The atmosphere and creativity that one staff member in particular fosters within baby room 1, ensures that the children are always having fun (water play, crafts, observations, building). The only real opportunities for improvement would be more outside time because the gardens are so great. Thank you!

Main Cons- not every room has an area conducive to sleep for naps, some meals aren’t popular and given quite frequently (e.g. soup).

I’m extremely happy with the nursery. I have got a strict napping routine during the day for my child to help me fix our night sleep and the nursery has been super understanding and supportive. The caregivers are so attentive to my child’s needs and developmental milestones; my baby comes home happy, well fed and with good adequate physical tiredness.

We have noticed positive changes already since the manager's arrival and have enjoyed seeing the staff recognition praises. We have also noticed the addition of calm corners and yoga which our daughter enjoys as it promotes being healthy.

The meals are great too, they are healthy and varied and my children actually eat them! They also have a children’s kitchen with everything at the children’s height which is a great addition. All in all, it’s a great nursery.

Me and my husband are very happy with the changes and improvements that the new manager has put in place since her very first day. She started with a beautiful and very down-to-earth post that made us feel confident and closer to the staff. She is very professional and friendly at the same time. We have been extremely happy with the room staff. They are all hardworking, loving and caring people that make me feel safe knowing that the most important thing in my life (my baby) is safe and happy.

The nursery's curriculum is fantastic, with a great balance of educational activities and playtime. My child really enjoys his time there. I highly recommend this nursery to any parents looking for a positive, nurturing and educational environment for their little one.

The staff at Bright Horizons are so friendly, warm and kind. They really take the time to listen and understand your child. And they made me feel so calm with their professionalism. Their facilities are also lovely and welcoming.

Our baby has been in the baby room for a few months now. She has settled in well due to the amazing staff who work with the babies. They have been amazingly kind, patient and friendly when it came to settling our baby in and continuing to build up to longer days. The staff have supported us in getting her used to taking a bottle and we have felt very happy with each day she spends with them. They really do get to know your child very well. The app is brilliant and allows you to see what activities the babies have been doing such as food, nappy changes and bottle feeds. The staff also send regular pictures and progress updates to you via the app, which is so welcome when you’re back to working and missing your little one during the day. It always makes us smile. The staff at this nursery are incredible and so understanding. They really do go out of their way to support you and your child. We think all the staff of the baby room are amazing, especially two members of staff in particular!

Wet outside? No problem as many areas are filled with artificial grass so they can only get wet.

Preschool, and have already recommended to friends that also have children.

A great nursery. So happy I chose this one to send our son to. He loves his days there. They do a good variety of activities with the babies. The staff are all so friendly and caring. I like seeing on the app what he has eaten and how much he has slept.

My very shy 2 year old, has gone from being tearful to leave me to skipping through the gate in just a few weeks. The staff are so kind and caring and all the children seem so happy and comfortable there. Such a beautiful setting with great facilities and a wonderful ethos. Love being kept up to date with the app and seeing all the wonderful things my daughter gets up to.

I can’t speak highly enough of Bright Horizons, Basingstoke Copper Beeches. My daughter has attended the nursery for the past three years since it opened and she loves it. The staff are friendly, professional and caring. The nursery has excellent outdoor space which is utilised every day. My daughter has made so many friends and learns something new every day and the nursery has given her so much confidence and early years education, to start school in September. Highly recommend this nursery and all the staff

Our 8-month-old baby has been at nursery full-time for a month now and we are absolutely thrilled with our nursery choice. The staff are wonderful people, so kind, caring and professional. We were won over initially by the facilities on viewing the nursery, in particular the huge garden, but the ethos and shared values also make it stand above other nurseries. The nursery is in a large character building but the individual rooms are very much a home-from-home. The app is fantastic and keeps us up to date with key information throughout the day (food eaten, bottles, naps, nappies). It's been very reassuring to check in on the app and see that our baby is getting along fine. The staff have been very responsive to our baby's needs and have been quick to raise concerns about our baby's health (colds etc.). Most importantly, our little one is happy and relaxed when dropped off in the morning and also on collection, it's clear that a good day has been had.

Great team, very friendly and helpful. Kids area very clean and organised, nice play area outside for the kids. The team helped us with both kids, to settle into the nursery and both now really enjoy going to nursery.

Our child enjoys talking about the activities she has experienced and is keen to invite her carers home for tea and cake! Having a child returning happy from nursery gives us confidence that our child is amongst a caring environment. Thank you to the staff that have worked tirelessly through the year.

I am back to work and I feel absolutely confident about leaving my 10-month-old with the amazing staff. My little one is learning new things every day. She gets cuddles and she is socializing with other babies. She is happy, which gives me peace and happiness.

Recently, they have started updating their app with all of the educational work that they have been doing and it is really helpful to see the good work they are doing. We follow a vegan diet and this is catered for by the nursery, which is helpful.
