N Family Club Codsall has fantastic, caring and nurturing staff and a wonderful environment. Our child has been attending N Family Club Codsall for 16 months. They are very happy here and look forward to attending every day. This is helped immeasurably by the wonderful staff. The facilities are first class and we wouldn't send our child anywhere else. So much so, we have just enrolled our second child to start attending from this month.

Superb staff and management, can't fault them. So good with the children and really helped my little one develop. The only thing is the food is odd, not really what kids like to eat but sometimes it's good for them to push their comfort zone!

We've been at the nursery for 18 months. Staff and key workers know my son well and he has made significant progress in skills through activities they do. The outdoor space was the main reason we chose the nursery. Staff are responsive to children's needs and we receive daily feedback. Safeguarding and welfare are of the highest priority. Food choices are very varied and prepared fresh on-site. This gives the opportunity to try lots of new flavours and textures.

My only complaint is that there is no dedicated sleep room for the kids.

N Family Club - Codsall is an amazing nursery with the friendliest staff. They are always so accommodating to any questions, queries or advice you may need and are always super helpful. Would highly recommend this nursery to anyone! The facilities are amazing and they are always putting on events for parents which is lovely. We get sent pictures throughout the day of what our little one is getting up to and she always seems to be having an absolute blast!

Our daughter started the nursery in April 2022 and we have only positive things to say about it! The staff have been so caring and attentive during her settling-in period and since. They use an app which they regularly update us with what she is doing that day. The food is all freshly cooked and there is a large variety. The facilities are excellent and there's a large outdoor space which is used regularly. I feel very confident and happy leaving my daughter there. Thank you to the team for all they do!

Our son has attended the N Family Club - Codsall for over a year and we are so happy with the daily updates we receive, the fresh nutritional food provided and the overall play and learning experience our son has been receiving. Our 3.5-year-old son and 1.5-year-old daughter have been going to Bright Minds for a couple of months now. We were really nervous about the transition (as we were moving house at the same time), but the nursery have been really supportive and the children have settled well and clearly formed close bonds with all of the staff in their rooms. Communication is easy and effective. The facilities are excellent. I’m sure that both children spend half of their days on the indoor climbing frames!

After our daughter started in the toddler room in August 2021, she took what seemed like a really long time to settle but after raising concerns, the staff have gone the extra mile to address this and put in so much effort to get her settled. She now walks in happily and has a wonderful time with all the different activities provided, eats a variety of food and is progressing well. We are genuinely so happy with this nursery! All the staff are friendly and approachable and the nursery setting itself is beautiful and really does stand out compared to other nurseries. Our daughter attended another nursery prior to here and we are happy with our decision as she has settled in wonderfully. She loves going to nursery and always comes out with a beaming smile. They do so many wonderful and creative activities and we have been really impressed with their engagement in culture, national Holidays and awareness-raising topics, such as mental health week. As soon as we visited Bright Minds we knew this was the nursery for our little boy. I was very nervous leaving him with new people as he was a lockdown baby and hadn’t had the chance to socialise. After a few weeks, he settled in and now he really enjoys his days playing and taking part in the activities. The meals are well balanced and look delicious and he often has second portions! The updates I receive throughout the day are great and keep me up to date with what my son is doing. The staff are always friendly. I have recommended Bright Minds to a friend who was looking for a place for their child.

So lucky to have this nursery on my doorstep! Staff are committed, caring and provide such a wonderful atmosphere for learning and development. I was so worried about my daughter's transition to the nursery, having been born during a lockdown with very little socialisation - but bright minds really put me at ease and the app they use to keep parents updated throughout the day was so valuable in those first few weeks.

I have been working in the Early Years sector for nearly 20 years. My passion and determination to offer the best in the Early Years are what have guided me through different roles within the nursery sector. Previous opportunities have given me vast knowledge and experience, which I am passionate about sharing with my team to help support their ongoing learning and self-development to ensure we can provide the best learning opportunities and create memories for our little superstars.
I have been a volunteer for the British Red Cross (less now I have my children) for nearly 30 years. I am frequently on the front line offering transport and escort to and from hospitals for non-urgent patients, as well as providing medical cover at large concerts and events.
The skills I have learned in my time with them have been extremely transferable to my job, such as being a safeguarding trainer, having a high level of first aid knowledge and as an event manager, I am able to take control of any situation. I am pretty calm in a crisis!
As a mum of 2 beautiful girls, I have a busy home life. But as a family, we enjoy camping, walking and a good movie night!
The Bright Minds family are all very dedicated to their roles. We pride ourselves on being the best we can possibly be. Being a Nursery Manager is not just a job for me, it’s part of my life, we are like one big family here!
