Partou Storytimes Day Nursery & Pre-school

From the moment I walked into Storytimes, I knew this was the nursery for us. From the welcoming staff to the beautiful environments and all the fun, fabulous things the staff plan for the children. They always have exciting stuff going on, and the nursery always smells amazing when I arrive. The food always sounds so nice, and it’s so reassuring as a full-time working mummy to know they are getting a well-balanced and nutritious diet whilst attending all week. Thank you, Storytimes, for all that you do!

My child has started going to this nursery and doing settling-in sessions, and he has already bonded so well with the baby staff and enjoyed every session he’s been to. The staff are so lovely and welcoming as well as informative on collections. I’m very happy with this.

My grandson has been going here since he was a baby. He loves going; he does lots of fun activities. When I’ve seen him there, he’s always happy, and the staff are very friendly.

The children have encountered so many amazing activities along their early year's journey that has helped build on their fine and gross motor skills. This has been a memorable experience for our children, especially as they transition to the next educational stage of the curriculum. We are forever grateful for the staff who have assisted the children in being the best version of themselves.

My boy has been attending Storytimes since he was seven months old. The environment is amazing, so warm, stimulating and very inviting. The key worker system in place is fantastic, and he has such a special bond with his key worker. They use an online app where I receive his learning journey through observations with photo and video evidence. They implement his interests from home with his learning at nursery. They take him out on many walks and give him many experiences outdoors in the community. The manager of the nursery is extremely approachable and always on hand with any queries and is always happy from start to finish of the day. I am extremely happy with his progression so far in the nursery.

Since my daughter started in January, being my first child and very nervous sending her, I have felt nothing but reassured since she started at Storytimes. The staff are amazing! Her key worker always takes the time to go out of her way to update both myself and my partner on her progress and include activities that my daughter has a lot of interest in. The baby classroom has so much for the children to do and is full of age-appropriate toys. The app to look at your child’s progress is great, although it’s slightly delayed, so sometimes don’t always see what they have done that day as it’s not in real-time. I would fully recommend Storytime to any parent looking for childcare.

My child really enjoys attending Storytime's holiday club; he has great relationships with the staff, who are always happy and welcoming during arrival and collection times. The nursery has such a great space indoors and outdoors, offering a wide range of activities. The meals which are provided at the cost are fantastic; there is a wide range of healthy snacks provided which my child enjoys.

The staff are absolutely great and very helpful. Both boys have loved every minute of it there. They do so much with them and have great facilities and things for them to enjoy. Thank you, Storytime, for looking after our boys.

My two granddaughters have attended this nursery from being nine months old, and what can I say! The love and care the nursery practitioners provide are absolutely amazing! My grandaughters are now 4 and 15 months and have the most wonderful time and love to attend! Thank you so much to all the staff and management team for taking excellent care of my grandbabies! Highly recommend.

I can’t rate Storytimes nursery highly enough. My daughter has attended for the past 2-years moving from the baby room, through to teenies, and is now in the toddler room. In every room, the staff have provided outstanding care with really well thought out activities and experiences.

It’s clear the team put a lot of thought and effort into making every day an exciting learning experience for the children.

The communication from the nursery is fantastic, and it’s great to be able to see my daughters progress on the learning book app.

My daughter has built a lovely, really strong bond with the team that look after her, and I trust them implicitly with her care and development.

I feel happy each morning knowing my daughter is happy going into nursery.

The staff at Storytimes create a welcoming environment, which always leaves me confident and happy to leave my son there. I love receiving updates including pictures and videos of what my son is doing during his time at the nursery. He is always learning and developing during his time at nursery and is always excited to go. The staff are always friendly and professional and always ensure they give a thorough handover at pick up time. The activities are always varied, and you can see the staff put a lot of effort into planning the activities. Thank you so much for working so hard, especially during these unprecedented times.

The staff at Storytimes are fantastic. Our eldest has been going since 4-months-old (now 3) and she loves it, our youngest has just started at 8-months and already has a wonderful relationship with her key worker in the baby room. I would not hesitate to recommend this nursery.

I have a child at this nursery, and they are amazing. They are so good with my child, he has thrived a lot since being there. He has been there for coming on two years now, and the support and care they provide is incredible. He can be quite challenging, and they are just amazing with him. I can’t thank them enough, and they also offer great support for the parents as well. I have an older child who also goes to after school club, and he loves the staff there and always talks about how great every member of staff is,# and the activities they do. I would highly recommend this nursery to my friends and family. I don’t worry when my child is in their care and have only had the best outcome from sending him there...fabulous staff and service...he is also vegan, and they do a wonderful menu and accommodate any dietary needs...always a smile on the staffs face, and my son loves going - I couldn’t ask for more...happy parent, happy child as they say!

Fantastic nursery, always encouraging children to learn, and my daughter always comes home happy and well looked after. They've gone above and beyond for my daughter, and I can't fault them. Always had positive interactions with the lovely staff, and they are doing everything they can to help stop the spread of Covid.

Fantastic staff at this nursery and have been incredible throughout the pandemic. My daughter has made so many fond memories of her carers and friends here; I'm sure she will miss them all. Good range of services, activities and healthy and varied diet plans every week.
