N Family Club - Harborne

I visited many nurseries when deciding on where to send my daughter. N Family Club Harborne nursery really stood out for me. It was spacious, well kept, toys and furniture were largely wooden, and the garden looked like a great space for kids to enjoy. My daughter has been going here for over a year now and the staff are amazing. Each day, my daughter is so excited for nursery and happily trots into her room to meet her key workers and her little friends, and she has the best time. I enjoy seeing the updates on the app each day and I love the little debrief of her day that I get from staff each evening when I pick her up. They are so attentive and inventive with the variety of activities they put on for the children. The food menu is amazing and my daughter is a good eater and has developed a diverse palate as a result. My daughter is so happy here and I have recommended it to so many friends who have subsequently sent their children here and are so pleased that they did.

Overall, I couldn't be happier! A huge thank you to N Family Harborne for making this transition so easy and for being truly wonderful.

I couldn't be happier with the exceptional care and nurturing environment at N Family Harborne. From the moment we walked through the doors, we were impressed by the warmth and dedication of the staff. The facility is bright, clean, and filled with engaging, educational activities that keep our son excited and eager to learn each day. The staff's personalised approach ensures that our son feels valued and supported, and their communication with parents is outstanding (both in person and via the app). Our son has flourished both socially and academically since joining N Family. Our son has been with N Family for 7 months now and it is hands down the best decision we have ever made. As first-time parents, we had all the emotions about the whole idea but knew if we found the right one, he'd thrive and that is exactly what has materialised. N Family is more than just a nursery, by way of being part of our son's life, they are an extension of our family and it truly feels like this from every drop-off, to every pickup we feel like we're stepping into a family home where everyone from the front house team to the educators and everyone in-between great us with warm welcomes and fill our hearts with stories from the day. At N Family, you aren't just a number, you are greeted by name and even the cleaner, yes the cleaner! knows our son's name. Accidents aren't hidden behind, they are a given and N Family are honest and transparent here. Dietary req's/allergies/medications/nappy changes/cream procedures are also followed religiously. 10/10 N Family Harbourne, thank you.

Have nothing but excellent things to say about our nursery. The boys love it and have thrived there. Their care givers are exceptional and we even had a friend sign up their toddler following our recommendation. Facilities are recently renovated/updated so cant be faulted. The kitchen produces thoughtful, healthy meals that the kids enjoy more than what we provide at home.

N Family in Harborne is a great nursery. The staff are incredible. They are so caring and love every single child who walks through the door. My child has learnt so much. He is very good at communicating his feelings and taking turns, and he is just a lovely caring boy and this is a direct result of the care and attention they give him. The food is very nutritious and looks delicious. My little boy certainly loves it. The managers are very accommodating and provide us with clear information on upcoming events.

This is a fantastic nursery with fantastic staff. Both my children attend the nursery and receive lots of love and great care. The nursery staff are always accommodating and nothing is ever too much. I would highly recommend the nursery to all parents.

Our daughter has been at N Family Club Harborne since May 2022 and I can honestly say it’s the best decision we made for her. She took a while to settle (due to her temperament) but the staff were and have continued to be so patient, kind and supportive. It really does feel like a “family” as all staff are friendly and involved. She loves nursery now and always talks about her friends and educators in her room. Highly recommend.

My little boy has been at N Family Club Harborne for the last four months and he absolutely loves it! The staff are incredibly caring and it is clear they are passionate about their work and the children they look after. Our son has built up a strong bond with his key person (and the rest of the team) and he really enjoys the huge variety of planned activities they facilitate. We are given a comprehensive handover at the end of each day and we also receive photo updates via the nursery app. This is so nice to see and it was especially reassuring during his settling-in period. The food is of a very high standard, nutritionally balanced and looks very tasty! We would not hesitate to recommend N Family Club to anyone in the Birmingham area.

We are very pleased with N Family Club; our little boy is settled and happy and has made a great connection with his key worker. The quality of the care, range of activities and food offering are all excellent.

The nursery is such a friendly environment and front of house and management staff always make you feel very welcome. Key workers in the rooms are enthusiastic and greet us with a smile every day, they are fantastic at making our son feel comfortable, even on days when he’s finding it hard to say goodbye. The handovers at the end of the day are really informative and staff really know what our child’s interests are. Activities are creative, exciting and varied and there is a fantastic garden with great equipment for the children to play with. The food is great, really nutritious and the chef is brilliant when dealing with food allergies. There is a breakfast bar for parents which really helps on a day when I’m in a rush and haven’t managed breakfast and there is always someone on hand to answer any questions you may have. The family events out on throughout the year have meant that we have made some really good friends ourselves too!

Amazing nursery! My little one loves it here and we are delighted of the progress recorded during her assessments! The staff are warm and accept feedback, the food is healthy and, the environment is safe and very engaging! It's definitely a great start for our baby and I will always recommend N Family!
