Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Surbiton

We’re very happy with Monkey Puzzle Surbiton. The manager is a great leader, she's very professional and also completely caring towards the children. It is a great benefit to know the owner of the nursery has observed exactly how much your child has eaten that day and which other children she played with. The staff are just as empathetic and can anticipate the children’s needs well. Now that my daughter has been there 6 months, it feels like the staff know her personality and preferences and know how to keep her happy and engaged. She is always happy to go in and disappointed to have to leave!

My boy loves going to Monkey Puzzle. He started in October 2021 and settled in straight away. He is always happy when he sees the manager and her team in the morning when I drop him off, and he always has a beaming smile when I pick him up. Thank you for taking care of my boy and for encouraging him to learn and experience new things. It’s a lovely nursery with a brilliant team.

Excellent nursery. My daughter is really happy there and goes in the morning with a smile on her face. I am particularly pleased with the meals menu and activities they organise for the kids. One happy parent here.

This is a truly wonderful nursery. They take such excellent care of the children in every way. From nurturing staff and healthy food to lots of activities and their standard of cleanliness. My daughter loves going there - so much that she doesn’t want to come home at the end of the day! And that gives me a lot of comfort, knowing my daughter is happy and well looked after at nursery.

The team are caring, experienced and engaging practitioners. They work hard to ensure the happiness and development of my child. Feedback is great through the parent's app and it's so lovely to have regular picture updates of my little one whilst she is there. Throughout the pandemic, the team have been fantastic beyond expectations. We have regular parent days as well too, which is nice as you get to see the kids all playing together. The manager has a passion for charity too, which is reflected in the topical work the children do, as well as bake sales and odd sock days as fund raisers! The food is also great, they cater to my little ones dietary needs without fuss and she eats for England whilst there! My daughter's speech and understanding has come on leaps and bounds since being with Monkey Puzzle Surbiton as well. It is a pleasure to see.

Lovely nursery, very caring, nurturing staff. Lots of activities, things I couldn't do with my son at home, excellent food (he eats more there than at home). He's very happy there which makes me very happy.

My daughter loves going to Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Surbiton. She has been there for over a year and has developed so much in this time. She had difficulties learning to walk and the staff have been extremely supportive and encouraging and thanks to them she is now running around. I cannot recommend the nursery more, my other daughter will be starting there next year.

My daughter has been attending the nursery for over a year and I always found the staff to be dedicated and supportive of the children and their parents. They can be reached via email any day of the week and are always happy to give advice. We trust them implicitly.

I’ve had an amazing experience with my daughter at Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Surbiton. We had really gentle settling in sessions over a couple of weeks as my daughter was born during the pandemic.

They have been amazing with hourly updates on the app plus pictures of her and reports monthly of her progress including objectives for the future. Communication has always been amazing with us and I don’t have any faults

We have seen such a great developement since he started there! The staff are all so lovely and their variety of activities are really good for him. I love their garden and also really like their app as having all these updates daily you feel part of their day. Our daughter loves Monkey Puzzle and has developed so much since being there! The staff went over and above to make her settling in period as easy and gentle as possible for us all, which we so appreciated. We are really impressed by the quality of meals there, and by how accommodating they were with my daughters food intolerances. From the moment we met the staff at Monkey Puzzle Subiton we knew that it was the nursery we wanted to send our son to. We haven’t been disappointed. Our son settled quickly and loves going there, and has formed a tight bond with the staff. They do a wide variety of educational and creative activities and he has lots of fun. I especially love the app so we can see what he’s doing every day. I have already recommended the nursery to many others and I’m so pleased we picked it!

Our daughter started at Monkey Puzzle at the end of lockdown. And 6 months on, the difference in her development is amazing. She loves going to “school” and the staff are warm loving snd are genuinely invested in the kids I have recommended them to friends who are as equally as happy.

Given the current situation with social distancing etc, we weren’t sure how we would approach settling in at nursery with our 3-year-old. The staff at Monkey Puzzle Surbiton were very accommodating and worked with us to find a way to get our little one as comfortable as possible to start and even though we had set aside a week for me to attend the nursery with him, he was ready within 3 days and waved goodbye to me with a very big smile on his first day alone. Since then, we have not looked back and very happy with our decision to enrol him at Monkey Puzzle. The teachers are very thoughtful and attentive and give individual attention to a child when he shows a special interest in something. We get greeted each day at pick up with a beaming smile and he’s very happy to go back to school each day. We cannot recommend Monkey Puzzle Surbiton enough.

My son really loves it there, he keeps asking to go to nursery every day, and the staff have done such an amazing job. My son couldn't speak much before he went to the nursery, after he joined in this place, he has improved a lot! Thank you so much for your great work!

We are very proud of how much our daughter has developed her movement and language skills in the short time she has been there. We particularly love the way the team follows our home nap routine, which means there’s little disruption to her sleep. And we love the app with regular updates throughout the day. The team are all so kind and caring and a valued extension of our family.

Our son loves going to this nursery. He settled in very quickly and loves his key worker. This was one of the few nurseries where I could join the settling sessions during the pandemic (due to a separate garden for the babies). The staff are so flexible and will always try to stick to your little one’s routine rather than get everyone onto one routine. The app updates are so great and it’s nice to know you can message them at any time. The food always seems wholesome and healthy. So glad we chose Monkey Puzzle.

A wonderful nursery with kind, caring and enthusiastic staff. My son always comes out with a smile on his face. There is excellent communication to let you know what they have been up to throughout the day, and they are also helpful and responsive to any queries or concerns. Great facilities to keep the children busy all day.
