Nursery are always so polite and genuinely care for our little Grandson.
He requires some additional support and the Nursery are working with Mummy and Daddy to sort out future help!

The experience with this nursery has been 100% positive. It's by far the best nursery in Guildford. The management team are amazing and easy to talk to and all the staff are so friendly. The activities and care they provide each day to the children, brilliant. I would not hesitate to recommend this
nursery.

We really lucked out with Monkey Puzzle! The quality of care is first class and the activities are facilities are great! My daughter has been going here for two and a half years so we've had the benefit of all three rooms and I can honestly say they're all brilliant. She literally runs into nursery
every morning and has the biggest smile on her face at pick up. Thank you Monkey Puzzle!

Our son absolutely loves Monkey Puzzle, and has formed brilliant friendships with lots of children in his class. The staff are brilliant, always so friendly and create a variety of fun activities each day - our son has flourished and grown in confidence since attending as a baby. We love the picture
updates each day too and meals are nutritionally balanced and healthy. Would highly recommend to any parent.

Our son has been at monkey puzzle nursery since April 2024, when he was 10 months old. He's absolutely loved being at this nursery. It's such a lovely environment and the staff are really knowledgeable and friendly. It's great that there isn't much of a turnover of staff as it allows the children to
build really lovely bonds. Next week our son moves up to the toddler room, and I have no doubt that we will be just as happy with the toddler room as we have been with the baby room.

We are very happy with Monkey Puzzle and my daughter has been attending this nursery for a couple of years. The staff are great and keep me informed of what my daughter has been up to (food, sleep, activities etc) and they regularly do educational or fun activities for the children. Although the
outside space isn't very big, it's shaded and has a small wooden gazebo which means that they can get some fresh air whatever the weather.

My daughter has been with Monkey Puzzle Guildford since she turned one back in September 2024. She has developed so well in their environment and really enjoys attending nursery. They are always doing amazing activities throughout the day and spend a good amount of time outside in the garden.
Communication is great via the app they use and it's lovely to see how much my daughter does during the day! The baby room girls are a great team and always welcoming..Very happy we choose Monkey puzzle, Guildford!
