Monkey Puzzle is a fantastic and welcoming nursery. The staff are very friendly and supportive. My daughter absolutely loves going every day and loves the staff! There are so many exciting and fun learning activities that she does everyday and loves to talk about them all when she gets home. I could not rate this nursery enough.

Our little boy is very happy at monkey puzzle Woodford. Staff in his room are kind and caring and take a real interest in his progression and development. He goes in every day without looking back which is a real comfort to us! He attends 4 x per week and has lots of fun whilst he's there with staff and friends.

My son started at this nursery just after he turned 1, and I can honestly say it's been one of the best decisions we've made for him. He settled in so well and now absolutely loves going to nursery. The staff are truly amazing - so warm, caring, and genuinely invested in the children. They've created such a nurturing environment, and it really shows. Every day at pick-up, they're always happy to chat, give detailed updates. The range of activities they provide is excellent. Over the past months, we've seen such a positive change in our son's social skills and communication. He's grown in confidence, become more interactive. One of my personal highlights is the regular photo updates on the nursery app, It's so reassuring and heartwarming to see what he's up to during the day, whether it's messy play, story time, or outdoor fun. I wholeheartedly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a safe, stimulating, and loving environment.

We couldn't be happier with MP, the staff are amazing, the updates are brilliant, the development I see in my son is amazing. I sent my eldest to another nursery and annoyed at myself for not sending her here. My only negative but this is probably more a company wide thing rather than Woodford is the ability to swap days if it is far in advance rather than losing money by not going on one day but adding on for another.

I have been extremely happy with my son's experience at Monkey Puzzle Woodford. The level of care, environment, facilities and engagement from staff have all been excellent and I feel completely confident that he is in safe hands when at nursery. Not only is he cared for well, the staff engage him effectively and have a positive approach to discipline, helping him to learn from mistakes and visibly take pride in behaving well. More than this, all of my encounters with staff have been positive and I've received consistent feedback on how he's getting on, his behaviour and any issues, should they arise. Monkey Puzzle Woodford has gone above and beyond, with management and his dedicated carers ensuring continuity and stability for him during a challenging period when his living arrangements were changing, giving me great reassurance that nursery remained a positive place for him. My son has been in every class at nursery and the level of care and engagement has been consistent throughout.

I highly recommend this nursary . Since I bring my child here I sow very good improvement . The staff is very friendly and very kind . Also my baby is very happy because of the meals , the meals are very healthy and my baby always tells me that he wants to eat only healthy food . Thank you for everything

My daughter started in Babies room in November, and was wonderfully supported. It was the first time we had been apart for more than an hour, so she was particularly sensitive to change, but the team worked so hard to instill confidence in her and also helped her sleep independently. This built a secure base for her, making the transition to Tweenies so smooth, where she has continued to flourish under the caring and supportive team - they have really encouraged her to grow and socialise more with her peers! Monkey Puzzle Woodford is such a great team and environment for little children, very excited to see her continue to grow.

This is a great nursery that both of our sons have attended over the last three years. It is very well run and managed. The staff looking after the children are lovely. I would highly recommend Monkey Puzzle!

We are very happy with Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Woodford. The staff are caring, attentive, and truly dedicated to the children. They always keep us updated on our child's progress and daily activities, which gives us great peace of mind. Our Child's key workers as they have moved through the different rooms have been wonderful and the feedback they provide us about our child's day is really detailed and insightful It's clear they take excellent care of and make their days happy, safe, and full of learning. We are so grateful to have found such a wonderful nursery

Our daughter has been at Monkey Puzzle since she was 18months old. The staff and the admin team have been very accommodating. Our Daughter settled in within a couple of weeks. She loves going to nursery at monkey puzzle and has learnt many new skills over the last couple of years. The management team have been very responsive and are very approachable.

My daughter is in Tweenies group. I was nervous about her starting nursery however the staff have been great and really supportive. My daughter has now settled and loves going nursery. The staff are attentive and very caring. Thank you to everyone in Tweenies but special thanks to one of the senior nursery practitioners in particular for all your support with my daughter. Also thank you to the nursery manager who is always on hand to help/answer any questions.

My son began attending Monkey Puzzle at the start of April, and he has adjusted remarkably well. I've noticed a significant change in his interactions with others and his self-confidence. He's become more assured in walking and is beginning to speak a few words. The nursery has provided great reassurance to both me and my partner. They are very informative and always willing to help. I would wholeheartedly recommend this nursery to anyone. A special shout-out to his key worker and the staff in the babies room for their fantastic work!

We have been really happy with Monkey Puzzle so far. Our daughter joined Tweenies in October and we already see she is coming along in leaps and bounds. Her key worker, all the staff in Tweenies and the office are so lovely and have put us at ease. They have been particularly diligent with our daughter's milk allergy and you can tell how much time and care is put into the children's development and skills and just all around have their best interest at heart which is so reassuring.

Monkey Puzzle Woodford is an exceptional place- the children are clearly very secure and happy with their carers. The environment is sunny and cheerful almost always. My daughter has attended three nurseries and this is by far the best- staff are supportive of potty training, manners, and helping, and the curriculum is both diverse and fun, with many cultures covered and drama and singing lessons that my daughter adores. My son will be joining in the summer too!

My daughter has been attending Monkey Puzzle Woodford for nearly a year now. The nursery environment, staff and overall experience has been brilliant and I've seen lots of progress in my daughter. Sending your child to nursery is such a daunting event, but the team at MP have been kind, reassuring and my daughter has a great time most days and has made lots of friends that she mentions at home. We get daily regular updates from staff in her room, and her key worker is caring and always gives us updates at pick up. I trust that my daughter is well looked after here and love seeing her gain confidence every day.

Our daughter has been so happy at Monkey Puzzle Woodford. She is well looked after and absolutely loves the staff. They do a great range of activities with them too. The facilities always look clean and we love how big the garden is too.

My son has attended the nursery from 12 months old and from day one we felt completely at ease leaving him at Monkey Puzzle Woodford. All the staff throughout the three rooms he has attended have been fantastic -offering a welcoming and friendly environment for all the children. The building itself is very spacious and well-equipped. The garden also offers a great space that the children use throughout the year. Our son thoroughly enjoys going to the nursery and we are very grateful that we have had the chance to send him to such a lovely nursery.

From the moment we were shown around the nursery we knew this is where we wanted to place our twins. My twins have been attending the nursery since they were 10 months old. They settled in with ease and thoroughly looked forward to going nursery everyday. They are now in the preschool class, and we have seen so much development on both the twins, from helping them to feed, sleeping, speaking, interacting with peers and teachers and potty training. All staff are very caring and nurture the child to be their best. The nursery is very clean and has fabulous in-house catering for the children. Without any hesitation, I would highly recommend this nursery.

My daughter started this nursery when she was 14 months old, she is happy and thriving. The staff have been supportive and encouraging through each milestone for my daughter. The food is freshly prepared and "nummy nummy" as my daughter would say. Nursery follows a Montessori curriculum, I feel that's been helping my daughter to be more independent. I highly recommend this nursery to the parents who want their children to be nurtured in a warm and comfortable environment.
