Bright Horizons Basingstoke Copper Beeches Day Nursery and Preschool

The nursery is great, our little boy took a while to settle in as only goes one and a half days but the staff were all amazing and once they found out what he likes playing with best, he came on leaps and bounds, showing them his personality. We get lots of updates of what he has been up to which we love. He has also started to talk a lot more which I think comes from being with the other children and his carers encouraging him.

I am extremely pleased with our experience with this nursery. From the nursery manager to all staff members in both the baby room and the toddler's room, they are all so lovely and approachable. Communication has been great throughout and has put my worries at ease during Covid-19. I highly recommend this nursery to anyone. My daughter is very happy and really enjoys the outdoor area, in the toddler room especially. I feel comfortable leaving her there because I know she is in very good hands and she has become very attached to all her carers which is lovely to see. It is great to get daily updates through the app as well so I am always aware of what she has eaten. A big thank you to all staff members that look after my daughter so well.

We have had a great experience with this nursery. My daughter has been at this nursery since eighteen months. She has settled well. The staff are always so caring. She talks so highly of all teachers in her current preschool class. The deputy manager is always a friendly face at the door and helpful whenever needed. My child looks forward to going in. I am always kept up to date with their activities and development.

Bright Horizons is a great nursery! My son wasn’t sure when he first started but I’ve seen him grow and become so comfortable with attending. He loves seeing his friends and his Key Workers, he talks about two, in particular, the most. He tells me he loves to play in the home corner with fruits and vegetables, he also says he loves the sand and diggers. He is also getting so much better with his numbers and letters and I’m very happy with the help and support he receives.

Lovely place and amazing staff who I feel 100% leaving my child with to look after. My child has settled in extremely well even after having 6 months off. The child is always happy after his days at preschool.
