Little Green Rascals Day Nursery Minster Yard

We are so pleased we chose Little Green Rascals Day Nursery for our little rascal. He has settled in so well and really bonded with the team looking after him. There are regular updates and we get lots of photos of messy play and fun in the garden! The team genuinely care about the little ones and take time getting to know the parents too. My little one has come on so much in every way since starting Little Green Rascals 5 months ago and he loves his nursery days! The food is great too, and they are brilliant with intolerances.

Having put my little one in the nursery from 9 months I was a little nervous but the team at Minster Yard have been so kind and supportive and updated us on how our child is getting on. I totally trust them and they are great with communication.

There are cheaper nurseries around, but who wants to send their kids to a cut price nursery?

The team are great people who are so attentive and do so many fun activities with the children. Regular updates via the app are so reassuring to parents and the communication is excellent. Conversations with other parents suggest a similar experience.

Our little one is also happy and enjoying his time in the nursery. Thank you for your hard work and for making sure our son is happy, safe, enjoys his time there and gets the skills he needs!

Absolutely incredible setting. My child absolutely loves going and has come along so much already even though he has only been attending a month. All of the staff have been incredible and have helped him settle in so well. The menu is incredible and enough to make me jealous.

Having moved our daughter from another nursery we could not be more delighted with Little Green Rascals. The care and attention to detail was evident on my first visit. I love the fact that naps are one of the priorities across all ages, the menu is amazing and updates through the family app are made regularly. My daughter loves her key carer and has been thriving in her new setting, enjoying lots of learning, playing and adventures. The gorgeous location right opposite the Minster is an added bonus.

The nursery staff are so lovely and really get to know your kid. They are fun and always get them outside. The food sounds great. They do trips out and are about to open a forest school. They are creative with the range of activities. Our kid loves it!

My son has been going to Little Green Rascals Minster for three months now and he really changed and developed, not only because he simply grows, but really in his way to be around other children and the things he does and got from his days in Little Green Rascals definitely. And most important for any parent, he loves going he is always excited to start his day because he knows he will have fun. Thanks, Little Green Rascals team. And also thanks for the frequent communication to parents through the app, it's precious for us when we are at work!

Fantastic team. You just know they really love their job and know your child is happy with them. The app they use is great, with updates, photos and information. You can message the team and always get a prompt response. Management are brilliant and parents feel involved and their opinions valued. Highly recommend!

My son has been at the nursery since July 2022. The Nursery Practitioners in the Dancing Dragonflies room are professional, caring and experienced. They go above and beyond to make sure the children are well looked after and have fun.

Little Green Rascals - Minster Yard is such a friendly, loving environment for children. They offer a wealth of opportunities to all the kids, and the staff love the kids like their own, with so much affection and cuddling. Structured and free play make days enjoyable for everyone. A fantastic place for our little one.

What can I say except this is the most wonderful nursery! We'd had a bad experience at another place prior to here and what a difference it made when we made the move. Our daughter is absolutely thriving and we have such peace of mind that the care and attention she's getting is second to none. The staff are all amazing, they really make the effort to get to you know you as a family and you can see they really care about what they do, they've always got big smiles on their faces and my daughter is in love with her key worker and her team. They always keep you up to date with all the fun things they are getting up to and I'm always jealous of the tasty menu - my daughter eats much better than I do! There is lots of outdoor time as well as a relaxing sleep room - I call it a 'the spa' for babies because that's how it feels. I couldn't be happier here and I wouldn't hesitate recommending to any parent looking for a fantastic environment for their little ones.

Our daughter loves it here. The staff are excellent and create a lovely atmosphere for the kids. We love that the kids get taken outdoors wherever possible and there is always a new activity for them to enjoy.

I can't comment on ICT facilities as our daughter is too young for that. However the app we use is great and we get regular updates which we really appreciate.

Our daughter started before she even turned six months and I was so nervous beforehand. The staff at Little Green Rascals couldn't be looking after her any better. She seems to love every minute and has formed an evidently close bond with her key person, who has been caring and attentive with her and helpful and reassuring with us, as first-time parents. So glad we chose Little Green Rascals!

My daughter started at 6 months old and she is now 9 months old. I was a little wary about starting so young, sharing the weening responsibilities with the nursery and generally how she would be cared for. It has been the best thing for both her and us as parents! We have felt that she is so well looked after and 'known' by the team, and her key person, has kept us informed well of how she's done each day. It's not the cheapest for sure, but my priority was her care, nutrition, proximity to our house and the city centre. It's been a real benefit having the support of nursery as first time parents - we've learned a lot and felt supported in a way I didn't expect. Thank you guys!

Absolutely wonderful nursery. Our little one always walks in with a smile on his face. The staff are fantastic, the location great and the facilities outstanding. I would highly recommend Little Green Rascals Organic Day Nursery.

We have been very impressed by the personal connection the key workers have made with our child. We can see the benefits in our child’s development and are also benefiting from advice, recommended reading and moral support which, as first time parents, is proving invaluable.

Our baby joined the Wiggly Worms group at Little Green Rascals Organic Day Nursery two months ago and has loved it from day one. There are so many activities for them to choose from - ours is particularly fond of the sand pit and water play. In this short time, they’ve also been on a few adventures to local parks. The staff here are brilliant - both kind, welcoming, patient, understanding and helpful to parents and children alike. They’ve dealt with our baby's allergies really well and made us feel reassured that she’s in safe hands. Would absolutely recommend this nursery.

I’ve been involved with several nurseries over the years, as a mother then a granny. This one has impressed me more than any. The staff are sensitive, imaginative, attentive and truly caring. The facilities are good and well-used. The children love the food, the company, and the good balance between a reliable routine and a frankly astonishing range of activities. They learn so much here, and I have genuine faith in the staff.
