My daughter was regularly coming home with stained underwear, sadly the staff knew this but clearly, they didn't check her through the day.
We didn't receive any paperwork on the day our daughter left and her new key worker did not even come to say goodbye to her as she was leaving.
A traumatic experience for us, wouldn't recommend it for SEN children.

Excellent place for our son. He's really happy and loved going to this nursery. He's been there for nearly 15 months. The nursery has good facilities and very caring staff as well as a good location. Highly recommended.
My son has been going to this nursery since he was six months old. The staff have always been so attentive to his needs and have always had great communication with parents. My son has picked up great learning of numbers, colours and vocabulary in the care of the fantastic staff. The app is also great in informing us of his daily activities and meals and puts a working parent's mind at ease. Leaving your baby/young child in the care of someone else is the hardest thing in the world but it makes it so much easier when they smile and seem eager to run into the nursery in the morning. Thank you Monkey Puzzle for making my life a little easier and being such an amazing and huge part of my son's life!
Fantastic carers, everyone here is so friendly and helpful. Not having family in London means the nursery is like an extended family for my child. She is absolutely thriving and is excited to go every day. They work miracles with her feeding, napping and potty training. I couldn't be happier with Monkey Puzzle Woodford.

The staff are all so welcoming and show the children a lot of love and care. They also know the little details about each child which is so important to us parents. The team have so much time for the parents and I feel very comfortable speaking to the management team and staff in the rooms
Great nursery, my son is always excited to go, great large preschool room with access to the garden. Lots of well-thought-through activities and thoughtful staff. Creative ways to start to teach about numbers and letters and writing. Son is great at holding a pencil now.
My daughter loves going to the nursery. She joined back in November and she is now in the Tweenies room. They do different activities every day and the staff keep us updated with her progress during the pick up and by uploading lots of pictures every day.
My twin boys started over a year ago at Monkey Puzzle Woodford. The team helped them to settle in really smoothly, even napping on their first full day! They have developed close and trustful relationships with their main carers in both baby and toddler rooms. The team at Woodford are skilful, diligent and incredibly caring. We know our boys are in safe hands. The facilities and activities are brilliant, including a large outdoor leafy space. They have both developed beautifully since being at nursery and the team have been very supportive of one of our boys who has special educational needs, putting a clear plan in place. The staff are fabulous and are never too busy to pop out at the end of the day and answer any questions. Any request I have had, they do all they can to help including adjusting to my preferred day and settling him in around my schedule.

My daughter has attended since the first day they opened. They have grown together over the last 2 years! She is always giddy with excitement and bouncing with happiness at hometime for the fun she's had throughout the day. She loves mealtimes and eats well despite her being such a fussy eater at home! My name is Nosh Hussain and I am the Manager of our brand new Monkey Puzzles Day Nursery in Woodford.
I have been in childcare for 18 years and have experience of working with families and children of different needs, backgrounds and abilities.
At Woodford we are proud of the care we provide for our young children and do everything to ensure your child develops and grows in all areas of learning. Providing them with a warm, caring and stimulating environment to ensure that they thrive in all that they do.

I have been working in the Early Years Sector for under a year. I carried out all of my work experience in Early Years settings before completing my Level 2 Childcare Qualification. I love working in nurseries as even on a bad day, I know I have bright, amazing children waiting for me, who put a smile on my face.
I chose to work in Early Years as I wanted to be able to teach children new things, new activities and things I didn't get the chance to do when I was little.
I love working at Monkey Puzzle Woodford as the environment is very welcoming and understanding. I get along with all the staff and have an amazing time working alongside the children.

I chose this career because I enjoy working with young children and feel as though the Early Years are a very important phase of their lives, where they begin to develop emotionally and physically. I love being a part of a nursery and watching children grow and thrive. I love being a part of their journey and being a good role model for them.
I chose Monkey Puzzle Woodford because I researched local nurseries and related the most to Monkey Puzzle's ethics and values. I had also heard great things about the nursery and it's environment from my sister who works here too.

I have been working in the Early Years Sector for less than a year. I have chosen this career path because children bring joy - I love seeing them leave and develop. Being able to help them and their families to feel safe, and happy is very rewarding.
I have had experience working with young people in the past, however felt confident in my career change to Early Years as it is earlier intervention. I want to be able to help children transition well into the next stages of lives, such as going to primary school, providing them with the correct skills.
I chose to begin my Early Years career at Monkey Puzzle Woodford after I had completed some research. I found that they had a clean atmosphere which is inviting and friendly. After visiting the nursery for the first time, I loved the team and the nursery ethos!
