Love Monkey Puzzle, the team are great, responsive and attentive to detail. Our son has loved it since day 1 and is always excited to run into nursery to see his friends in the morning. The team always have events on and put so much effort into them. They frequently have meet-the-team days and these are so much fun! Thanks for all you do Monkey Puzzle, couldn't recommend you more.

We recently attended Monkey Puzzle's meet the team day, which was fantastic. So much effort had gone into making the event special. Our little one loved the animals the best!

My son loves it there; he is very happy, eats well and sleeps well and has been going for over a year now. He settled in fine and transitioned into the older room easily. The staff all care and are so kind!

Great nursery all around. The staff are amazing, our son really enjoys his time there, and he’s always really well looked after: he’s always clean, eats well and loves going to Monkey Puzzle. Anytime there are any concerns, the staff communicate promptly and are very flexible. Couldn’t recommend more.

My daughter has been going to Money Puzzle Surbiton for a little over a year now and she absolutely loves it. She is so excited to arrive there every time and always comes home happy. The communication from management is great and we get regular updates on the app throughout the day. We have also recently started potty training and the team have been really supportive and cooperative. I would without a doubt recommend this nursery to others!

The team also go above and beyond to celebrate special days and include the parents at key times of the year. This happens on a Saturday which is super helpful for the parents though appreciate that’s personal time for the team at Monkey Puzzle - another testament to their commitment! Thank you all for looking after my baby!

Our son has attended the nursery since he was a baby and is now thriving in the pre-school room. He’s developed amazing social and communication skills thanks to the hard work of this amazing team. They cannot do enough for our son and keep us updated regularly with feedback and pictures of his days. The nursery offers regular “meet the team” and special celebratory events which are really well attended. We couldn’t have been happier with the choice we made and as an educator myself, I was always going to be fussy where our son went. If you are looking for a nurturing and secure environment in which your child will develop - look no further.

Our daughter absolutely loves going to Monkey Puzzle, she has absolutely thrived since starting 10 months ago. All staff are so loving, kind and caring. Her key worker is fantastic! The communication with parents is outstanding, you never feel 'just like another family'. We also really love that the staff make an astonishing effort to celebrate all special days/holidays together with children, decorating the nursery inside and outside, making sure that the children learn as much as possible about the world and different cultures. Being part of Monkey Puzzle feels like a constant celebration! We can't recommend it enough.

My son was well cared for at Monkey Puzzle, the manager and her team worked hard to make his time there enjoyable. My son formed a good relationship with his key worker who I was able to message via the app whenever I needed to know anything. The food menu was healthy and my son ate well there. The manager was particularly supportive and went above and beyond when I had a few family issues before we relocated to a different city. I would recommend them.

I was so nervous going back to work but Monkey Puzzle has made it so easy for me! They have been amazing with my little one and he truly loves every day in there! They are so caring and compassionate and treat them wonderfully. They know every child by name and always keep you up to date via the app with messages, they also send you pics regularly so you know what your little ones is up to. My baba is so happy to go to them every day when I drop him off. Highly recommended.

My little girl started here when she was 1 and had some serious separation issues. The manager and her team have been so patient and kind with her and now she's thriving! She's developed so much and now she's started talking she comes home with new songs. She's very happy and loves her days at nursery. I highly recommend Monday Puzzle Surbiton.

The nursery manager is extremely dedicated and professional and has created a wonderful home-from-home atmosphere at Monkey Puzzle. She knows every child and every parent and she and the staff have so much energy and tirelessly create new and wonderful experiences for the kids in their care every day. Our daughter has been extremely happy from day one and we will be sending our son to join her. A wonderful nursery - we highly recommend.

Monkey Puzzle nursery team - you are the best.

My daughter absolutely loves it here! I was so nervous about going back to work but I had no reason to be. The staff are so caring and she runs in happily every morning and doesn’t look back. There is a brilliant timetable of activities and the baby-specific garden is fantastic to allow the little ones a safe space to play. The app is also brilliant to keep you updated and the weekly photos always make me smile to see what they’ve been up to. A huge thank you to all of the staff at Monkey Puzzle, it really is a very special place.

My little boy absolutely adores going to nursery! He always has a big smile on his face when he sees his favourite lady! I can’t believe how much he learns while he is there and learns so many new words, loves all his food and just has a great time with all the fun activities! Love the updates on the app!
