My Daughter loves the nursery and all the staff. She has come on leaps and bounds in her confidence and speech. My daughter loves attending each day and always says how much she loves the staff and her friends and how much fun she's had.

I feel a particular teacher looks after my child as I would at home. I know my daughter really likes/feels safe with her now she speaks about her at home. I love how she interacts and will attend to my daughter's cuddles as she is a cuddly child.

She is always happy to go to nursey, friendly warm welcome by staff. In the time she's been there its gone through a period of changes to focus on outdoor play and nature. Which I feel has had a positive effect on imagination play. They provide all your child's needs and feed them a healthy balanced diet with friendly informative staff.

Lovely nursery, staff are always friendly and informative about the little ones' day. Love the app the nursery uses, it's great being able to see her enjoying her day in the photos with her learning journey. She seems really happy when she's there, after a week and a half off due to illness she was thrilled to be back when I dropped her off in the morning.

Lovely nursery and staff, clean setting too! Always looks like my little one is enjoying herself when we see pictures or collect her. Staff are always happy to help too! Good communication from the nursery if you need any answers or any help with anything.

A good amount of staff per child.

My daughter can be nervous about arriving at nursery but she is soon made to feel at ease by the staff at Kids Planet and is back to her usual cheeky self in no time. She loves playing with the staff and other children and has learnt so many new words since joining.

Really good and vibrant nursery. All the staff are welcoming and honest and go the extra mile to ensure my child is happy and enjoying being there. He has had a fantastic year and has really excelled here, so again, a big thank you to all the staff. He enjoys going to the nursery and always references it. I like that they are open and have created an expressive environment that allows children to be their selves.

Lovely nursery. I have a very anxious daughter who doesn't like being away from me but the staff are absolutely amazing with her and have helped to build her confidence. She absolutely adores the staff in the baby room and talks about them all the time at home. She's come on leaps and bounds with speech and playing with other children since starting. The nursery is very clean and I love getting photos of my daughter on the parent app doing lots of activities. They give her such lovely food too which encourages her to try other things than what we could do at home. The staff are loving, kind and welcoming.

Great nursery with lots of activities to keep children busy. A variety of meals, lots of encouragement for the kids to self-help. Updates on children's day and updates online too! My son is always happy to go to nursery and has lots to talk about when he comes home.

Kids Planet Waterfront has been wonderful. They have have had our little girl now since she was a baby. They have always communicated very well, before and after pick up, telling us how she got on that day l, what's they have been doing, what they had for dinner and even if they had a sleep. If there has been a small issue like a bump on the head they have always contacted us straight away even though we said there is no need for a simple bump but it just goes to show how they truly look after the kids in the setting. They put on plenty of activities throughout the year and we just had our little one graduating from there, which they put on a mini display for the parents. Overall I couldn't be happier.

Really happy with Waterfront Nursery, lovely place, the staff are amazing, really nice and helpful. Our son has come a very long way and is more confident in himself. Thank you to all the pre-school team, especially the manager and key persons.

My son has been going to this nursery now for nearly 2 years. I can honestly say without them I would be lost. My son is well cared for staff cannot do enough to support him through the start of his journey. The staff are caring and kind although my son has additional needs but they work their magic and overcome any hurdles in the way.
