My name is Nosh Hussain and I am the Manager of our brand new Monkey Puzzles Day Nursery in Woodford.

I have been in childcare for 18 years and have experience of working with families and children of different needs, backgrounds and abilities.

At Woodford we are proud of the care we provide for our young children and do everything to ensure your child develops and grows in all areas of learning. Providing them with a warm, caring and stimulating environment to ensure that they thrive in all that they do.

My name is Hayley and I am the Deputy Manager for Monkey Puzzle Woodford.

I have worked in childcare for 19 years, starting my childcare journey at a small nursery group in London in 2002 working as a nursery assistant working towards my childcare qualifications and gaining 8 years experience in my role. I then worked abroad in 2009 as a kids club rep in Spain for 9 months which I absolutely loved! then joining Bright Horizons Family solutions in 2010. I started my career as a Nursery Nurse and soon progressed working my way to senior management as an assistant manager and operational support supporting 4 nurseries within Essex and surrounding areas.

My biggest strength is developing strong professional relationships with parents and stakeholders, I am definitely a peoples person! As well as promoting strong team relationships and a positive can do attitude. I am very trustworthy and have a huge passion for early years and helping children to grow and develop into lifelong learners.
I pride myself in being professional and relatable to all and ensuring the children and families are at the heart of what I do putting each child’s safety, development and welfare as my priority.

My name is Taylor and I am the Third In Charge and Room Leader at Monkey Puzzle Woodford!

I have been working in the Early Years Sector for 16 years, progressing from Nursery Practitioner, to Room Leader and then onto the Third In Charge.

My love for this sector dates back to when I completed my 2 week work placement at school and wanted to do more when I went to college. I love that every day is completely different and that no child's personality is ever the same as another. It is so fun seeing how children progress, it makes all the hard work worth it!

I began my journey at Monkey Puzzle Woodford by following a work colleague here. The reason I stayed is down to my Manager and Deputy. I have learnt more about my job role and the weekly life of a nursery in the last 3 years at this nursery than I have in the 12 years previous to that. This is because of the support, encouragement and development the team give. We really are a true work family and I am lucky to be a part of it!

I have been working in Early Years for just over 3 years, with over half of my experience being at Monkey Puzzle Woodford. I began by career as an apprentice, studying for my Level 2 at a different nursery, and then studied for my Level 3 when I moved to this nursery. I have furthered my knowledge and understanding, which has led to me being promoted.

I chose to work in Early Years because I not only enjoy watching children learn and grow, but to be a part of their journey.

I applied to join Monkey Puzzle Woodford because, at first impression, the Nursery Manager was extremely welcoming, kind and understanding. Since joining the team, I've seen the whole team is the same!

I have been working in Early Years for the last 12 years, with the last 3 of those being in a nursery. I chose to work in Early Years because teaching has always been my passion. I love this job because I enjoy seeing children learning new things everyday and I enjoy planning activities.

I have worked in Early Years for 16 years, progressing from Nursery Practitioner to Senior Nursery Practitioner. I love working in a nursery as it allows me to see children grow and learn in each stage of their development - I love being able to make a difference.

I have been working in the Early Years Sector for 7 years, starting my career back when I was 19. I began my journey as Bank Staff, before progression through the different job roles until I reached Senior Nursery Practitioner. I love spending my time with the children, watching them grow, develop and flourish. I enjoy working closely with my key children to ensure this development.

I have always enjoyed working with young children, I couldn't imagine doing anything else.

I have been working in the Early Years Sector for 24 years. My career started in schools as a midday and teaching assistant, before moving into nursery care where I ran a holiday, breakfast, and afterschool club. I found my real passion for childcare when I started working in day nurseries and have always been passionate about looking after children.

I enjoy watching children grow, learn, and develop in my care. I also love how honest children are and will always be the most honest individuals we will ever meet.
