Excellent nursery

I have no issues with staff or the place my child loves going to nursery and has been going since baby room. The nursery has developed my child so much and I am so happy and great-full for this.

The staff are great, really focus on the children and helping them to develop, give all details and key achievements on handovers and are altogether fantastic! Couldn't have hoped for a better start for our daughter, thank you all so much

Shining Stars is amazing. I have a special educational needs child and all staff are trained well and are so loving with my child. I wouldn't send him anywhere else! They keep me updated on the app. I have seen a huge development in the 4 months my little boy has attended here. All amazing!

My little boy enjoys going to nursery because he has lovely teachers who look after him. The nursery is clean and well looked after the food that is offered to her is from a range of different cultures and is part of a healthy diet. All the staff are so kind and friendly and the management are amazing, they always answer any questions that I have and listen to anything I have to say. So all in all the nursery is absolutely superb and I would recommend to anybody. Thank you so much tiny tree staff you're all wonderful.

My child is currently at this nursery in the toddler's room, my other child left in September and both sisters started in the baby room at a very young age. I can not fault this nursery in any way. I am so grateful for each and everyone that works here and how they look after my babies. Management and all the rest are lovely ladies. The owner himself is absolutely amazing. Very nicely spoken and always replies back to any messages or concerns straight away. I only have positives to say and for the last 5 years, my girls have always felt safe, secure and happy. Thank you.

Our daughter has been attending Shining Stars for 8 months now and is really enjoying the time she spends there. The staff are all very friendly and encourage our daughter as she learns and plays. They are always doing fun crafts and activities and eating lots of varied and yummy foods.

Staff are amazing, my son is in the baby room soon to be transitioned to the toddler room in January, he absolutely loves been at nursery. The nursery is so proactive, always doing things with the kids, so many observations and all updates on the app so I can see how my son is progressing. I am informed straight away of any falls or accidents. I can honestly recommend this nursery 100% percent, I feel so comfortable with the staff and don't ever feel like I don't have a say, also the communication is 100%.

They also provide nappies and wipes.

Absolutely fantastic nursery. The staff are so friendly & attentive. My son has attended Shining Stars in the baby room since August and I've never had any issues or concerns. They provide regular updates throughout the day on food/nappies/activities etc. Highly recommend.

What can I say that hasn't been said, my boy has been there since 3 months old, now 15 months old. The lovely girls there have grown together seeing him develop into a little boy. He loves the variety of dinners/tea he gets. Always out with the girls on little trips around the area. They have an app which tells you straight away what he's been up to, what he's had for dinner, what time he had a nap and at the end of the day the girls tell you about your child's day. Simply the best!

My little boy has settled in so well to Shining Stars since he started in September. He absolutely loves going, he's even wanting to go on days he's not there which tells me a lot! The staff are so lovely and genuinely care you can tell. The app is very good at keeping me informed of what he's been up to, had to eat and any personal care that has been given. The communication is faultless. My son has come on leaps and bounds since starting at Shining Stars in so many ways. They regularly take the children out on little outings which I love, it really is a fantastic nursery and would highly recommend it!

My daughter has just recently transitioned into the toddler room from the babies and I can honestly say it was a smooth and successful transition. She has settled into the toddler room so well and really enjoys going that she never wants to come home. At this early stage, she has come on leaps and bounds with her talking, development and even potty training and all the staff are really lovely. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing! The only word to describe this nursery, they really do care for your child in the way you would hope. My oldest child went here and my daughter currently goes here. I can’t thank them enough for all they have done. My little boy left to go to school and was way ahead of where he should have been and I have to put that down to them mostly! If I was to recommend a nursery it would certainly be this one. Everyone is so friendly and nice. Thank you Shining Stars, keep up the amazing work.

All staff are amazing and friendly. If you’ve any concerns about your child, they listen and work with you. My child has come on leaps and bounds with his speech, numbers and colours since being here - really are an amazing team.

My little boy loved it here at Shining Stars. He went from 9 months old to leaving for school. Cannot not fault any of the staff or management. Whenever I've seen staff/management around, they always stop and ask how he's doing. Lots of updates for my child throughout his session. All good made on site, some lovely meals and always comes home with something he has made. If I have another child, I would not hesitate to send them to Shining Stars again.

My child loved this nursery. All the staff are friendly and caring. They tailor to the children's needs. We also, as parents, have good relationships with the staff. We can tell they really care and put every effort into doing their very bests every day. We will be so sad when we have to leave for big school.

My daughter loves going to nursery, she loves the team looking after her and she loves all the day activities, especially painting and playing with water. Overall experience has been great, the staff are very helpful, friendly and great with kids, the place is clean and the food is good. My daughter is allergic to dairy so they always make sure her food isn't contaminated with any dairy products. I feel confident that they are looking well after my child.

My son loves going to nursery here. The staff are friendly and helpful, the chef goes above and beyond to meet dietary requirements. Very clean, spacious for activities and lots to do. The staff are trained to look after SEN children. Having a space to store the pram is very nice too.

I was a little nervous about my little one moving into a different room as she was extremely attached to the staff in the baby room. My daughter only goes to nursery one day a week, we sometimes have a little whinge when she goes in but after two mins is settled. The staff always message me to say she is fine and sends me pictures of what she is doing. She now tells me who looks after her in the toddler room, and is building new relationships with the staff and is loving the new activities. She is now able to sing Ba Ba Black Sheep all the way through, which considering she has just gone 2 is an achievement, and loves playing outside. I can't recommend the nursery enough, and my first child was just as happy.

My eldest child has been attending nursery for 3 years now and my youngest for 3 months. I couldn't recommend this nursery enough. The staff are absolutely brilliant - so dedicated and have such lovely bonds with all the children. My children are getting the best care allowing me and my husband to work full time still. They absolutely love it!
