N Family Club - Codsall

My daughter attended this nursery from when she was 1 until she started school nursery. She has loved every second of her time there and we felt comfortable leaving her there from the moment we first visited. The staff are warm and welcoming and provide excellent care. We never had any issues with the standard of care provided. Frequent snacks and drinks, prompt nappy changing and wonderful relationships between staff and children. A special mention goes to one staff member in bumblebees who was our little ones key worker. She put in the time and effort to get to know our little girl and helped her flourish. Thank you to all the staff.

Our daughter has enjoyed going to the nursery for the past two years and has developed lovely relationships. The staff are enthusiastic, friendly and approachable, the facilities are amazing and the activities that the children do are always well thought out and stimulating. We definitely recommend this nursery.

I can not rate this nursery enough. The staff are amazing. All are so welcoming and genuine. I have no concerns about leaving my children here. They really do go above and beyond. The activities provided for the children are amazing.

Plenty of facilities for the children of all ages. My daughter was anxious starting and didn’t want me to ever leave but after the first couple of weeks the staff made her feel at ease and she now loves going and even rings the doorbell herself! She is comfortable and happy and has built a connection with her teachers and loves going. Would recommend it to anyone.

N Family Nursery is a lovely setting for children to explore and I am always assured that my son is receiving the best care and best opportunities to learn and develop. The lady (front of house) is lovely and very accommodating if you need to arrange, have any questions or sort out any changes to the usual schedule. The team in the rooms are always friendly and my son has grown close bonds with his primary caregivers. I love the fact I can check in on him using the family app and get regular updates. Now my son is older he is benefiting from the extra-curricular activity at no extra cost - for example, Spanish classes. I would recommend this nursery for many reasons, most of all the fact I am assured he is getting just as good care, love and attention as if I was caring for him myself. Our daughter loves attending N Family Club, the staff there feel like extended family members and I feel confident knowing our daughter is cared for while we are at work. The staff ensure there are a variety of exciting activities for the children to do throughout the day and there are always plenty of opportunities for parents to attend the setting and participate too.

The team at N Family Club Codsall have been amazing right from the get-go. Our children have come on leaps and bounds since attending. The staff always go the extra mile in making sure the children learn and have fun. They have been not only supportive to the children but also to us as parents. The food they provide is excellent and something that most nurseries wouldn’t offer. We believe this adds to what makes them unique. As well as this they offer event days outside the nursery week which we feel is a lovely thing to do to get the whole family involved. We wouldn’t want to send them to any other nursery! An outstanding environment.

The outside space is incredible and I love that outdoor play is encouraged daily. The food looks amazing and the incredible menu has helped our daughter to try more foods. And to love more foods! Overall from management to kitchen to room staff- everyone is wonderful and very engaging. A fantastic nursery.

My two children have been at the nursery since 2022 and my children love it. I have seen major improvements within both children, my son's speech and routine has been amazing since he joined and I'm continuously seeing him progress with his grammar, actions etc. and my daughter who has just turned one has become more comfortable with being around other people as well as improvements in her expressions, hand coordination and she's also starting to walk!. I love this nursery and I could not have made a better choice for my children.

Our son started at N Family Club Codsall nearly 2 years ago and we have always been so impressed with our decision. The setting indoors and outdoors is beautiful and offers the children a large amount of space. We have an App we can download on our phone which is so helpful. The chef is an exceptional chef providing nutritious meals. N Family Club Codsall is an outstanding, exceptional and valued Nursery which delivers excellent support to both children and parents. They work hard to make improvements which is very important. The Nursery provides a beautiful setting for children where they can enjoy, play and have the space they need to grow physically, emotionally and verbally. The outdoor space is lovely and the daily fresh air is great for the children. The children learn about independence which is so important and I believe they are truly receiving the best start in life at N Family Club Codsall. After what felt like visiting nearly every nursery in the area, we decided on N Family Club Codsall. It's the best decision we've ever made! Our child was struggling with separation anxiety but the staff at the nursery were absolutely fantastic and reassured us until eventually settled really well. The activities that the staff do with our child are very beneficial to their development as well as being fun, and you can see the progression when they return home. There is an app downloadable to your phone or tablet which keeps you updated the entire time your child is at nursery, including photos and videos, their activities, what they have had to eat and drink and photos straight from the kitchen of the chef's work which is superb! The children have use of an outdoor area which is safe, well maintained and is full of fun for them. The building is extremely secure and has an ample car park which is easily accessible from the A41. We would recommend N Family Club Codsall to everyone!

When compared to a few other nurseries when we were looking around before our daughter joined N Family was that parents can go inside to drop off and pick up their kids which made a huge difference for us when making the final decision.

We are absolutely delighted with N Family Club Codsall - we moved our two-year-old here in September after a horrendous experience elsewhere and they have all been fabulous. We would recommend them to anyone looking!

Finally, the app parents get is very interactive and photos of the individual children and a short narrative of their adventures are uploaded daily - you can also message the staff direct too. It's great.

N Family Club Codsall has fantastic, caring and nurturing staff and a wonderful environment. Our child has been attending N Family Club Codsall for 16 months. They are very happy here and look forward to attending every day. This is helped immeasurably by the wonderful staff. The facilities are first class and we wouldn't send our child anywhere else. So much so, we have just enrolled our second child to start attending from this month.
