Bright Horizons Basingstoke Copper Beeches Day Nursery and Preschool

I am very glad we found this nursery, and I wouldn't want her to go anywhere else.

We're amazed at how quickly she has settled in considering where she was a month ago and we owe it all to the wonderful staff and carers. We'd highly recommend them!

My son started Bright Horizons in January and we as a family have been really happy and impressed with the whole experience. The Bright Horizons team really take care of you and your child every step of the way to ensure a smooth start. My son is having the best time exploring lots of new themes each week and eating lots of yummy food. Not only are the rooms amazing and bright but the garden is so big and perfect for little explorers! The nursery also uses a really great app so you can track your little ones' progress throughout the day. I would thoroughly recommend this nursery to everyone!

The toddler team are lovely. I was dreading the transition but they've made it so easy for our daughter and for us. We get good updates of what she's up to and it's clear she had a great day every time we pick her up.

Bright Horizons Basingstoke Copper Beeches Day Nursery and Preschool is just amazing! I am so impressed with the dedication and care that all the staff show towards my daughter, she attends three days a week and would go more if she could. The activities that she participates in and all the toys and equipment available for her to play with are brilliant and it's lovely that the staff continuously keep you informed with what she's up to by posting pictures on the app, she's always so excited to tell me what she has been doing at pick-up. My daughter has attended this nursery for nearly three years and every day she learns something new, the support that all the staff give her with her development is incredible and all of them are such a credit to the organisation. It's always so reassuring dropping her off, knowing that she's in safe hands and that she is in a safe environment where she feels comfortable but ultimately, a place where she has so much fun! Wouldn't have her anywhere else. They're just brilliant!

My daughter is currently at Bright Horizons Basingstoke Copper Beeches Day Nursery and Preschool and has been since she was 18 months old! I have always felt she has been looked after and cared for since day one with no issues. My daughter is now in the preschool side and the days she is there she is always happy to attend and loves it! (In fact, I struggle getting her to leave even when she's been there all day). All the staff and management are amazing, helpful and really friendly. She has built some lovely friendships not only with other children but with the staff too, they are just super supportive and always welcoming! All the staff work super hard and lots of positive improvements being made all the time. Always lots of activities, play and learning going on. Communication with nursery is excellent! When the time comes to leave it will be sad as the time she has spent here along with all the staff has had a positive impact. I highly recommend this nursery to anyone.

I honestly cannot express how happy I am with Bright Horizons Basingstoke Copper Beeches Day Nursery and Preschool. I had a change in circumstance last minute and the manager and her team could not have been more accommodating to support me. My son has now been attending for three months and absolutely loves his days at nursery. He comes back every day and has clearly learnt so much. One day even came back with a biscuit in the shape of a heart for me (cute!) The rooms are full of loads of toys and the garden is massive. The staff in the room he attends are fabulous. He has clearly bonded with all of the members of staff in his room and now even points back to the room as we leave, implying he wants to go back. They even walked through all of the funding support with me to make sure I am claiming all that I can which made it so much clearer to me, as the government website is very confusing! Genuinely. have no faults at all.

From our first visit to check the nursery out, to our son's first day and beyond, all the staff at Bright Horizons Basingstoke Copper Beaches have been incredibly welcoming and professional. The style of operation and facilities are very good and my son feels right at home with the lovely staff in his room.

Management is very professional, approachable and organised and everything appears to run smoothly. I also have massively appreciated their flexibility in helping us when day moves/additional changes are required.

The app is great, I get to see what my child is up to every time she goes in, how much she's eaten and any activities they do that day. There has never been a delay in receiving a response if I message in the inbox, the sorry requirements have always been adhered to and are clearly marked for all staff. I have already enrolled my 1-month-old to start in 2025 as I wouldn't trust any other nursery with my children.

The manager leading the nursery is so approachable and supportive with whatever you need.

The manager and her team have created a fantastic learning environment providing a range of activities that spark curiosity and excitement for all. The setting is welcoming and they provide and encourage parents/families to join their children in various learning activities.

The nursery has a good communication system in place and keeps me updated with my child's daily routine including activity, sleep and meals. The staff are always very welcoming and happy to answer any questions and meet my child's needs where possible. My child is always happy to arrive at nursery and always seems to have had a positive day. Although the fees are slightly more than some other nurseries, overall I would recommend this nursery to other parents as I am more than satisfied with the care they provide.

My daughter has been coming here for 8 months she’s grown in confidence, the opportunities and activities for the children are endless, the staff are caring and there is lots of variety in the children’s daily activities.

I’ve seen Copper Beeches grow more and more under strong management, who show great leadership and understanding to all staff, parents and children.

She has adapted to the nursery environment very well and she feels comfortable and happy to go to the nursery.

Our daughter has been at the nursery for three months now. Staff and facilities are great. She has settled in well and is really supported and seems to really enjoy going. Great that they go outside each day for fresh air and fun in the garden. Handover at end of the day provides good update of how she has got on during the day and what she has done and enjoyed/not enjoyed.

Since the new manager took over I am much happier. She has introduced a great amount of warmth, increased the number and variety of activities and created open communication with parents to keep us informed. The management team are approachable and receptive; I have felt they listen to my wishes and do their very best to cater to the individual needs of the children.

We are very happy with Bright Horizons Basingstoke, our daughter has thrived since starting her journey with the nursery back in Autumn 2022. It is a very happy and safe environment, and our daughter settled in really well. Seeing the daily activities and photos in the app also gives us comfort that she is enjoying her day. The nursery teachers are very supportive and always have time for a quick chat if needed. The management team are engaging and informative on nursery notices and promotes interaction with parents very regularly. We really are so happy with our decision for Bright Horizons.

My son has developed so much since starting at this nursery. We feel connected with his development at all times be it through photos, app updates or communication with his carers. The staff are all great and he has made some good connections with those who look after him. There were some changes this year which have been positive and seem to have benefitted the staff, the parents, and the children.
