N Family Club - Whetstone

I feel as a parent our voice and concerns are heard and when we have required extra days or flexibility in our schedule it is always met with the intention to help wherever possible.

My son has attended N Family Club nursery since August 2020. In both locations, we have nothing but the best service. He is always happy going in and just as happy when it's home time. Always learning and gaining new friends.

Having seen lots of other nurseries, we were really pleased when we finally visited and decided to send our son here. The facilities are well maintained and most importantly the staff are lovely. I really enjoy all the updates and seeing all the varied activities the staff members arrange for the kids.

It's a shame that N Family Club only opened in Spring 2022 & not a long time ago!

I must have visited ten local nurseries and finally stumbled across The N Family Club in Whetstone. This nursery is like no other nursery, it's clean, they have an amazing chef and it's run impeccably. The staff go above and beyond to ensure the children are firstly happy, safe and learning and developing new skills. My husband and I have noticed a massive difference in our son since joining the nursery. He is more confident, he has made new friends and he is becoming more independent. In the morning when I drop him off, I always feel like I have left him with his second family. There's no better feeling than knowing your child is in the best environment away from home!

One thing that they can improve is using apron for messy play i.e painting.

Great engagement with staff, very modern bright facility. An interesting and varied menu for the children and a reassuring sense of care. Our first time using a nursery and so are very pleased to have N Family Club - Whetstone in our area.

My two boys have been attending N Family since April 2022 (3.5 year old and 1 year old), shortly after it opened. The experience so far has been absolutely amazing. My boys have settled in really well and are both thriving. The facilities are incredible. I love that everything is on one floor, especially for children. All the staff and management are super friendly and always helpful. Drop off and collection is seamless (which is extra important when juggling two kids!). Both my children have developed strong connections with the staff, and my older son has made many new friends! The food is nutritious and well varied which is extremely important to me. I feel 100% comfortable leaving my children with them everyday and know they will be very well taken care of.

My son started nursery in March 2022. We cannot praise N Family club enough. The overall experience so far has been absolutely superb, and our son is thriving and developing very well at the nursery. The facilities here are amazing and it has a great outdoor space to play in, a cooking room and a wide array of toys and even a parents' area for coffee. The menu at the nursery is incredible and gets changed weekly. The food is very nutritious and we really like that the kitchen has an open hatch, so you can say hello at drop off and pick up. All the staff are all so welcoming and personable and they’re all fantastic with our son, he gets excited going through the front door. The ethos at the nursery is very refreshing, taking inspiration from different educational styles to make it their own. We couldn’t have found a better nursery in the area.

My two-year-old has recently started at N Family Club. The whole transition has been so seamless, thanks to the wonderful staff at N Whetstone from the first point of contact/management/chef/carers/lunch covers. I am really pleased that my child attends a lovely nursery with people who you can tell love what they do. In just a few weeks my child has made really strong connections with each staff member and I have already witnessed him achieve milestones that we had been trying to achieve at home. The space, resources and methods of teaching are incredible and in line with my own personal values.

I couldn’t think of a better place to send my child to learn and play at a level that I would aim to achieve at home. There is a great level of communication between parents and staff (done through the app) and face to face during drop off and pick up. No matter which carer brings my child to me at the end of the day, they know exactly what he has done for the day and assure his needs have been met.
