The nursery has been a wonderful place for my son, he really enjoys going and goes in happy and comes out happy. The staff and manager are very friendly and helpful when I have needed help and caring for my son’s needs. He is really developing and that is the help with the nursery

My daughter has been going to The Orchard Day Nursery since she was 9 months old. She is now in the 2-3 age group and she is excited to go into nursery every single morning. They have lots of varied activities for the children which keeps them stimulated and entertained. People who work there are friendly and caring. We definitely recommend the nursery to anyone looking.

We love Orchard Day Nursery. Our child has been there since the 2-3's room and now in pre-school. The carers and educators are kind, helpful, optimistic and fun. The nursery has lots of activities, covers key events of the year and is very open and inclusive in its syllabus. I am constantly in awe at how much our child has learnt, the growth in their development/skills and what they come home to share about their day. I've met like-minded families and it's a wonderful community to be a part of. The facilities have also recently been refurbished, such as the outdoor garden and there is a chef on-site for food/the kids' menu. The location is very convenient to transport and nearby amenities. I would highly recommend the nursery to any family looking, I am very happy we made the decision to go there!

Our son has been at the nursery for a year and a half, and we have had no problems whatsoever. The staff have always been enthusiastic and caring. Our son clearly learns lots of fun things that we couldn't reach him at home. The meals are healthy, and they have a good outside play area. The manager is prompt with admin. I would highly recommend The Orchard Day Nursery.

Both my children went to Orchard Day nursery with my youngest still attending. The staff are incredibly kind and caring with a low turnover, which is unusual for the industry but excellent for children because they grow up seeing the same faces and having their needs met. The technology is so good and I feel a part of my child’s day. I feel that the prices are fair and the staff are so good with the children who do such a wide variety of activities, from yoga and mindfulness to tennis and written learning. The food is also excellent! Personally, I feel that the nursery have excellent staff and the chef is excellent! The nursery is open plan and everything is clean. I know because my child’s socks aren’t horrifically dirty after a day in them!

The Orchard Day Nursery is an incredibly warm and happy place. It is a lovely open plan setting with great facilities but the dedication and level of care from their staff is its greatest strength. They are highly motivated, knowledgeable and kind which creates a very warm and supportive environment. My son had SEN issues and the work the nursery did with him and the support they gave us, was highly appreciated. Included in my praise of the staff, is the chef who is amazing and the children are very lucky!

We have had a very good experience with the nursery for both of our children who are in different age groups. Generally speaking, the staff are attentive to the children's well-being and invested in their development. We feel that the learning experience is personalized and well balanced. The staff are also very friendly and caring. We really can't ask for more! Both the staff and the management are great at communicating with us and always available to hear about our concerns and reassure us. The app is also a great tool that provides us with a glimpse of what the kids are up to at nursery and they are always up to great things! We are happy with the variety of activities offered including the tennis/football and French classes. Management is very involved in the kids' wellbeing as well as evidenced by the links and attachments formed between the kids and the manager. Lastly, we greatly appreciate that the nursery opens so early in the mornings and is open all year round.

4) kind staff - every single person at Orchard feels invested in children's development. They have helped me so much along the way, whether it was potty training or getting used to wearing a mask for travel.

My son has attended the nursery for 11 months now. He absolutely loves it there! I had another baby in May this year and my son’s behaviour was hard to manage. Everyone at the nursery was so kind, caring and knowledgeable in helping us get back on track with this. Even now they provide me with new ideas of any challenges we are facing. The app is a great way to see what your child has eaten and slept in the day. Daily posts on the activities they have enjoyed allow me to talk to my son about his day whilst his words are limited. Nothing is ever a bother for the staff and they are so reassuring in any worries I have. My second child will be joining them in a few months' time. I can’t recommend this nursery enough. Helpful, kind, reassuring, and passionate in striving to help our little ones develop. Thank you for all you do for us.

This is my second child at this nursery, and when it was time for the younger one to go to the nursery, I didn’t look for other nurseries; I already knew that he is going to this nursery, based on the previous good experience that I had.

When my son started at this nursery every time we walked to the entrance door, he would get frustrated and start crying as he was very close and clingy to both me and his father. But within such a small space of time, he has become confident, happy and very sociable not just with the staff and his peers at nursery but even family and friends. Whereas before nursery, we were unable to take him to other people’s homes because he would start crying straight away. Through the nursery, I have discovered that my son is an auditory learner.

The nursery is great. My son has been going there for around two years. He loves it. The teachers are great communicators, regularly give us updates on his progress and update their app daily detailing his activities. Unlike the previous nursery he attended, the classes are not overcrowded and each teacher really knows the kids in their care. He does a wide range of activities, helping with all areas of his development. The classrooms are all so diverse, which is great as it introduces my son to children from a range of different ethnic backgrounds. For the location, the nursery represents great value.

The team is great, very accommodating and extremely friendly. Our daughter happily walks in each morning which reassures us greatly. We notice her development as a result of attending nursery. They have called us when our daughter has been sick, which again reassures us. My wife and I are both doctors and have busy work patterns, but find the nursery very accommodating.

Absolutely fantastic nursery, a real gift to have found such a wonderful set of teachers and professionals who genuinely care so much for the children in their care. They provide so many exciting opportunities for them and come up with all sorts of fun and engaging activities. The communication with parents is also exceptional. They are like family, my son loves them and is always so excited to get into the buggy to go to nursery for the day! Can't thank them enough. Great food options too.

We are so happy with The Orchard. Our daughter has always been over the moon to go, runs in ar drop offs not even looking back. She loves her teachers and friends. The open layout is great. Kitchen is open too so kids can learn about cooking. They spend a lot of time in the lovely garden. The nursery organises weekly activities like bug theater, teddy tennis, football, French classes etc. Love the Famly app for daily reports and communication. 5 stars!

We love this nursery! Professional and friendly attention always. I feel my children stay in a learning and safe environment. Very understanding, staff always ready to listen and answer anything I need to ask or say. In over 3 years of experience with my children there, I have never had a single negative issue.

Our daughter (3years) has been attending Orchard Day Nursery since she was 10-months-old. We have found this to be a very nurturing environment, and she has always been very settled and happy there throughout this time. The activities for the children are stimulating and creative, aimed at supporting each child's developmental needs well. From the start, we've been very impressed with the variety of new fresh foods and meals provided each day, and we are emailed clear daily personalised reports about how our daughter's day was. The open plan design of the nursery has separate designated areas for the different age groups, and there is always a warm, happy and welcoming atmosphere in the nursery.

My daughter attended this nursery when she was 8-months-old and is now 15-months. She has always loved being left at The Orchard nursery, which provides me with peace of mind that the staff know what they are doing. They always send me daily reports as well as the app updates with videos and photos often. My daughter is happy when I drop and pick her up. The staff are super friendly and try to get the most out of her development. I'm very glad I found this nursery!

Orchard is an outstanding nursery in every way. The level of care, love, attention and focus on the individual needs of each child there is exceptional. The staff are friendly and want to help in any way that they can, which has been a tremendous source of support to me as a single working mum. I also love the daily reports sent electronically so I have a detailed understanding of what my daughter has done during the day, and the regular parent's newsletters too. My daughter has been at another nursery prior to Orchard, and the contrast in care is significant. I would recommend any parents to send their child to Orchard without hesitation.
