My daughter started here in 2021 and from day one the staff have been amazing. They are friendly, helpful and supportive. There is also a large amount of communication between the staff and parents, which is really reassuring.
The nursery itself is light and spacious. The rooms are clean and well organised
for each age group. The gardens are huge with a mud kitchen, water play, bikes and scooters. Babies have a lovely shady separate garden, which my son enjoys.
My daughter’s key person is knowledgeable and has helped my daughter with her speech and to prepare for school. The new manager has already made some welcomed changes including introducing a calm corner which my daughter loves. She is also incredibly approachable and helpful.
The meals are great too, they are healthy and varied and my children actually eat them! They also have a children’s kitchen with everything at the children’s height which is a great addition. All in all, it’s a great nursery.

I have the pleasure of sending my child to this nursery and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff are incredibly welcoming, friendly and professional. They went above and beyond to ensure my child felt safe and comfortable, especially when settling into his new room. The facilities are
fantastic, with plenty of toys, games and activities to keep the children engaged and learning. The outdoor area is also wonderful, providing a safe and fun space for the children to run around and explore.
The nursery's curriculum is fantastic, with a great balance of educational activities and playtime. My child really enjoys his time there. I highly recommend this nursery to any parents looking for a positive, nurturing and educational environment for their little one.

Our baby has been in the baby room for a few months now. She has settled in well due to the amazing staff who work with the babies. They have been amazingly kind, patient and friendly when it came to settling our baby in and continuing to build up to longer days. The staff have supported us in getting
her used to taking a bottle and we have felt very happy with each day she spends with them. They really do get to know your child very well. The app is brilliant and allows you to see what activities the babies have been doing such as food, nappy changes and bottle feeds. The staff also send regular pictures and progress updates to you via the app, which is so welcome when you’re back to working and missing your little one during the day. It always makes us smile. The staff at this nursery are incredible and so understanding. They really do go out of their way to support you and your child. We think all the staff of the baby room are amazing, especially two members of staff in particular!

We have tried three nurseries and two childminders and this is the best place by miles.
Staff are always helpful, open, friendly and accommodating. They play and make fun with kids.
Children can bring their own toys and belongings, but staff will always make sure these are safe (we had a toy with
a camera function which was immediately checked and friendly staff convinced our child to put it in a safe place). We can see progress in development on daily basis but everything is also recorded and monitored with plenty of photos and updates. You can easily check what and how much your child has eaten when.
Food is made fresh on-site and tailored to suit needs and requirements (dietary and allergies).
Kids have plenty of room to play and the whole facility is always clean and tidy and the garden! Huge open space, divided into sections by age where kids can safely play and learn gardening.
Wet outside? No problem as many areas are filled with artificial grass so they can only get wet.

My daughter started a couple of weeks ago and I am so impressed with the level of care and attention that goes towards the children. She absolutely loves going to nursery and tells everyone she can about what she does on a daily basis. The staff are so friendly and welcoming you can really see that
they have a passion for what they do. I really love the variety of activities they are able to do and love how much time they can spend outside. I regularly check the app and like that I can see what she’s doing and how her day is going without having to worry. I am so happy I chose Bright Horizons, Basingstoke Copper Beeches Day Nursery and

A great nursery. So happy I chose this one to send our son to. He loves his days there. They do a good variety of activities with the babies. The staff are all so friendly and caring. I like seeing on the app what he has eaten and how much he has slept.

My very shy 2 year old, has gone from being tearful to leave me to skipping through the gate in just a few weeks. The staff are so kind and caring and all the children seem so happy and comfortable there. Such a beautiful setting with great facilities and a wonderful ethos. Love being kept up to date

I can’t speak highly enough of Bright Horizons, Basingstoke Copper Beeches. My daughter has attended the nursery for the past three years since it opened and she loves it. The staff are friendly, professional and caring. The nursery has excellent outdoor space which is utilised every day. My daughter
has made so many friends and learns something new every day and the nursery has given her so much confidence and early years education, to start school in September. Highly recommend this nursery and all the staff

Our 8-month-old baby has been at nursery full-time for a month now and we are absolutely thrilled with our nursery choice. The staff are wonderful people, so kind, caring and professional. We were won over initially by the facilities on viewing the nursery, in particular the huge garden, but the ethos
and shared values also make it stand above other nurseries. The nursery is in a large character building but the individual rooms are very much a home-from-home. The app is fantastic and keeps us up to date with key information throughout the day (food eaten, bottles, naps, nappies). It's been very reassuring to check in on the app and see that our baby is getting along fine. The staff have been very responsive to our baby's needs and have been quick to raise concerns about our baby's health (colds etc.). Most importantly, our little one is happy and relaxed when dropped off in the morning and also on collection, it's clear that a good day has been had.

We are really happy with the facilities (mostly the outdoor space) and staff at this nursery and would recommend to anyone looking. One of our boys was having some behaviour issues and the staff really helped in getting him through it and guiding us to support him at home. Both children love the garden
and outdoor facilities and come home every day exhausted from all the fun they are having.
Recently, they have started updating their app with all of the educational work that they have been doing and it is really helpful to see the good work they are doing. We follow a vegan diet and this is catered for by the nursery, which is helpful.

The nursery is great, our little boy took a while to settle in as only goes one and a half days but the staff were all amazing and once they found out what he likes playing with best, he came on leaps and bounds, showing them his personality. We get lots of updates of what he has been up to which we
love. He has also started to talk a lot more which I think comes from being with the other children and his carers encouraging him.

I am extremely pleased with our experience with this nursery. From the nursery manager to all staff members in both the baby room and the toddler's room, they are all so lovely and approachable. Communication has been great throughout and has put my worries at ease during Covid-19. I highly recommend
this nursery to anyone. My daughter is very happy and really enjoys the outdoor area, in the toddler room especially. I feel comfortable leaving her there because I know she is in very good hands and she has become very attached to all her carers which is lovely to see. It is great to get daily updates through the app as well so I am always aware of what she has eaten. A big thank you to all staff members that look after my daughter so well.

We have had a great experience with this nursery. My daughter has been at this nursery since eighteen months. She has settled well. The staff are always so caring. Bright Horizons is a great nursery! My son wasn’t sure when he first started but I’ve seen him grow and become so comfortable with attending. He loves seeing his friends and his Key Workers, he talks about two, in particular, the most. He tells me he loves to play in the home corner with fruits and
vegetables, he also says he loves the sand and diggers. He is also getting so much better with his numbers and letters and I’m very happy with the help and support he receives.

Charlotte has worked in childcare for over 18 years, gaining experience in a variety of settings, from small independent nurseries to large corporate childcare centres. She began her journey with Bright Horizons in 2021. Working with children is her true passion, as it brings her great joy to witness each child’s development and growth throughout their nursery experience. Charlotte also enjoys supporting staff teams in their personal growth, helping to ignite their passion for childcare throughout their own journeys.


As a mother herself, having experienced both of her children going through nursery, she understands how both exciting and challenging the process can be. Charlotte’s top priority is the safety and care of the children, ensuring they are in a fun, nurturing environment filled with wonderful opportunities to learn and grow.
