Kids Planet Waterfront

We have had a lovely experience with this nursery, they have been very welcoming and caring when looking after my daughter and she has settled in very well since being here. She always talks about nursery when she's at home and has a great experience.

Kids Planet Waterfront has been wonderful. They have have had our little girl now since she was a baby. They have always communicated very well, before and after pick up, telling us how she got on that day l, what's they have been doing, what they had for dinner and even if they had a sleep. If there has been a small issue like a bump on the head they have always contacted us straight away even though we said there is no need for a simple bump but it just goes to show how they truly look after the kids in the setting. They put on plenty of activities throughout the year and we just had our little one graduating from there, which they put on a mini display for the parents. Overall I couldn't be happier.

Really happy with Waterfront Nursery, lovely place, the staff are amazing, really nice and helpful. Our son has come a very long way and is more confident in himself. Thank you to all the pre-school team, especially the manager and key persons.

My son has been going to this nursery now for nearly 2 years. I can honestly say without them I would be lost. My son is well cared for staff cannot do enough to support him through the start of his journey. The staff are caring and kind although my son has additional needs but they work their magic and overcome any hurdles in the way.

They are brilliant and supportive to the learning needs of my daughter. I'm happy with the Kids Planet Waterfront branch. They were a big part of my daughter's childhood and her developmental journey.

Really good. positive, always got a smile. Do halal food. Nice teachers, good phonics knowledge. Good overall with all aspects. Always greeted well at the door and always with positive body language. Amazing management.

Brilliant staff and friendly atmosphere. The staff is very helpful and caring. Can't fault this nursery, always willing to help and listen to your child's needs, our daughter has been here for 3 years and she's now ready for big school and has had the best time with all the staff and friends she's made. I can't fault any of the staff, they've made it possible for us to pursue our working life and know our daughter is getting everything she needs. Thank you would not be sufficient enough. Thank you for loving our girl like your own and helping her grow.

Excellent management of kids. Always positive. Always helping the kids progress and the learning facilities are excellent. We love having our children attend the nursery. Best in the West Midlands and probably the UK.

The staff are helpful friendly and welcoming. My child has enjoyed his time at Kids Planet, making great friends and fantastic memories. I would definitely recommend this nursery to anyone that is looking for a day nursery.

Amazing nursery would highly recommend it! My daughter has had a fabulous time here and will honestly miss it. Staff are excellent and very helpful! Very organised and pleasant staff always there too to help. All members of staff are brilliant!

The staff at the Waterfront are amazing. They have looked after my child and he absolutely loves it. The manager and team are amazing and I couldn't ask for any better service. I would recommend Kids Planet to family and friends.

All the staff have been so helpful with anything I've required extra help with. They always go above and beyond for my children and it definitely shows when they come home wanting to go straight back to nursery! Both children love being at the setting and have come on leaps and bounds since starting!

I'm happy! I Have seen lots of change at the nursery once it became Kids Planet. I'm happy about all the staff. They are friendly and very welcoming. They do show interest in the well being of the children which is very nice and makes the children confident. I would like to mention some of the staff but it is a difficult choice as I do like all of them and I believe they all deserve to be rewarded.

Waterfront Nursery is brilliant for my son. He has an amazing time while he is in there, is always excited to get in, all the staff are taking good care of the kids and he loves having his meals with his colleagues. The staff are always happy to help.

The nursery has supported my daughter through her growth and development. The staff are always happy to help and very supportive and friendly with both adults and children. Amazing facilities and equipment for children to learn and play. Very happy with my experience with Kids Planet.

Since the nursery has been taken over by a different care provider, things are slowly improving. The staff all wear uniforms now and they look professional. The facilities and equipment has all been upgraded and the menu/food choice has vastly improved. The staff have always been lovely. There are some new faces so an updated staff list would be good for parents.

The facility could do with a revamp in terms of space, toilets, sleeping area and cleanliness.

I would recommend Kids Planet Waterfront.

Kids Planet have been amazing. My son has been there for a year and a half and will be moving on to school in September. Their supportive staff have always addressed my concerns, and my son thrives in their nurturing environment. He comes home happy every day, and I couldn't ask for a better place for him to learn and grow. Thank you for everything you have done for him. We will miss you once he starts school.
