Staff are amazing, welcoming and friendly. My little boy absolutely loves going there. Staff are flexible and can accommodate to work around the hours I need my child to be there.

My daughter started Shining Stars in January of 2026, she absolutely loves it! The staff are wonderful and although she hasn't been there long, I can see a huge improvement in her social skills etc. I cannot fault this nursery at all - my daughter even refuses to leave at pickup as she loves it that
much!

The team at Shining Stars Day Nursery are so professional and friendly. My child loves going there, I can tell. They are very quick to message/contact back to any issues or queries I have and extremely helpful all the time. The rooms look very clean and tidy (as much as they can be with children)
and the staff look presentable all the time.

My granddaughter absolutely loves Shining Stars and loves the staff even more. When she is picked up of an evening she is so happy and jolly, every time and has always had lots of fun with all the different activities they do during the day/week. My granddaughter has had a birthday recently and they
went above and beyond to make her feel special on her first birthday and she has the most amazing birthday card to confirm. My granddaughter is so lucky she gets to go to Shining Stars and she shows this whenever she leaves nursery in the evening. Everyone is doing a great job. Keep it up and thank you.

Lovely nursery. Friendly staff. Always get updates during the day about my baby. They also always seem to be doing new activities which is great to see. My baby gets very excited to to go to nursery now in the morning.

My granddaughter has been here about a month or so now and I couldn't be happier with nursery the app is great and easy to use the girls are lovely and my granddaughter seems very happy there apart from when she's trying to make me feel guilty from leaving haha.

I have had a great experience so far with Shining stars. They are really patient with my child and they give her the best care. I feel that my child is learning and developing a well and she is supported to thrive.

Really good nursery. Staff are amazing and friendly. My little girl has come along so much since starting here. You get lots of updates during the day via the app which was really important to us when choosing a nursery. Lots of activities for children and health menu. They have an outdoor space and
go out during most weathers which my little girl loves!

Shining stars have been amazing! I was apprehensive about sending my child to nursery as I'm sure most parents are but they have gone above and beyond any expectations I had. They have such a warm, welcoming atmosphere and my child runs in every morning. I can leave there knowing my child is happy,
safe and well looked after by the staff. They have been very accommodating whenever I've asked for changes. The SENCO is outstanding! I truly believe we wouldn't be where we are now without her help and expertise. My child is thriving here and it's so comforting to see and that's down to all members of staff. I feel happy knowing I made the best decision to start my child at Shining Stars and would never hesitate to recommend them to others!

My Son is in the Baby room at Shining Stars, Clare Road and we both absolutely love it. He is very clingy so gets upset when I'm dropping him and the staff are so lovely, picking him up, giving him cuddles and assuring me that as soon as I've left he's calm. When I collect him he is always happy and
smiling playing with staff and other children.
There is a huge range of toys and learning activities indoor and out. They also provide a huge range of different foods.
Everything my son does, eats, all nappy changes and naps at Nursery is all documented on the App so I can check in on him whilst I'm at work.
I would highly recommend.

My son has only just properly started at nursery today he has had 2 settling in sessions before and he has been absolutely fine going with the staff there no crying etc the staff are so kind and welcoming to children and parents I was nervous sending my son as he is only 10month old and never been
to a nursery before but I'm glad I've chosen this one for him to attend

Staff are all so experienced and very kindhearted towards the children. My Child settled in so quickly and is always excited to go to nursery to see the staff. My child has created beautiful bonds with the staff which is so wonderful to see. The
care they show is above and beyond.
They are always doing not only fun but also educational activities which I find really important.
The nursery itself is a very nice and homely space.
I love that the nursery update parents through a family app. It gives me ease just knowing what my child has been upto during the day.
The nursery is equipped with lots of sensory toys and has a good outdoor space for the children.
My child is always doing something new at nursery every day. Very productive
I Have nothing bad to say about shining stars nursery it is just perfect. Super glad i chose this nursery.

Excellent nursery
I have no issues with staff or the place my child loves going to nursery and has been going since baby room. The nursery has developed my child so much and I am so happy and great-full for this.

After feeling very anxious about our daughter starting nursery at very short notice she has settled in brilliantly! She absolutely loves it here and after not being apart from us for the best part of 10 months we were terrified that she would struggle to settle in!
The staff are great, really focus
on the children and helping them to develop, give all details and key achievements on handovers and are altogether fantastic! Couldn't have hoped for a better start for our daughter, thank you all so much

Shining Stars is amazing. I have a special educational needs child and all staff are trained well and are so loving with my child. I wouldn't send him anywhere else! They keep me updated on the app. I have seen a huge development in the 4 months my little boy has attended here. All amazing!

My little boy enjoys going to nursery because he has lovely teachers who look after him. The nursery is clean and well looked after the food that is offered to her is from a range of different cultures and is part of a healthy diet. All the staff are so kind and friendly and the management are
amazing, they always answer any questions that I have and listen to anything I have to say. So all in all the nursery is absolutely superb and I would recommend to anybody. Thank you so much tiny tree staff you're all wonderful.

My child is currently at this nursery in the toddler's room, my other child left in September and both sisters started in the baby room at a very young age. I can not fault this nursery in any way. I am so grateful for each and everyone that works here and how they look after my babies. Management
and all the rest are lovely ladies. The owner himself is absolutely amazing. Very nicely spoken and always replies back to any messages or concerns straight away. I only have positives to say and for the last 5 years, my girls have always felt safe, secure and happy. Thank you.

I couldn't thank Shining Stars Day Nursery enough, they are absolutely fabulous with my little boy and he absolutely loved coming to nursery from the day he started they've always been amazing so thank you again! Always doing lots of amazing activities with the little ones too.

Shining stars have been amazing! I was apprehensive about sending my child to nursery as I'm sure most parents are but they have gone above and beyond any expectations I had. They have such a warm, welcoming atmosphere and my child runs in every morning. I can leave there knowing my child is happy,

I couldn't thank Shining Stars Day Nursery enough, they are absolutely fabulous with my little boy and he absolutely loved coming to nursery from the day he started they've always been amazing so thank you again! Always doing lots of amazing activities with the little ones too.
