I would highly recommend Puddle Ducks to any parent looking for a caring, trustworthy, and nurturing nursery for their little one.
From the moment my daughter joined at 1 year and 10 months old, she settled in incredibly quickly and felt comfortable straight away. The team creates such a warm, welcoming, and family-like environment that children naturally feel safe and happy there.
The staff are extremely competent, reliable, caring, and creative. A special mention to Malithi, who is always so kind, patient, and imaginative with the children, and to Emily, who is incredibly professional, supportive, and helpful. Their dedication and passion truly shine through in everything they do.
What I love most is that the team genuinely cares about the children. They organise engaging activities, take the children out on outings, and create fun learning experiences that help them grow and develop with confidence.

There has been a big improvement with my son after he started going to Puddleducks. His communication improved very well. He is always happy when I go to pick him from Puddleducks which shows he is having good time at Puddleducks.

My son has been attending puddleducks for 2 years now starting as a baby and will be starting school in September of 2026, he loves going to nursery everyday and seeing his friends and even his teachers. I can't thank them enough for what they have done for him as he's really come out of his shell also with his learning and developmental milestones, they've been really good to him and if I've ever needed to ask a question or looked for advice the management team have always responded efficiently

My daughter attended this nursery from September 2024 to May 2025. We only changed nursery because we moved house. I have absolutely nothing negative to say, the staff are caring, kind and very professional. Hygiene and safety rules are well respected. She learned so much during her time there and was very, very close to her teachers. Even now, although she no longer attends, she still talks about some of the staff, her classmates and other teachers. I would 100% recommend this nursery. Thank you for everything!

My son has been with Puddleducks for almost 3 years and throughout this time the staff have given him all the love and care we could hope for. My son has enjoyed his time at Puddleducks immensely and they've helped him develop by investing their time and effort directly into areas he struggled with. They encourage a safe and fun environment where he could gain confidence and make friends. They were extremely understanding with his epilepsy and made sure they all trained to work with his condition so he could enjoy his time as much as possible.We'll miss them all very much now he's off to big school.

My baby started here as soon as she turned 1, and I have to say even in the lead up to her start date there was so much support from the staff which made the transition seamless.
In just the couple of months she has been here already I can really see the progress of development and how much she loves it there. She is so happy which makes us so content as we know she is in the best care.
Also, this was the only nursery in the area that was understanding of my work situation, and the manager made every effort to be so accommodating to work around it which I’m also so grateful for.

My granddaughter goes to this nursery and she absolutely loves it.

I would highly recommend this nursery as a lovely place for your child to thrive and be very happy, you know your child will be safe and happy until you go to pick them up.

The staff and the management are such loving and caring people. My son had problems settling in for some time. This is his second nursery, but they were so patient. They let me stay in the nursery at the beginning till he settled.
Generally, really happy and satisfied with them. Highly recommend.
