We loved nursery from the minute we visited. It has a calm and welcoming atmosphere and felt perfect for what we wanted. Storytimes has 100% lived up to this. Every member of staff is friendly and say hello and goodbye when you are there. They all know your children by name, even the staff not in your child's room. My children both love it, they have fun and have developed so much! Thank you!

The staff at Storytimes are amazing! My daughter has come on so much since starting this nursery. The staff in the Tinie Room are so kind, loving and attentive. Ada loves going to nursery to be with her friends. She shouts her friends names on the way into nursery.

The staff are amazing and I feel very confident in their expertise and care. I would and already have recommended this nursery to others.

My son loves the two days a week he spends at Storytime. Every staff member is welcoming, friendly and genuinely care about the kids in their classes. Communication channels are excellent, through detailed handovers at the end of the day, email and the app that is used to track activities and progress.

We are very new to Storytimes nursery (2 months in) my granddaughter has settled in very well with the lovely staff who are very welcoming and friendly with a fun, positive warm environment provided various activities to learn and explore. My granddaughter loves coming to nursery after attending another nursery we can highly recommend Storytimes so glad we made the change seeing her so happy when we pick her up so excited telling us about her day, wow, truly amazing!

The team at Storytimes has been wonderfully supportive over the two years my little one has been there. The activities on offer, the connection and attention provided all show how passionate the team are at ensuring my child grows and develops in the best way. If there have been any issues with my child or problems I have needed sorting they have approached it professionally, sympathetically and supportive. Its been a pleasure and I am thankful of the strong bond they have made with my girl. She has loved her time here and always comes home happy and full of joy.

The manager is amazing and so friendly and approachable. The manager is so passionate about the care of the children and puts so much into the staff helping them to be the best they can be.

I'm excited to start Oakley in September.

My child loves their time at nursery! Always seems so happy when I collect them. The staff are fantastic and they always talk about them at home which is lovely to hear. The support my child's development will and communicate effectively with me.

My son has been at Storytimes for 3 months now and the change in him has been outstanding. My son has gone from not speaking much to being able to count 1-20 and do his alphabet at the age of 2. The staff are amazing and so accommodating. They go above and beyond. They follow safeguarding to a tea and I couldn't be happier.

We are so grateful for the incredible care Sophie has received in the baby room. Having had Ellie attend in the past, we already knew the high standard of care provided, but the ladies in the baby room have exceeded our expectations! The staff are warm, attentive, knowledgeable and genuinely caring. The environment is calm and welcoming, and lots of engaging activities are planned. Sophie is always eager to go to nursery each morning, and we feel confident leaving her in their care.

We have been coming to story times for 4 years and it's been amazing. my son has come on leaps and bounds. Can't thank the amazing staff enough.

We have had a consistently wonderful experience with Storytimes. Our daughter absolutely loves her time there, and it's clear she feels happy, safe and engaged every day. Putting my son into Storytimes is by far the best decision I ever made. Since starting in October 2024 after being at another local nursery he has come on so much. The nursery has such a personal touch. Every member of staff knows your child, welcomes them in on a daily basis with a big smile and open arms. The rooms are set up with so much thought for each child's individual interests to allow them to express themselves and thrive. The staff are amazing! So caring, encouraging and really spend time getting to know your child. Dropping my son off every day knowing he is going to have so much fun whilst learning makes it so much easier as a parent. The nursery is very well run, from management always being there to greet you with an hello or talk to you about something amazing your child did that day, to the staff in each room bringing out the best in my son, they really are real life angels. Thank you!!

I can't recommend storytimes enough they are such a caring and loving team . They put some much effort into their activities. The staff always have smiles on their face . I would 100% recommend !!!!!!

The nursery is a haven of creativity and play. Whether he's painting masterpieces, running in the garden, dressing up as a superhero, or building blocks, each day is packed with opportunities to explore, imagine, and learn. The staff and children have fantastic bonds, and this comes from the love and support all staff and children are shown, which in turn enhances wellbeing for all!

I have two little ones at the nursery and all the staff have been amazing at helping them settle in and feel safe, happy and comfortable. If we have ever had concerns and raise it to a member of staff it is dealt with quickly and reported back to us. One of my children has dietary requirements and they always make sure she has a great selection of things she likes. The staff always go above and beyond with their learning and development. One has been amazing with helping my daughter with her reading and writing. And two other staff members are fantastic at giving feedback when picking them up and filling me in on what they have been up to in the day. They really have a fantastic team who really care for the kids.
