A huge thank you to the amazing team in the baby room for making our daughter's first few months at nursery such a positive experience. Our daughter started in February at 13 months old, and as first-time parents returning to work, leaving her all day was a really big step for us. From day one, Magda gave us genuine peace of mind. Over the last few months, we also got to know Layla and Zaynab, who alongside Magda were fantastic. The whole team was incredibly caring, attentive, and especially diligent with managing our daughter's allergies. Thanks to their support, our daughter has grown in confidence, formed lovely new bonds, and genuinely loves going to nursery! We are really happy with Monkey Puzzle Woodford. Our son started at the nursery in March, just before his first birthday, and the team have been great ever since. From settling in, to now, he has been supported by the same team + key worker, which has helped him to adjust well into his new setting. I feel as though he is well cared for, with the team always responsive to any requests we have (i.e. number of naps, etc). The app is well updated for us to see how he's getting on throughout the day, and it's always lovely to get more info at pick up where each staff member is forthcoming with details on how his day has been. He clearly loves the staff, especially his key workers, and there is such a happy environment across the whole building, that we felt really comfortable with leaving him there from the start. Finally, we're grateful for the good security measures across the site, which allows us to feel reassured knowing the building is safe.

We are very happy with Monkey Puzzle Woodford! Our two boys attend the nursery and both absolutely love it. The activities are varied and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The food menu is healthy and we find the managers and staff as accommodating as possible. Parking outside is a bonus and the children seem happy and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Our little boy is very happy at monkey puzzle Woodford. Staff in his room are kind and caring and take a real interest in his progression and development. He goes in every day without looking back which is a real comfort to us! He attends 4 x per week and has lots of fun whilst he's there with staff and friends.

The staff are truly amazing - so warm, caring, and genuinely invested in the children. They've created such a nurturing environment, and it really shows. Every day at pick-up, they're always happy to chat, give detailed updates.

I have been extremely happy with my son's experience at Monkey Puzzle Woodford. The level of care, environment, facilities and engagement from staff have all been excellent and I feel completely confident that he is in safe hands when at nursery. Not only is he cared for well, the staff engage him effectively and have a positive approach to discipline, helping him to learn from mistakes and visibly take pride in behaving well. More than this, all of my encounters with staff have been positive and I've received consistent feedback on how he's getting on, his behaviour and any issues, should they arise. Monkey Puzzle Woodford has gone above and beyond, with management and his dedicated carers ensuring continuity and stability for him during a challenging period when his living arrangements were changing, giving me great reassurance that nursery remained a positive place for him. My son has been in every class at nursery and the level of care and engagement has been consistent throughout.

My daughter started in Babies room in November, and was wonderfully supported. It was the first time we had been apart for more than an hour, so she was particularly sensitive to change, but the team worked so hard to instill confidence in her and also helped her sleep independently. This built a secure base for her, making the transition to Tweenies so smooth, where she has continued to flourish under the caring and supportive team - they have really encouraged her to grow and socialise more with her peers! Our daughter has been at Monkey Puzzle since she was 18months old. The staff and the admin team have been very accommodating. Our Daughter settled in within a couple of weeks.

My son began attending Monkey Puzzle at the start of April, and he has adjusted remarkably well. I've noticed a significant change in his interactions with others and his self-confidence. He's become more assured in walking and is beginning to speak a few words. The nursery has provided great reassurance to both me and my partner. They are very informative and always willing to help. My name is Nosh Hussain and I am the Manager of our brand new Monkey Puzzles Day Nursery in Woodford.
I have been in childcare for 18 years and have experience of working with families and children of different needs, backgrounds and abilities.
At Woodford we are proud of the care we provide for our young children and do everything to ensure your child develops and grows in all areas of learning. Providing them with a warm, caring and stimulating environment to ensure that they thrive in all that they do.
We truly believe that every child that joins us will be given the best start to life with the care and opportunities provided by our qualified, experienced and passionate team.

I have worked in childcare for 19 years, starting my childcare journey at a small nursery group in London in 2002 working as a nursery assistant working towards my childcare qualifications and gaining 8 years experience in my role. I then worked abroad in 2009 as a kids club rep in Spain for 9 months which I absolutely loved! then joining Bright Horizons Family solutions in 2010. I have been working in the Early Years Sector for 16 years, progressing from Nursery Practitioner, to Room Leader and then onto the Third In Charge.
My love for this sector dates back to when I completed my 2 week work placement at school and wanted to do more when I went to college. I love that every day is completely different and that no child's personality is ever the same as another. It is so fun seeing how children progress, it makes all the hard work worth it!
