N Family Club - Tunbridge Wells

We chose to move our 2-year-old daughter to N Family Club as it opened and it was the best decision we have made for her. She has thrived in their environment, she loves the rooms/activities and the outdoor space especially. The staff are wonderful, fun and caring and she has wonderful friends. She has never not wanted to go in and always comes out having had the “best day”. Cannot recommend enough!

An excellent nursery with good facilities, great parent service and great day-to-day care of children (currently in baby room). Our key worker is beyond brilliant and we have a lot of trust in her and feel very reassured by the detailed level of care. All management staff are extremely helpful and lovely. The nursery environment is lovely, light and clean. There’s lots of outdoor time, which is important to us. Our son is very happy and advancing well.

I cannot fault the team, the service, the facilities! I have complete trust and faith in their care of my daughter and support of her emotional and intellectual development. I wholeheartedly recommend N Family Tunbridge Wells.

N Family Club Tunbridge Wells has, in the seventeen months we have been there, surpassed our expectations. Staff are experienced, professional and diligent. Standards seem to be upheld rigorously and my children are content. They were exceptionally good at helping my sensitive child settle in. The food menu is varied and nutritious. My oldest graduated to primary school with solid phonics knowledge and able to write their own name. This was accomplished with a positive play-led approach. My only issue is that it is the most expensive nursery in the area and they have raised their prices every year in a cost of living crisis. That said, I do think it is the best nursery in the area based on experience at our old London nursery, on local nursery visits when we moved and feedback from parents who have come from other settings.

N Family Club is a wonderful nursery. We have two girls who have started at N at different ages and both have had a great experience from the start. We moved our eldest to N, after a negative experience elsewhere, and the team at Tunbridge Wells accommodated us so quickly and with such professionalism that we were immediately reassured. Our daughter went on to thrive, growing immeasurably in confidence and loving the setting. It is always a pleasure to walk into N in the morning and be greeted by such a friendly and knowledgeable team. Any questions or issues are addressed quickly and with certainty and communication between us, as parents, and both the nursery rooms and the management are excellent. Our youngest has recently started at seven months old and any worries we have had about her settling in from so young have disappeared. Everyone at N has gone out of their way to ensure her settling process has been positive and she is loving it already. We can’t thank N enough for their exceptional care!

My little girl started at N Family Club in April. She was 14 months at the time and had never been in any type of childcare so I was very anxious about how she would settle in. All the staff at N Family were so good and she settled very well and very quickly which I was surprised about. They provided lots of reassurance for me with lots of updates throughout the day on the app, which includes photos, updates on what she’s eaten, nap times etc. They also didn’t hesitate to contact me when she was a bit unsettled. I have full trust in them and nowadays she doesn’t even cry at drop off! She has also come on a lot in terms of speech and has started walking since starting. The nursery itself is lovely, with a wonderful outdoor play area and a very handy buggy store to leave your buggy after drop off. Oh and the menu is amazing! Wonderful nursery, we are so happy we went with the N Family.

We moved our son to N Family in July as he wasn’t really thriving at his old nursery. N family was recommended by a number of acquaintances and we haven’t been disappointed. Our son settled really quickly and now walks in at drop off confidently and happily - something he hadn’t done before. The staff are all very friendly and caring and we feel 100% confident that they will provide nurturing care. Communication is excellent and the range of activities provided is good. Our son always talks about how much fun he has had during the day.

My only comments are that the rooms and outside space are small for the number of children.

A fantastic establishment with wonderful staff. Our boys love going to N Family Club. They have formed amazing bonds with the staff and are educated and enlightened each week with the activities put on for them. This is a special place and we can’t thank the manager and team enough for their amazing care.

N Family Club Tunbridge Wells is a really kind and nurturing nursery where my two boys are thriving. They love going in which is the biggest relief to any parent and says it all! All the staff know all children and parents' names so there is a real personal service.

We have had an amazing experience at N Family Club - Tunbridge Wells and I am so happy our son goes here. We felt welcomed into the N Family right from the start and I truly believe they have been a key part in shaping my son's development. The key points for us are that our boy absolutely loves going, we feel like it supports that we are both working parents, the communication is very good, the staff are all highly committed, the food and menu are outstanding, the management is highly effective and overall it suits our family life very well. The drop-off and pick-ups are very slick, the front-of-house staff are brilliant, and I feel like they genuinely care and love my boy and that's all we really want. All the activities are geared toward some sort of learning, and the staff really do go above and beyond to make sure that the children are getting the fullest experience each day. We're so glad we have N in Tunbridge Wells, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to any and all parents.

N Family is a lovely little nursery in Tunbridge Wells. My 3 yr old son started full-time nursery 7 months back and my experience so far has been amazing. My son loves going to the nursery. As the name states, this nursery gives a warm and welcoming vibe just like a family. The staff here are lovely, kind and knowledgeable when it comes to childcare and development. I love their nutritious food menu and also the variety of learning activities that are planned for kids. This place looks very clean, safe and neutrally decorated with a nice outdoor garden area. Special mention to the N Family app which gives us a peek at the daily activities of your little one with pictures and also detailed face-to-face updates at the pickup. And lastly, kudos to the management team for being meticulous in organising events, meet-ups and updates and effectively communicating the same in a timely manner. Overall, I would like to highly recommend the N Family nursery at Tunbridge Wells for your little ones.

Our 2.5-year-old has been at N Family Club since July and is absolutely loving it! She is excited to go to nursery now and they helped so much with her settling in at the beginning. They are patient, and kind, and seem to always go above and beyond to make sure parents and children are looked after. I cannot recommend them enough!

Our son has settled in so well, and the development we have seen since starting has been fantastic. The team are so helpful; they really take the time to explain what the children have done, areas we can help and ways in which we can help the development at home. The app is updated regularly, and we receive photos and videos every day, which is really reassuring. Finally, the menu each week is extremely well-balanced and diverse, which means our son has really developed his taste for food and flavours.

N Family Club has been fantastic for our son. He is so happy there I cannot recommend highly enough. The staff are extremely caring and constantly coming up with new exciting activities to keep the children entertained. It’s by far the best nursery in Tunbridge wells!

I completely love the nursery, the staff are great and my son loves it a lot as well. He is learning a lot more and is productive. His key worker is extremely lovely and very attentive and caring, which I'm really happy with. I could not have chosen a better nursery for my son.

We moved our daughter here from another nursery a few months ago and have assumed that all nurseries were much of a muchness, couldn’t believe the difference between the two settings. The communication from the staff at N is amazing, both on a daily basis in terms of what your child is doing and their development, but also general notices and extra events. The outdoor space is brilliant as is the number of different indoor activities. I really feel the nursery workers know my child and her likes/dislikes. I’ve found it so much easier being back at work knowing she is happy and in good hands.

N Family Club is outstanding!

We are so happy to be having this gem of a nursery in Tunbridge Wells. The educational methods followed the friendly and helpful staff, the beautiful and modern setting, the healthy foo: all amazing. We see how our daughter is gaining confidence and learning new things every time. She really enjoys her time there and we can tell she has a very positive relationship with the educators in her room who are all brilliant and caring. Also, the N app is super handy. There is information about food consumption, nappy changing, garden time, naps etc. The best part is receiving photos and videos and seeing our girl having so much fun. We couldn’t be happier with our nursery choice.
