Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Surbiton

I cannot fault the care this nursery gives to my little girl. She settled so quickly because the staff really took the time to get to know her. I absolutely love the regular updates they provide to me via the parents' app they use. Not only does it let me know how much she has eaten, slept etc but it also just puts my mind at ease. My little girl loves her keyworker which is just the sweetest, most reassuring thing to see.

He has settled in with the care and attention of the great team there.

I went with my son to Monkey Puzzle on the Nursery's open day last year, and he loved it straight away. Facilities is a very high standard with many different sections to stimulate young brains, and they do a lot of activities. Even during Pandemic of COVID, they were setting up singing sessions for kids! Staff are very caring and always act in the best interest of children. I can see how my son is quickly developing and benefit from attending to Monkey Puzzle. I would definitely recommend it.

Our daughter has attended this nursery since it first opened. Even on her first settling-in visit, the staff very quickly put her at ease. She made some huge leaps in her development very quickly after starting at nursery which I’m sure was at least in part due to the care and close attention from the staff. We love seeing what she gets up to every week through the app and newsletters, and the nursery staff are very good at keeping us updated including sending us regular photos. Our daughter clearly loves the many different activities - and the food! In the current uncertain times, it has been immensely reassuring to know that she is being well looked after by people we trust completely, who will go above and beyond to make sure she is safe and happy.

We have seen the progression in our little one's development from a physical perspective to learning phonics, numbers - a testament to the staff attention and caring nature.

My daughter started at Monkey Puzzle in January, staff helped her settle very quickly and are very caring. Communication is good and the app is a nice extra to receive updates of what they’ve been up to.

I have nothing but praise for the nursery and the staff. We are always made to feel welcome. My son has thrived in the setting. The communication between parents and staff is great with the app letting us know how the day went and what was for lunch etc. I would not hesitate to recommend the nursery to anyone looking.

My daughter joined Monkey Puzzle at 11 months old and instantly settled, it was such a relief! Staff are amazing, the little ones always have such a lovely range of activities to keep them busy. The facilities and particularly the garden is great and they are out every day where possible. A home from home, highly recommended. It's so comforting to know our little girl is so happy and well cared for.

My son started at this nursery at 10 months old and he has settled really well. The staff are brilliant at engaging and forming bonds with the children, my little boy has a key worker who he settles with and just the mention of her name in the morning makes him want to leave for nursery. Not only his key worker, all the staff have been great, and listened and worked with our schedule whilst also relaying observations which can help with development and schedule at home. They do a great range of activities and ensure all the children get fresh air at least twice a day in the lovely gardens. When I pick my son up from nursery I can always see he has had a great day and it has helped build his confidence and skills. I would highly recommend this nursery.

I was very nervous to send my little boy to nursery as I am a stay at home mum and he is very attached to me. From day one, the staff at Monkey Puzzle made him feel confident and nurtured. I can see how his social skills have improved since he started. He can't wait for the coronavirus crisis to finish to see his friends and teachers again.

Our one year daughter has been coming to Monkey Puzzle Surbiton since January and we have been very impressed. Our daughter settled in very quickly, thanks to the care and attention shown to her by the staff. They have really gotten to know her in a short space of time. Their communication with us has been fantastic and we really appreciate the updates we get while she is at nursery. The facilities are lovely, and they always do different activities. We love the fact that she is always so happy to see her key worker as well as the other staff. We were a bit apprehensive about sending her to nursery as we hadn't left her with anyone but family members before, but we would not hesitate to recommend Monkey Puzzle, as it has turned out to be a really positive experience for us and we are so grateful to the staff for the time and care they have given to her.

My partner and I would highly recommend Monkey Puzzle Nursery. Our daughter settled quickly which is testament to the staff and level of individual care and attention she received. In just a few weeks, she was reaching out for her key worker and enjoying every moment of her time there. Communication with us has also been excellent, and the app is wonderful!

My daughter started at the nursery the first day they opened and has loved it so much. They did an amazing job settling her in and making me feel comfortable leaving her (this was her first nursery experience). She runs in and hugs them in the morning when she gets there which is so lovely to see. They provide me with a breakdown of what she’s done during the day and updates on the App too, I honestly couldn’t be happier. A big thank you to everyone for their continued hard work.

My two year old has only been going to Monkey Puzzle since February but has settled so quickly and just loves going in. The staff are wonderful, warm and caring. I feel completely comfortable leaving my daughter knowing she’s receiving wonderful care. I highly recommend this nursery.

It has been great to watch my son develop and make friends. He is excited for his days at nursery and happily walks in each morning. I would recommend this nursery to anyone looking for exceptional care.

I cannot recommend this nursery enough! They have really supported my son who was delayed in walking! They recorded his first steps and sent it to us so we did not miss out! My son settled in no time! They use a fantastic app, we have great communication with both the manager and owner! They provide what all kids need.... love! All the kids are happy there, staff are always smiling and welcoming! It truly has been a blessing in disguise our son starting there! They don't rush you out the door and are always excited in sharing new milestones or achievements big or small!

Our son really enjoys going to Monkey Puzzle. The settling-in process has been smooth and everyone was really friendly, helpful and responsive. (In person and via email and phone) The equipment and cleanliness are excellent; using the family app to receive regular updates is another big plus. Vegan/vegetarian food was no problem and he has never eaten so well. He won't stop talking about his friends and carers when he's at home - the best recommendation you can get. Thanks for taking such good care of him.
