Partou Storytimes Day Nursery & Pre-school

Team Storytimes are a fantastic team; they are supportive of families and develop good bonds with children. Their approach to learning is fantastic, and my child has felt comfortable and confident to learn. When going through different stages of development such as attachment, toilet training and behaviour, the team were able to work with me as a mother to help my child learn, grow and develop.

I have two children in this nursery, who have been going for a few years now; they've always done their best to support my children in any way they can. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and nothing is too much trouble. I have and will carry on recommending this nursery to people. Thank you for all your amazing hard work and dedication to the nursery and for being so helpful!

Great nursery and lovely staff. Our little girl really enjoys going to Storytimes and is always doing something fun. She also learns a lot there. We have just registered our next child here and would highly recommend it.

My little girl loves Storytimes. She only did a couple of months and then had a break in attending due to Covid-19. When she went back, it took her a little while to adjust to being back at nursery, but the ladies in the tinies room were so patient and kind, and she absolutely loved going. They had a lot of time for her, and she really came on in terms of her communication and learning. She has now moved to the toddler room, and again, she loves going and is learning a lot. She has made some lovely friendships, and it is nice that her friends have moved up with her into the toddler room. Storytimes are very accommodating, and I have had no issues with having to change days, increase days and then reduce them again as I am on maternity leave, I was able to do so, no questions asked. The manager and her team are all very friendly and share lots about what the children have been doing each day with lots of fun activities for them to do. It definitely has a big impact on their learning and development.

All the staff in the toddler room are amazing.

Since my child started attending Storytimes, his confidence and self-esteem have improved. Also, his speech and language are getting better. The school gives regular feedback on his academic progress, and they have been communicating with me. The teachers have acted professionally, and they are very friendly with my child. There are no concerns about support that is being provided for the child, and the teachers act appropriately.

What a fantastic nursery. The manager and her team are great at what they do, and my daughter loves going to Storytimes and has made some wonderful friends. I am always kept informed of my daughter's progress, and the staff are always very polite and knowledgeable about early learning.

Storytimes have always been nothing but amazing! Both my children have attended, and my youngest is now in Pre-school, having started when she was a baby. The staff are fabulous, and you can tell they really care about each and every child. My daughter loves going and enjoys all of the different activities they get to do. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for an amazing nursery.

My son has attended Storytimes since he was one. Every room and staff have been brilliant. Since the restrictions with Covid 19, everyone has been nervous, but I can honestly say this nursery and staff have handled the pandemic exceptionally well. My son has attended the nursery full time though out without me having any worries. It has made a job what is hard work even harder, but you all handled it brilliantly, and never showed your worries, and put me as a mother, at complete ease. I will be absolutely gutted when he leaves for school in September, I wish he could stay here. Keep up the good work ladies; you deserve a medal.

Absolutely fantastic nursery! My daughter attends here and absolutely loves it. She is so happy here, she adores her carers and they love having her. I couldn't imagine her going anywhere else they make you feel so welcome and at ease, I know my daughter is very well looked after and thoroughly enjoys her time with everyone there. Home-cooked meals and the learning is fantastic she has really come on since joining in July. Thank you!

My boy has been attending the nursery for the past 12 months and he has loved it. The girls have been nothing but great, I love the weekly updates so I can engage with my child when at home. They are constantly trying to improve your child's education and in contact with you to ask what you would like them to work on for each individual child. The staff have been more than supportive of home and education life, I would not hesitate to leave my child here.

My daughter absolutely loves going to Storytimes, she has evolved from being a natural observer to a very active, outspoken participant in nursery. She is now very eager to jump in once we hit the door. She has great confidence in her key workers and has built a great relationship with everyone across the board because Storytimes makes children feel at home and very comfortable in a formal environment. The staff are always willing and ready to help and are totally involved in every child. While in the toddler class, the staff were very consistent about potty training and made it seamless. I love the personalised touch in the pre-school, with varied independent engagement structures to facilitate the transition to primary school. The manager is extremely nice and I love the creativity and innovation I find every time I come into nursery there is something new to look forward to. This confirms that they are always on top to maintain the great standard.

Such a lovely, welcoming nursery. Lovely and bright room for Pre-school with loads of stimulating activities that I can follow through with at home. My son comes home chatting about his day, a great mixture of child-led activities and structured learning getting ready for school.

Staff are fantastic and work with parents to understand and progress each child as an individual.

My daughter absolutely adores the friendly team at Storytimes Day Nursery, she currently attends pre-school 4 days a week and is always very talkative about her learn and play experiences when I collect her. The facilities are great, there is a lot of learning through play and imagination which is fantastic and it has really helped to develop my daughter with her speech, communication and numeracy. The meal menus are also great, I have a very fussy eater and whilst at nursery, she seems to demolish most of the freshly prepared food! The nursery are also good with communicating with parents, any problems or questions - somebody is always around to speak too and they also plan ahead and provide you with dates for your diaries in advance.

Lovely nursery with friendly and cheerful staff the children love to play with. After looking around other nurseries this is the best by far in the area. Clean, safe, fun and a controlled environment. My 2 year old enjoys nursery and has made many friends. Her speech and communication skills have come on so much.
