N Family Club - Tunbridge Wells opened back in Autumn 2021. Just a 10 minute walk from the train station, every element of this beautiful space has been carefully designed to inspire children to become life-long learners.

A sensitive restoration of an impressive listed building, the nursery has a whole host of amazing facilities, including a dedicated art studio, a garden with a climbing frame, water play area and a sandpit.

N Family Club aims to rethink early years and offers a fresh educational outlook to prepare children for life in the modern world. They have developed their own unique curriculum, influenced by learning philosophies such as Reggio Emilia, Montessori and Forest School.

We moved our son to N Family in July as he wasn’t really thriving at his old nursery. N family was recommended by a number of acquaintances and we haven’t been disappointed. Our son settled really quickly and now walks in at drop off confidently and happily - something he hadn’t done before. The staff
are all very friendly and caring and we feel 100% confident that they will provide nurturing care. Communication is excellent and the range of activities provided is good. Our son always talks about how much fun he has had during the day.

A super nursery. The staff are fantastic, creative and have created an environment where my daughter has thrived, made new friends and quickly overcome drop-off blues.
My only comments are that the rooms and outside space are small for the number of children.

I couldn’t recommend N Family in Tunbridge Wells enough. They all really care about the children. I love all the activities they do with them. There’s always a personal touch as well. They offer other languages and show interest if the child speaks another language at home. In contrast to other nurseries,
N Family looks like a calm and tidy environment.

I am very pleased with this nursery. Since day one, the staff are very nice, friendly and open up. My son loves it; he really enjoys his days at the nursery.
I do recommend it.

We have had an amazing experience at N Family Club - Tunbridge Wells and I am so happy our son goes here. We felt welcomed into the N Family right from the start and I truly believe they have been a key part in shaping my son's development. The key points for us are that our boy absolutely loves going,
we feel like it supports that we are both working parents, the communication is very good, the staff are all highly committed, the food and menu are outstanding, the management is highly effective and overall it suits our family life very well. The drop-off and pick-ups are very slick, the front-of-house staff are brilliant, and I feel like they genuinely care and love my boy and that's all we really want. All the activities are geared toward some sort of learning, and the staff really do go above and beyond to make sure that the children are getting the fullest experience each day. We're so glad we have N in Tunbridge Wells, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to any and all parents.

N Family is a lovely little nursery in Tunbridge Wells. My 3 yr old son started full-time nursery 7 months back and my experience so far has been amazing. My son loves going to the nursery. As the name states, this nursery gives a warm and welcoming vibe just like a family. The staff here are lovely,
kind and knowledgeable when it comes to childcare and development. I love their nutritious food menu and also the variety of learning activities that are planned for kids. This place looks very clean, safe and neutrally decorated with a nice outdoor garden area. Special mention to the N Family app which gives us a peek at the daily activities of your little one with pictures and also detailed face-to-face updates at the pickup. And lastly, kudos to the management team for being meticulous in organising events, meet-ups and updates and effectively communicating the same in a timely manner. Overall, I would like to highly recommend the N Family nursery at Tunbridge Wells for your little ones.

Our 2.5-year-old has been at N Family Club since July and is absolutely loving it! She is excited to go to nursery now and they helped so much with her settling in at the beginning. They are patient, and kind, and seem to always go above and beyond to make sure parents and children are looked after.

Our son has settled in so well, and the development we have seen since starting has been fantastic. The team are so helpful; they really take the time to explain what the children have done, areas we can help and ways in which we can help the development at home. The app is updated regularly, and we
receive photos and videos every day, which is really reassuring. Finally, the menu each week is extremely well-balanced and diverse, which means our son has really developed his taste for food and flavours.

N Family Club has been fantastic for our son. He is so happy there I cannot recommend highly enough. The staff are extremely caring and constantly coming up with new exciting activities to keep the children entertained. It’s by far the best nursery in Tunbridge wells!

Our son was struggling and very tearful at his last nursery.
N family has made him a much happier boy.
We love the daily app updates and photos, as it s so reassuring to see he is happy and having a great time.
Can I mention how especially kind and thoughtful has one lady been? She is always greeting
us with a smile and helps me with my buggy or if my newborn is crying while I pick up my toddler. She makes a huge difference with her positive attitude and helpfulness.
Thank you for making our life easier and our son happier.
I won’t hesitate to send my newborn to N Family when I go back to work next year.
They really are the best nursery and not as pricey as others.

We moved our daughter here from another nursery a few months ago and have assumed that all nurseries were much of a muchness, couldn’t believe the difference between the two settings. The communication from the staff at N is amazing, both on a daily basis in terms of what your child is doing and their
development, but also general notices and extra events. The outdoor space is brilliant as is the number of different indoor activities. I really feel the nursery workers know my child and her likes/dislikes. I’ve found it so much easier being back at work knowing she is happy and in good hands.

N Family Club is outstanding!


We are so happy to be having this gem of a nursery in Tunbridge Wells. The educational methods followed the friendly and helpful staff, the beautiful and modern setting, the healthy foo: all amazing. We see how our daughter is gaining confidence and learning new things

every time. She really enjoys her time there and we can tell she has a very positive relationship with the educators in her room who are all brilliant and caring. Also, the N app is super handy. There is information about food consumption, nappy changing, garden time, naps etc. The best part is receiving photos and videos and seeing our girl having so much fun. We couldn’t be happier with our nursery choice.

Outstanding nursery. Our 10-month-old son loves it there, and every single member of staff we come across is informed and delightful. The attention to detail and level of organisation, be it planned activities or the incredible menu, is exceptional. The best element, however, is the app, which is updated
in real-time for every stage of the day (food, photos, videos, sleep, nappies etc), which means we as parents are informed and relaxed in the knowledge that our son is safe, entertained and happy.

We’ve tried 3 ‘highly rated’ nurseries now and, so far, N Family Club stands head and shoulders above the rest. The others promised the world but at the end of the day (literally), we’d be getting the same pre-canned feedback (‘they ate all of their dinner’, ‘they had 5 wet nappies’ - despite being
out of nappies for months) and management was weak. N Family Club appears to be very different - management are highly organised and communicative and the room staff give honest and varied feedback about our child’s day. They’re attentive and kind. The brochure and open day were polished and the cynic in me thought it was surely too good to be true; 3 months later they have upheld everything they promised, which is refreshing. Our daughter is the happiest she has ever been - she is clearly being stimulated, making friends, developing well and eating healthily! What a great nursery.

Our son started N Family Club - Tunbridge Wells in December, and what an absolute delight it has been. The settling in process was extremely professional, we didn't experience the nursery drop off anxiety - it was plain sailing from the start. A true credit to the exceptional team N Family have choreographed.


N Family have formulated an incredible nursery model, in particular, a real-time app - seeing his developmental play, nap times, meal consumption and even bowel movements provides reassurance. He is ecstatic before we even approach the door in the mornings, he bursts through the door and into his nursery room with sheer excitement. The staff are so caring, knowledgeable and confident that we leave reassured that he's having the most incredible experiences, nutrition and progressing his early-stage development with the most wonderful team. Our highlight of each day is nursery collection, seeing him run into our arms beaming with pride as he shares his daily arts and crafts projects.

The nursery has not long been open but you would assume the Tunbridge Wells branch had been going for years! The management are an experienced team, as are the staff in the rooms and front of house. I immediately felt at ease due to their obvious caring nature and professionalism.
The ethos is to truly
involve and include parents in the nursery experience which is fantastic for us and we enjoy the regular updates and photos of our son carrying out activities via the app. These updates, as well as the “in-person” updates at the end of the day, are thorough and it is clear that the staff are truly hands on and aware of the children’s individualities.
There are regular communications and extra curricular activities and events which we will definitely join in within the New Year.
The setting is beautiful and well looked after with covid regulations well adhered to.
We’re extremely happy and grateful to the team, would highly recommend.
