N Family Club - Harborne

I highly recommend this nursery to any parents looking for childcare, I cannot fault them! My son has come on so much since joining N Family. On joining the nursery he had very limited speech and was under speech and language, within a year he has come on so much at the nursery that we no longer need that referral. He has an amazing relationship with all the staff members and management, he feels very comfortable here and really enjoys his time at nursery, he looks forward to going in every day and speaks about his teachers on a daily basis, expressing who he is excited to see that day! His appetite has also come on since being with N Family, previously he had a very limited pallet, they have really encouraged a wide variety of foods and offer fresh and healthy cooked meals every day. He's never eaten so well. I love having the app and seeing the variety of activities every day. All the staff truly care and are committed I couldn't thank them enough for everything they do!

Our experience at N Family Edgbaston has been excellent, from the friendly, welcoming staff to the fantastic care our son has received in this beautiful, newly renovated nursery has helped us to feel reassured that this is the right place for our son to grow and develop. For us, the care around transitional moments (potty training, moving rooms etc) has been what has really impressed us. The team listen to us and helped to support our little one in exactly the same way we would do at home, creating that consistency which we really hoped to find in a nursery. The communication within the nursery is fantastic, whether that is daily photos of the various activities the children are doing to newsletters and messages from room leaders checking in on how everything is going are all ways that help us to feel part of the N Family, we couldn't recommend the nursery more highly!

We have found the staff to be caring and patient, important attributes given to our child since he started nursery for the first time. His key practitioners have been a vital part of my son's care and he adores them. They work very well and support both my son and us, as parents, so we are all on the same page when it comes to our son's development. My son is very happy and enjoying his time at the nursery. They have plenty of learning opportunities through play. When approaching there is a warm feeling, all the staff are friendly. I always feel comfortable and safe leaving my son. A Big thank you to all of them.

I like how nursery is clean and modern, cameras and fresh touch always good to see! But the most important thing, my kids looking forward to nursery days! Which is fantastic! I highly recommend this nursery.

Our daughter started at this wonderful nursery a month ago and really enjoys attending morning sessions. The staff made her transition really smooth and keep us updated with changes and activities through the app. We love seeing photos of what she’s been up to. We went for an initial viewing on a weekend and the manager made us feel very welcome and answered all our questions and queries. She recognised that each child is individual and that parents also require reassurance that their child is going to be happy whilst in others care. One of the factors that made us choose Bright Minds Daycare (Edgbaston) was how our daughter hugged her, showing that she clearly felt comfortable in this environment. Her key workers are all so caring with her and help to further her ongoing development. We’ve noticed since attending nursery, she’s better at putting her toys away. She enjoys playing in the garden and we look forward to her making friends and blossoming further.

Our daughter has been at Bright Minds Daycare (Edgbaston) since she was nearly two years old, she is four now and will be leaving soon. From day one she has loved her time there. Every day she is excited to go and at the end of the day, excitedly tells us of all the amazing things she has done. Without fail, the staff at the nursery plan out unique activities every day to ensure the children never get bored. Also rain, sun or snow it’s amazing that they always ensure the children go out in the wonderful garden. Staffing wise, during my daughter's time her primary carer has changed a few times as she has progressed through the age groups and each time the transition has been seamless with new staff immediately becoming her new favourites within days. It’s also great that they have specialist sports and music teachers that come in to hold occasional sessions which my daughter always loves. Having a dedicated cook and high-quality kitchen also means food always gets a big thumbs up too.

My son has been part of this nursery for the last six months. From the moment we spoke to the team when we were enquiring about the nursery, we knew this was the place for us. Their attention to detail and genuine interest in the children is second to none. They go above and beyond to make every day different and exciting for the children. Be that a themed day from the activities to the menu or just a normal day. So many nurseries talk about child led learning but Bright Minds Daycare (Edgbaston) delivers on this and you can see this happening every single day! The food is exceptional, the chef puts in so much work to have a varied menu, with special menus to compliment themes in the nursery and even a celebration for every birthday. My son has developed so much since being part of the nursery and I can’t imagine him being in a better environment. He loves it and the excitement I see in him every day when we tell him that he is off to nursery, makes me know that there’s definitely something special about this place!

We are so happy with the nursery, the staff are lovely and the activities are fantastic. Our daughter is very happy there and always pleased to see the staff. We have always had queries answered quickly and feel confident that she is well looked after there.

A wonderful nursery, our son has been extremely happy here. The management team and staff are dedicated and hardworking, especially throughout the Covid-19 pandemic. They have exceeded our expectations on several occasions with their commitment, loyalty and support to parents as well as the children. The setting itself is beautiful and the children thrive with the variety of activities created by the staff team.

My son is almost one-year-old now and under this nurseries care, I am very happy. Every member of staff, are professional and polite. Food is fresh and made daily. The family app will inform you of any activity, food, nappy change and I very much like it. They have a large garden too. On the top floor is a very large room where many activities are performed.

My daughter has attended Bright Minds Daycare (Edgbaston) now for over two years. The nursery was pretty new when she started and we have seen staff change and grow over that time. Over the course of lockdown, the management team have been exemplary at communicating, although it hasn't been in person as before, they have been ensuring that fears are alleviated. I am always encouraged to approach them with questions and concerns and nothing is too minor. I am always made to feel that they are happy to answer me, they do so in a timely manner and I always feel more confident and reassured afterwards. Especially in my daughter's room, there are some excellent staff. One practitioner made the time and effort to make my daughter feel incredibly special on her birthday, which she spent at nursery for the first time as there was no alternatives with lockdown. She not only had my toddler buzzing with excitement at the end of her day but understood the importance of managing me and my feelings, keeping me informed and reassured.

The best thing we have done for our daughter is enrol her to Bright Minds Day Nursery. Since starting the nursery we have found that she has developed so much. From day one our daughter has loved going and absolutely loves the staff. All the staff are so friendly, helpful and caring. The nursery has coped so well through the current pandemic and we are very grateful for all the updates we receive about our daughter as it gives us peace of mind when we are working. Bright Minds was recommended to us by a family friend and we would 100% recommend it to others.

My son has been at Bright Minds for nearly 2-years, and he loves it. The staff have always been committed and caring, responding really well to us as parents when we have questions, and always ready to listen. The building is really spacious with a big and beautiful garden. The food is healthy and home-cooked. We’re really impressed with the standard. My boy has learnt so much by being there and he has so much fun.

Overall, a great nursery!

My daughter started at the nursery in September, and from day one, she has loved it. Every day she can't wait to go, and when she gets back, she is full of excitement telling us what she has been up to. Her development since attending the nursery has continued to grow, and it feels like she has been there longer than she has with the amount she has learnt. Throughout the coronavirus, the nursery and staff have been amazing. They have introduced measures to ensure everyone stays safe and nursery remains open where possible. This nursery has gone above and beyond in my expectations, and they all do an amazing job.

My son attended the nursery for a couple of months over the summer. The staff are extremely impressive, always happy, considerate and give excellent feedback each day. I cannot thank them enough! My son learnt so much during the few weeks he was with them!

We have been very impressed with Bright Minds. Initially, we were very anxious about our son starting nursery but we can't give enough credit to the staff for helping him settle in and making it such a positive experience. Our son absolutely loves going to nursery and we know that is due to the hard work of the staff who make it so fun and who are incredibly caring and compassionate.

My little one has been with Bright Minds for almost a full year, now and we could not be happier with the care she receives there. I’m not sure how I can put into words how enchanted we have been since the day we first visited the nursery. From the way, the nursery is decorated and so very clean, to the beautiful wholesome food they serve, to the genuine care shown by the employees. The management at the nursery is something else entirely, and I’m almost certain you couldn’t find a kinder and more proactive nursery manager anywhere. What prompted me to write this review was the realisation that even if the occasion occurs that things aren’t perfect, there’s no other place I’d trust to make it perfect and not stop until it is. That’s the kind of nursery every child deserves to go to, and I’m very grateful that mine does. Thank you Bright Minds for all you do!
