N Family Club - Harborne

Incredible facilities, caring/hard-working team, lovely management, lots of great development opportunities. The garden is stunning, the toys are eco-friendly and there is a lot of attention to every detail. The team organises fun events in the summer and for Christmas and in general, everything is really well thought out. The most important element that really makes a huge difference to me compared to other nurseries I’ve visited is the menu. The lovely on-site chef cooks fresh nutritious meals every day with no processed or sugary ingredients. Can’t fault this nursery! It’s not cheap but you get what you pay for. No complaints and would highly recommend it.

My son has been at the nursery for three weeks now and so far I would say everyone has been amazing and I can see all the hard work that’s been put into helping settle my son into nursery life. I’m a happy mommy, thanks little explorers room staff.

N Club Edgbaston has been such an important part of our child’s life - the staff, setting and care and attention for our daughter is second to none. I’m so pleased she has been attending here since she was 10 months old and it’s going to be a big wrench to leave when she starts school! Hugely recommended.

The food is fantastic - really varied and not bland. They are all proper meals and my child enjoys serving himself, sitting with his friends and clearing away. The large garden for children to run around in is stunning. I love that they go out each day and dress for the weather. I couldn’t ask for more whilst I am at work.

My daughter started at the setting a few months ago and I couldn't be happier. When I decided to go back to work full-time, I knew I needed to pick the right nursery for both of us and N Family Club Harborne was the right choice. All the staff have helped both of us with this transition and my daughter has come on leaps and bounds since starting there. The care is amazing and she has formed strong bonds with her peers and the staff in such a short period. We cannot recommend the setting enough.

Both my children currently attend N Family Harborne - one in the preschool room, and one in babies. I have been constantly impressed by the standards of care provided, how friendly, caring and approachable the staff are, how great the food choices are, and how varied the activities are. The overall running of the nursery, and the facilities on-site have improved hugely since N Family took over. There is a happy and calm feel about the nursery, and both my children are really thriving there.

We have had a child at this nursery since 2019, first our daughter and now our son. We have been so impressed with N Family since they took over the setting - the food menu is incredible (and so much care is taken over our son’s allergies, which we really appreciate) and the nursery feels so well organised and well managed. The staff have always been so caring and attentive. Our children have been really happy here. We couldn’t ask for more from a nursery and would highly recommend it.

The door for the managers is always open if I ever need to speak to them about anything. My children both love going there and have made great connections with other children and staff. I love that I only have to send them with clean clothes and everything else is provided as it makes my mornings a lot easier.

As a parent, I get complete peace of mind knowing exactly what my child is up to, eats, and what activities all through the mobile app whilst I am working. Giving me 100% visibility on his progress. The workers are an absolute joy to speak with regarding any of my personal concerns or request.

Great nursery, great food and great staff. Daughter has been very happy here. Good outside space which the children constantly use and very thoughtful activities. Would fully recommend it to anyone in the area.

Excellent nursery well run with a lovely stable team of practitioners. Care and attention paid to each child and family. Couldnt ask for a better setting for early years. Dedicated chef providing three cooked meals a day, dietary requirements carefully catered for. Many improvements have been made since N took over the nursery eighteen months ago, I would highly recommend it.

My daughter has been there for more than 3 years. The staff, especially the management team, are very friendly, caring, and supportive. The curriculum is strong with a focus on child development, mentally and physically. The facility is super clean, safe and well-maintained. There has been a recent refurbishment which raised the bar above standard. I highly recommend this nursery for any parent looking for a safe and loving environment for their child to learn and grow.

I highly recommend this nursery to any parents looking for childcare, I cannot fault them! My son has come on so much since joining N Family. On joining the nursery he had very limited speech and was under speech and language, within a year he has come on so much at the nursery that we no longer need that referral. He has an amazing relationship with all the staff members and management, he feels very comfortable here and really enjoys his time at nursery, he looks forward to going in every day and speaks about his teachers on a daily basis, expressing who he is excited to see that day! His appetite has also come on since being with N Family, previously he had a very limited pallet, they have really encouraged a wide variety of foods and offer fresh and healthy cooked meals every day. He's never eaten so well. I love having the app and seeing the variety of activities every day. All the staff truly care and are committed I couldn't thank them enough for everything they do!

Our experience at N Family Edgbaston has been excellent, from the friendly, welcoming staff to the fantastic care our son has received in this beautiful, newly renovated nursery has helped us to feel reassured that this is the right place for our son to grow and develop. For us, the care around transitional moments (potty training, moving rooms etc) has been what has really impressed us. The team listen to us and helped to support our little one in exactly the same way we would do at home, creating that consistency which we really hoped to find in a nursery. The communication within the nursery is fantastic, whether that is daily photos of the various activities the children are doing to newsletters and messages from room leaders checking in on how everything is going are all ways that help us to feel part of the N Family, we couldn't recommend the nursery more highly!

We have found the staff to be caring and patient, important attributes given to our child since he started nursery for the first time. His key practitioners have been a vital part of my son's care and he adores them. They work very well and support both my son and us, as parents, so we are all on the same page when it comes to our son's development. My son is very happy and enjoying his time at the nursery. They have plenty of learning opportunities through play. When approaching there is a warm feeling, all the staff are friendly. I always feel comfortable and safe leaving my son. A Big thank you to all of them.

I like how nursery is clean and modern, cameras and fresh touch always good to see! But the most important thing, my kids looking forward to nursery days! Which is fantastic! I highly recommend this nursery.

Our daughter started at this wonderful nursery a month ago and really enjoys attending morning sessions. The staff made her transition really smooth and keep us updated with changes and activities through the app. We love seeing photos of what she’s been up to. We went for an initial viewing on a weekend and the manager made us feel very welcome and answered all our questions and queries. She recognised that each child is individual and that parents also require reassurance that their child is going to be happy whilst in others care. One of the factors that made us choose Bright Minds Daycare (Edgbaston) was how our daughter hugged her, showing that she clearly felt comfortable in this environment. Her key workers are all so caring with her and help to further her ongoing development. We’ve noticed since attending nursery, she’s better at putting her toys away. She enjoys playing in the garden and we look forward to her making friends and blossoming further.
