My daughter is currently at Bright Horizons Basingstoke Copper Beeches Day Nursery and Preschool and has been since she was 18 months old! I have always felt she has been looked after and cared for since day one with no issues. My daughter is now in the preschool side and the days she is there she is
always happy to attend and loves it! (In fact, I struggle getting her to leave even when she's been there all day). All the staff and management are amazing, helpful and really friendly. She has built some lovely friendships not only with other children but with the staff too, they are just super supportive and always welcoming! All the staff work super hard and lots of positive improvements being made all the time. Always lots of activities, play and learning going on. Communication with nursery is excellent! When the time comes to leave it will be sad as the time she has spent here along with all the staff has had a positive impact. I highly recommend this nursery to anyone.

I honestly cannot express how happy I am with Bright Horizons Basingstoke Copper Beeches Day Nursery and Preschool. I had a change in circumstance last minute and the manager and her team could not have been more accommodating to support me. My son has now been attending for three months and absolutely
loves his days at nursery. He comes back every day and has clearly learnt so much. One day even came back with a biscuit in the shape of a heart for me (cute!) The rooms are full of loads of toys and the garden is massive. The staff in the room he attends are fabulous. He has clearly bonded with all of the members of staff in his room and now even points back to the room as we leave, implying he wants to go back. They even walked through all of the funding support with me to make sure I am claiming all that I can which made it so much clearer to me, as the government website is very confusing! Genuinely. have no faults at all.

My daughter has been attending this nursery since she was 11 months old and we have had a brilliant experience. Her development since going to nursery has been amazing to see and she always comes home surprising us with the things she can now do and has learnt. The staff are brilliant at keeping the
children entertained and thinking of fun activities for them.
The staff care deeply and personally about all the children and I have never been made to feel silly by asking questions or talking about both mine and my daughter's needs.
The nursery itself is beautiful and is always kept immaculate and my daughter has a very good, varied and healthy diet at nursery.
Management is very professional, approachable and organised and everything appears to run smoothly. I also have massively appreciated their flexibility in helping us when day moves/additional changes are required.

My child has been with the nursery now for about 2 years and I do not have a bad word to say about the nursery. They are always so accommodating and the staff really dedicate time to develop the children and build strong relationships. All the Key Workers over time have gone above and beyond for my
child and really helped her build confidence, learn new things and provide areas that we can work on at home if needed. The staff are all super friendly and welcoming, the food variety is good and my child is so happy going there.
The app is great, I get to see what my child is up to every time she goes in, how much she's eaten and any activities they do that day. There has never been a delay in receiving a response if I message in the inbox, the sorry requirements have always been adhered to and are clearly marked for all staff. I have already enrolled my 1-month-old to start in 2025 as I wouldn't trust any other nursery with my children.

The extension of your family you didn't realise you needed. Having placed our daughter at nursery at just 6 months old to go back to work, the team put all my concerns and mum guilt to rest.
She could not be in safer hands and her personal development has come on leaps and bounds. The team work with
us on weaning and daily advice, nothing is too much for them.
She absolutely loves going to nursery and the updates/pictures we get let us be a part of her day.
The manager leading the nursery is so approachable and supportive with whatever you need.

My son has only attended the nursery for a short while but in this time we have noticed so many positive changes in his behaviour and development. The staff have been amazing and filled us with confidence that he’ll be well prepared for when the time comes for him to move on.
The manager and her team
have created a fantastic learning environment providing a range of activities that spark curiosity and excitement for all. The setting is welcoming and they provide and encourage parents/families to join their children in various learning activities.

My child has attended this nursery since she was a year old so we have experienced both time within the baby and toddler rooms.
The nursery has a good communication system in place and keeps me updated with my child's daily routine including activity, sleep and meals. The staff are always very welcoming
and happy to answer any questions and meet my child's needs where possible. My child is always happy to arrive at nursery and always seems to have had a positive day. Although the fees are slightly more than some other nurseries, overall I would recommend this nursery to other parents as I am more than satisfied with the care they provide.

A great nursery and preschool. Our child has made great connections and progress here with the continual solid support of the staff who surround her.

My daughter is 2 years old and she joined Bright Horizons Copper Beeches Day Nursery last year. The staff in the toddler room have been great and welcoming. They take care of our daughter really well. We have seen great progress in her communication skills, and motor skills and she feels confident in
being vocal.
She has adapted to the nursery environment very well and she feels comfortable and happy to go to the nursery.

For the past two years I have had two children at the nursery and have been really pleased with all of the staff who have looked after my children in their rooms. They are friendly, warm and caring and have shown such genuine consideration for my children that it has made leaving them so much easier.
Both have always been happy going in and have bonded brilliantly with staff in toddlers and preschool. My eldest has been so well prepared for school that so far the transition has gone without a hitch (and my youngest was supported with great care in the move from toddlers to preschool).
Since the new manager took over I am much happier. She has introduced a great amount of warmth, increased the number and variety of activities and created open communication with parents to keep us informed. The management team are approachable and receptive; I have felt they listen to my wishes and do their very best to cater to the individual needs of the children.

We are very happy with Bright Horizons Basingstoke, our daughter has thrived since starting her journey with the nursery back in Autumn 2022. It is a very happy and safe environment, and our daughter settled in really well. Seeing the daily activities and photos in the app also gives us comfort that
she is enjoying her day. The nursery teachers are very supportive and always have time for a quick chat if needed. The management team are engaging and informative on nursery notices and promotes interaction with parents very regularly. We really are so happy with our decision for Bright Horizons.

I really can not put into words the incredible experience I have had since the moment I called to enquire about a tour to now.
My daughter spent five sessions at another nursery and the experience was terrible and I’ll say no more on that matter.
I called and spoke to the nursery manager in desperate
need really and she was and always has been so supportive, accommodating and in general amazing!
From the moment we went to see the nursery and meet the staff we knew it was the one and I feel truly blessed to have my daughter attending this nursery.
My daughter has just turned two and all of the staff in the toddler room has been incredible with her! Nothing is ever too much and my daughter has really progressed in so many ways with confidence, speech and behaviour.
The app that the nursery uses is great, works effectively and gives me as a Mum piece of mind and an insight to my daughter's day when I’m missing her so much!

My son is really happy here. He has a great bond with his carers and they’re really loving and thoughtful. I would definitely recommend this nursery to other parents.
Main Pros - super staff and great facilities (air-con yoga/playroom to visit, play kitchen)
Main Cons- not every room has an area conducive
to sleep for naps, some meals aren’t popular and given quite frequently (e.g. soup).

We have been so impressed with the changes that the manager has implemented since she took over management of the nursery. The passion that she has for the nursery, staff and children really translates into the creative activities and positivity of the staff. The children now have a yoga room and the
kitchen has been reopened so the children can experiment with food.
The manager has created a culture that allows you to voice your opinions if you have any concerns or questions and they are always quickly actioned.
I cannot give enough praise to another staff member who has so much passion, love and care for the children. She is an excellent key worker and is one of the main reasons why our son has settled in so quickly.
The atmosphere and creativity that one staff member in particular fosters within baby room 1, ensures that the children are always having fun (water play, crafts, observations, building). The only real opportunities for improvement would be more outside time because the gardens are so great. Thank you!

I’m extremely happy with the nursery. I have got a strict napping routine during the day for my child to help me fix our night sleep and the nursery has been super understanding and supportive. The caregivers are so attentive to my child’s needs and developmental milestones; my baby comes home happy,
well fed and with good adequate physical tiredness.

We have two children who attend Bright Horizons Basingstoke Copper Beeches Day Nursery and Preschool and we find that their key workers and other care staff to be very helpful, caring and supportive. They have assisted my eldest to transition into their nursery really well and have contributed to making
her feel safe. Two members of staff have been supporting her during drop-off at this current time as she has been struggling with separation anxiety.
My youngest son has gone through two diagnoses during his time at the nursery and his baby room staff and key worker and another member of staff have been very supportive during this anxious time. Everyone has been very accommodating to his medical care plans and makes us feel safe and secure to leave him in the nurseries care.
We have noticed positive changes already since the manager's arrival and have enjoyed seeing the staff recognition praises. We have also noticed the addition of calm corners and yoga which our daughter enjoys as it promotes being healthy.

Job Title: Nursery Manager Joined: 2020

Charlotte has worked in childcare for over 18 years, gaining experience in a variety of settings, from small independent nurseries to large corporate childcare centres. She began her journey with Bright Horizons in 2021. Working with children is her true passion, as it brings her great joy to witness each child’s development and growth throughout their nursery experience. Charlotte also enjoys supporting staff teams in their personal growth, helping to ignite their passion for childcare throughout their own journeys.


As a mother herself, having experienced both of her children going through nursery, she understands how both exciting and challenging the process can be. Charlotte’s top priority is the safety and care of the children, ensuring they are in a fun, nurturing environment filled with wonderful opportunities to learn and grow.

Job Title: Deputy Manager

Chloe is the Deputy Manager and holds Qualified Teacher Status, with nine years of experience in childcare.


Since joining Bright Horizons in 2022, she has completed the Nurture Programme and Future Leaders Course, enhancing her ability to support the team and deliver high-quality care.


Passionate about early education, Chloe loves guiding preschool children through fun, engaging activities that spark curiosity and build confidence, helping them feel excited and ready for their school journey.
