N Family Club - Codsall is a stunning setting surrounded by nature, and is conveniently located within a short distance of numerous local business districts and Wolverhampton City Centre, ideal for working parents in the area.

The nursery has been freshly redecorated and features bright, spacious playrooms, a specialist sensory room to support yoga and mindfulness, and a huge natural garden to explore with a trained Forest School specialist. To make family life that little bit easier, N Codsall has a large car park to facilitate easy drop-offs and pick-ups.

All nursery meals are seasonal, cooked fresh on-site and have been designed with the help of Laura Matthews – formerly Head of Nutrition at Jamie Oliver. For parents, there is a dedicated front-of-house team, a parents’ area and breakfast bar and access to an online programme of events.

N Family Club are on a mission to rethink early years. They have designed their own curriculum, unique to N and totally bespoke to each child. N want to ensure that every child reaches their full potential and is prepared to thrive in this busy and ever-changing world. It includes subjects such as yoga, Spanish, cookery, science, art, and global citizenship. And, in order to provide the best possible learning environment, N invest in their team's development via their in-house training scheme, The N Academy.

It was never in our plan for our son to attend a nursery before school age. When visiting the nursery we were so impressed with the facilities. The staff were warm and friendly and put us at ease straight away. Communication is great and nothing is too much trouble. The use of the app is a wonderful
resource and being updated frequently gives us that extra reassurance that our son is happy and safe.
Our son has made great relationships with all of the staff and he calls them his friends. He always looks forward to going to nursery and skips in happily thus proving that the setting is meeting his needs.
A huge thank you for making him feel happy and valued.

My daughter started here after attending a childminder from very young and then Covid meant that she had months off with us at home. My anxiety was at an all-time high when she first started but the staff were lovely and she settled in really quickly. She only wakes up when I tell her she's going to
nursery! She is so excited to go in every day and cannot wait to show me all of the pictures she has drawn when she's home. The staff keeps you in the loop all of the time so even when I’m on shift I can see what she is up to throughout the day, this alone puts my mind at rest and eases the ‘mom guilt’. I would definitely recommend it!

My Daughter started here at 20 months old, which was later than we wanted but due to lockdown restrictions, she never got chance to start any earlier. Due to this, she was extremely upset and suffering with separation anxiety.
The team at Bright Minds Daycare (Codsall) were incredible, they ensured
my daughter was always comforted, cared for and communicated with myself to a superb standard. They made the transition into nursery so much nicer than I expected and my daughter settled in forming lovely trusting relationships with the amazing staff.
I can’t thank the team enough for the love and care they have shown to myself and my family and I would recommend them to anyone that will listen.

The staff are such a delight; they care for my child as one of their own. I feel my child is completely safe when he’s there. They send me multiple pictures throughout the day, so I feel happy that he’s enjoying himself. The facilities are out of this world; they provide such a fantastic environment
for my child to learn through play. The app is regularly updated throughout the day, so you know exactly what your child has eaten or when they’ve slept, it’s a great feeling to know what your child is up to when you can't be there.

Having never used a nursery setting before for any of my other children and always relying on family members for childcare, I was somewhat apprehensive at the thought of putting my 1-year-old into a nursery. However, the staff at Bright Minds put me at ease and interacted wonderfully with my daughter
even during the show around. My daughter thoroughly loves coming to nursery and has developed a lovely bond with those that care for her. They are always understanding of your own personal circumstances and have made my life so much easier and less stressful and you can see their main focus is always the children. It makes me super happy as a parent to see that genuine care and warmth they have towards all the children. And if that's not enough, the surroundings and facilities they offer there are simply stunning!

Bright Minds is such a lovely place for our little one. Although it’s brand new, the staff have everything sorted like a well-oiled machine. Settling in sessions were very well done to make our little one feel safe and comfortable from the get-go. They have really gotten to know our daughter in the
short time she has been there and she loves it. Everyone’s so welcoming and friendly and the nursery itself is beautiful with amazing outdoor space. The app that’s used by the nursery is also really easy to use and very helpful. I couldn’t recommend this nursery highly enough. It’s such a great place and after visiting three others locally, this by far the best.

Lisa Reynolds

Job Title: Nursery Manger DSL Joined: 2020

I have been working in the Early Years sector for nearly 20 years. My passion and determination to offer the best in the Early Years are what have guided me through different roles within the nursery sector. Previous opportunities have given me vast knowledge and experience, which I am passionate to share with my team to help support their ongoing learning and self-development to ensure we can provide the best learning opportunities and create memories for our little superstars.


I have been a volunteer for the British Red Cross (less now I have my children) for nearly 30 years. I am frequently on the front-line offering transport and escort to and from hospitals for non-urgent patients, as well as providing medical cover at large concerts and events.


The skills I have learned in my time with them have been extremely transferable to my job, such as being a safeguarding trainer, having a high level of first aid knowledge and as an event manager I am able to take control of any situation, I am pretty calm in a crisis!


As a mum of 2 beautiful girls, I have a busy home life. But as a family, we enjoy camping, walking and a good movie night!


The Bright Minds family are all very dedicated to their roles, we pride ourselves on being the best we can possibly be. Being a Nursery Manager is not just a job for me, it’s part of my life, we are like one big family here!
