First and foremost everyone is very warm & genuinely made you feel welcome. The app was amazing and kept you updated on how your child was progressing each day. With regards to the development of our child it was spectacular. Speech etc. I would definitely recommend. The only reason we are moving is as we are moving house. Thanks for everything and we will miss the place and staff!!

The nursery is fantastic, with such lovely and caring staff. They really look after the kids, very friendly and just lovely ladies. There are plenty of activities to keep the children engaged and happy throughout the day. Communication is excellent, they respond to you very quickly with any queries. The reception team is very friendly, and the nursery app is great for seeing updates and photos of how your child is getting on during the day. I couldn't be happier with the care and attention they provide and my little one is very happy.

Our son has attended N Family Club Whetstone since he was 10 months old, and we are sadly moving away just before he turns three. From day one, the team has been warm, welcoming & we've always felt reassured knowing he was with people who truly care. Communication is fantastic, with daily updates and regular progress reports, and the staff are proactive & supportive if extra help is needed. In The Shore, 5 staff members in particular have been wonderful, really getting to know him - he talks about them at home with such affection. The nursery offers enriching activities, trips & parent events, creating a real community. The food is varied & nutritious - there's nothing our son hasn't happily eaten! A special thanks to the manager and one staff member in particular for going above & beyond during our delayed house move - their understanding, flexibility & willingness to accommodate us made all the difference. We couldn't have asked for a better start to our son's early years and are so grateful

We've been sending our son to N Family for 7 months. The staff are excellent and clearly care. We're really impressed by the range of activities and food, which has helped his development. There is a nice community feel to the nursery. We receive regular updates and photos throughout the day on how he is doing.

We couldn't be happier with his experience at nursery. From the very beginning, he's been surrounded by warmth, care and genuine attention. His key person and room manager, is absolutely wonderful - nurturing, calm and truly in tune with him. She creates such a safe and supportive environment, and it's clear how much she cares about each child in the room. He absolutely adores her and lights up every morning when he sees her. We've seen him grow so much emotionally, socially and in his confidence, and we know that his key person's thoughtful, attentive approach plays a big part in that. The rest of the team are just as fantastic! kind, welcoming and always ready with a smile or an update at the end of the day. It's clear that they all work together to create a space where children feel secure, encouraged and celebrated for who they are. We're so grateful to have found a nursery where our child feels genuinely happy and cared for every single day.

Our boy has been attending N Family Whetstone for 3 years. He is extremely well educated by this institution: confident, well mannered, willing to share and care, always curious and able to concentrate on his interest. He has met his best friends here. All the educators and carers we have encountered are all caring, capable and professional. We would recommend N Family Club Whetstone.

Our son loves the nursery, his teachers & friends. The room staff are very caring & children love them especially one lady. Kids are often engaged in arts & cooking classes as well as various activities. They also go to the local park & enjoy the outdoor space. The nusery is open to feedback & management is open for suggestions. Overall we are very happy with N Family.

We are so grateful for the care and support our daughter has received at this nursery. The team has been incredible in nurturing her development-socially, emotionally, and physically. We've seen real progress in her confidence and motor skills thanks to their thoughtful, engaging approach. What truly sets them apart is their compassion and accountability. When our daughter was admitted to hospital, the support we received was exceptional. They were genuinely caring, kept in touch, and made a difficult time feel less overwhelming. Our daughter absolutely loves going-she talks about her educators with such affection and even asks for them on weekends. That level of trust and attachment reassures us that she feels safe and valued. As parents, we couldn't ask for more. The nursery is more than just a place of learning-it's a community that has supported our entire family. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a nurturing and professional early years setting.

We've been really impressed by N family Whetstone - the staff have all been very professional and the types of activities they do with the children even from a very young age is great - much more adventurous stuff than most parents would do at home. The food menu always look very impressive and the children look very happy when you see them at drop off or pick up.

I am absolutely delighted with N Family Whetstone where my 3-year-old daughter attends. The staff are excellent, and it's clear that they genuinely care about the children's welfare and development. The approach to education is both engaging and tailored to each child's individual needs, encouraging both personal and academic growth. The meals provided are healthy, well-balanced, and nutritious, which I truly appreciate. I would highly recommend this nursery to others and would not hesitate to enrol another child there in the future.

Our son has been going to N Family for 6 months now and he loves it. The staff are really warm and caring. They always organise daily engaging, interesting and stimulating activities. They also have regular trips to parks, supermarkets, train stations etc. We can see that he has bonded with the staff, he is making friends and is always happy there. They are also really open and provide a lot of information and updates regarding our son's day and progress.

After a rocky start at N Whetstone two years ago, I have seen a marked improvement to the care, support, learning, range of activities that my child receives. The leadership of the interim manager of N has changed the culture, the vision of the nursery. She attentively listens, is solution focused and holds accountability. The staff are only as good as the management and leadership. My child is happy and enjoys going in, he has made lovely friends, we love hearing all the wonderful things he has learned each day. The chefs are amazing, they work so hard to provide nutritional meals, the whole nursery is very clean. Keep up the good work N Whetstone.

My son has been at N Family Whetstone for coming up to a year now, having started at 11 months. He spent the first 7 months or so in one of the baby rooms and moved to a toddler room a few months ago. I have therefore seen two of the settings and had experience with quite a few of the staff. I am extremely happy with how my son has been cared for and looked after at N Family. The facilities are modern and clean and the menus make me feel a bit jealous I'm not getting the same for my meals! Most importantly, the staff are fantastic - they are friendly and caring and clearly take the job of looking after the most important things in our lives incredibly seriously. They have raised things with us whenever they have had questions or just wanted to flag something that they have noticed as he spends a large amount of time in their care - it is a true collaboration. I am expecting my second child and they will join him at N Family when we are back at work, no questions asked.

My son has been in the baby room since January and my Daughter attended for 2 years before she left for school last September. The staff are really friendly and both my children have grown close bonds with many of the management and team there (My daughter still always wants to pick up my son to see them) Getting the photos and updates throughout the day and pictures of him having so much fun is so lovely to see and gives me peace of mind when at work. I am very happy with N Family Whetstone

As a parent of a 2-year-old girl. First and foremost, the staff are exceptional. Their dedication to my daughter's well-being and development is evident in every interaction. Some of the staff for special mention: the support manager and another staff member both are brilliant at their roles, always happy to assist. My daughter always has a smile when she sees them. The front of house manager always has a smile when she sees me and my little one every morning. Two other staff members who cook up delicious healthy meals for the little one. Last of all the Shore team, the room manager, she is an absolute credit to the N Family. Three other staff members they are brilliant with my little one and are forever encouraging her to develop her skills and independence. Credit to the whole team, I have never had my little one in two years saying that she didn't want to go to nursery. My toddler comes home happy, engaged and full of stories about their day, which is the greatest testament to the quality of care she receives in the shore room.

We withdrew our son from N Family Club Whetstone towards the end of 2023 following an incident where he returned home with injuries on his legs. The marks were in keeping with the distribution that would be expected from being tightly gripped by adult nails. This was a hugely distressing way to find him, and I would not trust this nursery at all.

Our son was previously in a small, home-based childcare setup so we were not sure if he was quite ready for a “nursery” setting yet, however, a last-minute relocation to East Barnet provided us with very limited options. When we came across N Family Club, we were pleasantly surprised with how warm, friendly and welcoming it was. Our typically shy 2-year-old settled in quite quickly thanks to the constant support we received from his key worker (with constant updates provided through both the app and dedicated phone calls during the settling period). Our son absolutely thrived in his new environment and we as parents have been impressed by the learning balance the nursery manages to strike well - focusing on playful, child-led Montessori-style activities but also development-focused skills that help children prepare for pre-school. The nursery also does a great job of hosting events to bring parents together, which we appreciate being new to both the area and nursery!

As a mum, it gives me great comfort in knowing that my child is safe, well cared for and happy going into nursery every day, and N Family Whetstone provides just that! Born at the peak of Covid with little interaction with others, my son’s confidence both socially and independently has grown tremendously. The staff are attentive and responsive and provide such a nurturing environment for our son. No one day is the same, whether it be activities or the food on the menu, which keeps him stimulated. We are overall extremely happy we chose N Family for our child!

My child has attended N Family Whetstone for almost a year and a half. The staff members have been overwhelmingly lovely and responsive. They all know my child by name and greet her personally. The leadership team chips in with the kids, which gives me confidence in their decision-making and personalised approach. Any issue that I have asked for support with has been considered. I’ve been able to collaborate with them to identify a common approach, whether sleep issues, behavioural, or simply helping smooth transitional times for my child. The food is exceptional, and I only wish they offered a family or weekend plan! With regards to safeguarding, they take this very seriously. They actively monitor the CCTV in all rooms and review the footage in the case of incidents to confirm and improve. My child’s carers have been meticulous in alerting me to any accidents promptly. It is very good but more transparency on overall incidents would be appreciated.

We are so happy our child goes to N Family Whetstone Nursery. They love it there and have such lovely relationships with all the staff. They have additional needs and the staff are so accommodating, helpful and proactive in helping, but also very invested in their progression. I honestly feel we are so lucky we chose this nursery and grateful for the wonderful staff as it’s really making a difference in their care. They have a great time every day completing new fun activities and games with their key worker and friends. We love the picture updates so much that we can see what they are all up to, especially on their excursions. Thanks, N Family Whetstone team for being brilliant!
