Absolutely love Monkey Puzzle and the whole team, my daughter joined almost a year ago after being a lockdown baby and attending Monkey Puzzle has helped her grow in confidence so much! I feel so at ease knowing she is being taken care of by an incredible team when there and always has so much fun and learns lots!

The nursery itself is big with amazing access to a big back garden where the kids can roam when the day suits. There is a section each for the bigger children and under 2s.
We are glad to have put our son there as we know he is well looked after, learning from playing and has good nutritional meals/snacks throughout the day.

The staff all know our little boy's likes and dislikes and they genuinely care.
The children have so much fun and learn lots with the staff. It's generally just a very happy environment.

My son attends Woodford Monkey Puzzle. In the last month, his speech has vastly improved and he's talking so much for a 20-month-old. I think that's down to the nursery. He knows all of the other children's names and tells me their names when I show him photos so he seems to enjoy himself. The outside space is fabulous and the staff are all really nice. It seems a really nice environment for the children. My priority is that my son flourishes and he certainly has done at Woodford Monkey Puzzle.
They provide a wide curriculum packed with fun and sensory activities for kids. Our daughter is extremely happy there, sometimes it's hard to take her home even.
The staff are very polite and respectful to both our kids and parents.
The facility itself is beautiful with a lot of montessori-aligned activities and toys. The outdoor area is spacious, green with plenty of sensory activities.

Our daughter joined Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Woodford in September when she was just 5.5 months old. It was such a big decision and we honestly couldn't be happier with the care that she receives. She is always happy to go into nursery and I can tell that the staff really do enjoy caring for her. Big smiles all round! The staff have been wonderful - from settling in to helping with new nap/feeding routines to detailed daily feedback. Nothing is ever too much. Finding the perfect nursery for our daughter has made returning to work so much easier.
Your little one really is a joy to have at the setting - I am glad you feel the way you do. Looking forward to seeing your daughter continue to grow and flourish.

We have been impressed with Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Woodford since our daughter started 1 year ago. Our daughter loves it and has had great relationships with both her key workers in the Tweenies and Toddlers room, as well as with all other nursery staff. There has been very little turnover in staff so it's nice to always know everyone there. They are very caring and attentive with her and I always feel she is in safe and reliable hands. The nursery is always clean with a range of facilities and toys for the children. The beautiful garden was a big selling point for us and it's great that they make the most of it all year round. Our daughter recently moved into the Toddlers Room and is enjoying an even greater variety of activities - we enjoy the daily photo updates of what they've been up to and can check the app to see how she's eaten and slept. Would definitely recommend based on our experience.

My son has been at Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Woodford for a year, he started in babies and then moved to Tweenies. It really is a very special nursery, the facilities are fantastic as brand new and the garden is lovely but most importantly the staff go above and beyond every single day and I have never had one negative word to say about them. The staff and the management team really care about the kids and it does genuinely have a family feel to the place. We are actually leaving as we are moving abroad and the staff went out of their way to make us a memory book with photos of our son which shows the level of effort the staff go to. I would 100% recommend the nursery.

The nursery is great, a lovely big space with lots of light and an incredible garden. It's always spotless! The place is secure but efficient for parents to come and go. Parking is great too. Staff are brilliant, helpful, caring and intuitive. The management are also quick to respond, accommodating and friendly.

My daughter has been attending the nursery for a few months now and she is very happy there. The staff is very caring and supportive, they keep personal belongings in order, help with potty training and make everyday fun through creative and educational activities. Great Nursery, all members of staff are very friendly and made myself and my daughter very comfortable from when my daughter started aged 2. Very caring about my daughter and any needs that she has. The settling process was done really well and she has a great relationship with the members of staff. Lovely outdoor space which my daughter really enjoys and also lots of fun activities indoors. My Daughter really enjoys her days at the nursery and tells me all about it when she comes home with lots of paintings and pictures to show me. My son and daughter both attend Monkey Puzzle. My son is in the preschool room and he loves it. The activities are always so engaging and age-appropriate and he always comes home with lots of stories of the things he has been up to. I definitely think they are doing a great job at preparing him for school. My 18-month-old daughter is in Tweenies. She loves it so much she calls her favourite carer mama which is saying something! She runs in every morning without looking back and comes out with a huge smile at the end of the day. We have no worries about leaving both our children there and are so glad we moved the big one from his other nursery. It's great!
My daughter really loves Monkey Puzzle Woodford. She settled in so quickly and the only tears we get is when we walk past without going in! She's in the Tweenies room.
The staff are all friendly and I get lots of feedback on what she's done during the day. Their app is great as I can see how much she's eaten or slept even before I pick her up. They also occasionally message in the day if she's not herself or just to send me a lovely photo.
They are a new nursery and so there have been some issues but that's the case with any new business and team. I have never felt though that these have impacted the care of my daughter.
My daughter has settled in great. This is her first time at the nursery, and the staff are all so kind and thoughtful. They ask questions about my daughter, what she likes, dislikes and sleep patterns. They go the extra mile to ensure she always has a great day. Keep up the good work.
I highly recommend this nursery - my child is 2 and a half years and was being lovingly cared for by her grandparents while my husband and I were at work - we chose to put her in nursery part time to interact with other children and develop her language skills. Her grandparents were against it as we put her in a different nursery last year and she hated it, we gave up on that nursery after a month.
Monkey Puzzle Woodford have exceeded all expectations - my child is usually wary of new people and quite introverted, but within a week the staff had won her over … within a week she was asking us to go to nursery. We get picture updates of her happy at play and feel relieved. Her language skills have come on so much in just 3 weeks. Even the grandparents are now happy she is going there.
The interior is new, airy and welcoming - the garden is big and lovely.
I don’t know how this place rates in terms of fees, as for me it's worth every penny, and won’t consider anywhere else.

My name is Nosh Hussain and I am the Manager of our brand new Monkey Puzzles Day Nursery in Woodford.
I have been in childcare for 18 years and have experience of working with families and children of different needs, backgrounds and abilities.
At Woodford we are proud of the care we provide for our young children and do everything to ensure your child develops and grows in all areas of learning. Providing them with a warm, caring and stimulating environment to ensure that they thrive in all that they do.

I have worked in childcare for 19 years, starting my childcare journey at a small nursery group in London in 2002 working as a nursery assistant working towards my childcare qualifications and gaining 8 years experience in my role. I have been working in the Early Years Sector for 16 years, progressing from Nursery Practitioner, to Room Leader and then onto the Third In Charge.
My love for this sector dates back to when I completed my 2 week work placement at school and wanted to do more when I went to college. I love that every day is completely different and that no child's personality is ever the same as another. It is so fun seeing how children progress, it makes all the hard work worth it!

I have been working in the Early Years Sector for over a year now. I chose to take this path as I have always loved caring for children since I was young, my mum was a big influence in this as she also works in childcare. I enjoy making bonds with the children and the team, watching them grow and progress.
I chose Monkey Puzzle Woodford as from the very beginning I have felt very welcomed - I love getting up and going to work because I enjoy seeing the team! Since starting, my confidence has also grown significantly due to the support I have received, which has allowed me to build strong relationships with the team and families.

I love working in nurseries as even on a bad day, I know I have bright, amazing children waiting for me, who put a smile on my face.

I have been working in the Early Years Sector for less than a year. I have chosen this career path because children bring joy - I love seeing them leave and develop. Being able to help them and their families to feel safe, and happy is very rewarding.
I have had experience working with young people in the past, however felt confident in my career change to Early Years as it is earlier intervention. I want to be able to help children transition well into the next stages of lives, such as going to primary school, providing them with the correct skills.
I chose to begin my Early Years career at Monkey Puzzle Woodford after I had completed some research. I found that they had a clean atmosphere which is inviting and friendly. After visiting the nursery for the first time, I loved the team and the nursery ethos!
